• Claudia (10/5): Perfect! - Perfect location, with free parking across the road making it an ideal place to stay. The rooms are pristine and newly decorated, with a rain shower, powerful hairdryer in the room and USB-C and A lamps. Wonderful. That we didn’t get to stay longer! :)

• O Brien (5/5): Bad manners never even said sorry that we had to go out in rain walking to get food - The manager said we had enough drink on use both had nothing traveling all day from clonakilty with trains and buses was told food served up to 8 in evening went down at 7/35 SAID WERE TOO LATE AS WE SHOULD BE DOWN EARLIER SAW HIM WAVE AT CHEF SO WE COULDN'T GET SOMETHING TO EAT AND IT'S A ROOM ABOVE THE PUB NOT IN THE TACHED COTTAGE AS SHOWN IN PICTURE IT MUST BE BECAUSE OF OUR SOUTHERN AXENT ROOM FINE BUT NEVER AGAIN WOULD I STAY THERE PURE IGNORANT AND LEFT US WAIT NEARLY HALF AN HOUR AT RECEPTION KNOWING WE WERE THERE AND HE WAS NOT BUSY 2 PEOLE IN BAR DRINKING SO NO EXCUSE

• Lyla (5/5): - We liked the town view from the room itself and the heat was really good, The blackout curtains made the room so dark at night it was bliss and the complementary shampoo and hand-wash was lovely & smelt really good. There were a few things we didn't like, unfortunately.. The fire alarm ended up going off in the middle of the night due to a fault or something and it had awoken me & my partner out of our sleep and there was no apology for this we were very worried incase there was a fire. The beds were far too firm and very uncomfortable we ended up having to use the blankets off the other beds for comfort I had awoken in the middle of the night with excruciating back pain with how firm the bed was just wasn't for me unfortunately. It was also very confusing as to why it was two single beds put together instead of a double bed anytime one of us had rolled over it was right onto the middle of where the two beds meet. Lastly, our room was not provided with water, and we had to come downstairs to pay for bottles at the bar, which was a bit annoying because why would there be drinking glasses but no bottles of water? We were not going to use the bathroom tap either....
• Bernadette (10/5): Central and comfy hotel in Omagh! - We had a lovely stay! Room was very comfortable staff were all so great! Great location! Heater only worked when key in wall entered cold room everytime upon returning. But it was fine. Heated up pretty quickly.

• Richard (7/5): - Location good, parking good When we bought a drink in a bar opposite the hotel which was actually part of the hotel, the barman refused to accept Scottish sterling stating it was house policy. We later used the same money without question in the main hotel. The following night the same barman stayed clear of us in the hotel bar where we were spending Scottish sterling. We could not find a manager to ask for an explanation. The hotel operated a table reservation on the Saturday night. We were never informed of this verbally or on their website.

• Bella (10/5): Lovely spot right in town centre - I booked the room for family who came from Dublin for a funeral. They enjoyed the service, the room and the handiness of it to the centre of town. They loved the food in Rue. I think for a small town like Omagh, rooms are a little overpriced, I checked a price for the same nights in Dublin and Belfast ( big cities) and both came in £20 or more cheaper for hotels in city centre. But both ladies , considering it was for a funeral, thought Rue was lovely
• kate (6/5): Really lovely staff & food and location - Beautiful decor , super friendly staff , delicious food, rooms lovely & clean Room was very hot & stuffy and the air con was loud and when on a blue light illuminated the room making it difficult to sleep. Lots of music across the way which is great for a fun weekend but unfortunately not great when you want a good nights sleep

• Vicki (9/5): - Lovely room with view of street. Reception staff were very accommodating for an earlier check-in and happily gave information on the river walking track. Bed was very comfortable. I found the food and service in the restaurant to be underwhelming. In the morning when I went for breakfast I was directed to a table and then proceeded to watch staff clean tables and not even bother to give me a menu. I waited 10 minutes and decided to leave. Very poor service.
