- Syafizad (8/5): Good for value, probably the cheapest if you're staying around Kansai Airport. - It's just right next to Rinku Premium Outlet, and walking distance to Rinku Town station. Makes it one of the best for day stay before your flight. Probably due to the hotel structure but the hot water gives out gray-ish color when it comes out from the pipe, however resides after a while. Also, maybe due to low amount of guest during my stay but the breakfast is super basic, like a school cafeteria quality.

I got there at half past midnight because I lost my flight, and they asked for a 200¥ (1,10€) fee for maintenance, I told them that I didn’t have cash and that I could pay with card (they had the card machine on the desk), and the receptionist said that wasn’t possible, I told her that I could give her the cash in the morning and she said that wasn’t possible either, that I needed to go to a convenience store (7 eleven), 2 blocks away to take the cash to be able to do the check in, and in that place the minimum that you can change is 10.000¥ (58€), which was completely unnecessary as I had my next flight the next morning and I wouldn’t need the cash, when I got back to the hotel I told her that this situation was ridiculous as they could have accepted the payment with card BECAUSE THEY HAD THE MACHINE, instead of making a client go at 1:00 in the morning in an industrial area, everything alone and dark for just 1,10€, and she reacted like she wasn’t understanding what I was saying. That’s not very PREMIUM, as the name of the hotel.

- Matthew (6/5): - The hotel wasn’t as expected. The futon beds were pretty flat and when asking for another futon to double up, they said no. We at least got another blanket though. Sleeping on the floor wasn’t very comfortable unfortunately. We had a great view with our room with a very big/wide window! That was very cool at least. The manga section in the lobby was neat. But the room was constantly damp feeling and kinda humid. Smelt like ocean sewer in our room haha. The towels always smelled off, not clean smelling. The bathroom had a deep tub which was nice but to get into the bathroom, there was a high step to get into there. Didn’t understand the restaurant either. They said private only? The elevator was nice to have but sounded like it was going to break down most of the time. It was okay for the short stay we were there but don’t think we’ll be booking again in the future.

If you like shopping, it’s next to a very big outlet mall. That’s not a draw for me, so it doesn’t merit a higher rating. The walk to the station is 15 minutes, so be prepared for that.

- Isqandar (10/5): Perfect and satisfied - Great. Nearby to Kansai International Airport (KIX), Osaka. The location is walkable just 700m from Rinku Town Station and opposite to Rinku Premium Outlet. Peaceful and quiet place. The staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended and definitely will come and stay here again.

- みさき (8/5): - 特に不満はなく清潔で広さもあって過ごしやすかった。ただフロントの言葉が聞き取りずらかったこととバスルームが少しくさかったが、支障はない。非常に過ごしやすかったです。当日の予約になりましたが、ありがとうございました。

- Zoya (3/5): - Dining area Bed was so small, toilet was very small. There was rice on the floor which I cleaned up. Bathroom was a bit smelly. Lighting was dull. Location isn’t the best. Getting food there is extremely hard.
- Hisae (6/5): - スタッフさんもとても親切でした 夜遅くに着いたのですが、場所が分かりずらく、人に聞いても難しかったです。迷子になりました。
