Bizimle Telefon translate programı ile iletişim kurmaya çalıştı.Odayı görmek istedik Odalar kesinlikle Hotels.com sitesindeki fotoğraflarla ilgisi yok. Havlular leş gibi,çarşaflar yine öyle. Oda sivrisinek kaynıyordu. Rezervasyonumuzun iptalini istedik. Telefonla bizi biri ile konuşturdu. İptalsiz rezervasyonunuz var dedi ve para iadesini kabul etmedi.Check-in dahi yapmadan otelden kaçarcasına uzaklaştık. Kalmadığımız 2 gecenin parası onlara daha pahalıya gelir inşallah. Hotels com.dan rica ediyorum bu tür gerçek dışı fotoğraflı otelleri bize sunmamalılar.
