The host was very friendly and understanding because we arrive. - I and my husband loved the property because it was close to the convience store and there were also nearby restaurants , shops and also a beach. You could also wash your clothes and the apartment was very spacious and also clean . The bed and pillows were so comfortable to sleep on. We also had changed of towels and our trash bin was emptied throughout our stay. The area was very clean and quite. It was a bit far from popular location.

Washing machine available at the premise for other guest too at the garage parking lot. Unit come with 1 parking lot near the apartment. There's basic amenities for cooking (oil, soy sauce, sauce, . Location is good near convenience store ( walkable) and near attraction ( cliff and waterfall). Small towel for showering but given a lot . So not really an issue .

Bong-Hwi (10/5): 자취방에 돌아온 느낌의 지내기 편한 펜션 - 펜션이다보니 부엌등의 생활용 시설들이 그대로 있어서 자취방에 온 듯한 느낌으로 무척 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 조금씩 날씨가 쌀쌀해져가고 있었는데, 보온과 난방이 잘 되어서 조금 덥다고 느껴질 정도로 지내기 편했습니다. 위치는 ICC까지 천천히 걸어서 15분 정도 걸려서 매일 가볍게 걷기 좋았고 주변에 편의점도 있어서 짐을 조금 덜 싸온 다음 편의점에서 구매해서 보충할 수 있었습니다. 특별히 없습니다.

SEUNG HEE (10/5): - ICC에서 가까운 위치, 주변 식당가, 제주도 감귤밭이 곳곳이 존재함. 숙소는 매우 넓고 깨끗했고 호텔과 다름없는 퀄리티였음. 세탁부터 주방 화장실 모두 최고의 시설들이였음. 침구세트는 따라서 구매하고 싶었을 정도임. 숙소가 홍보된것에 비해서 가격에 비해서 훨씬 좋음. 기대하지 않고 갔었는데 왜 홍보가 덜되었는지 아쉬울 따름.

Jiangping (6/5): A very basic facilitated room - Owner is friendly and responsive, has washing machines. Surrounding is quiet, stores are within 10 minutes’ walk. I feel sorry to the owner that I couldn’t give the room a better rate. But to be honest the AC is very loud, owner fixed it the next day, but still it’s very loud and it blows to my head. The hair dryer is really old, I have short but couldn’t get it dry properly. Consider it a motel.

Large fridge, microwave and kitchen facilities. Towels changed daily. Bus stop out the front easy to get to Seogwipo. Allowed us to check in early. No it was very good value for money.

I had big lunches so it was perfect for an evening omelette. The manager was exceptionally helpful, I lost my phone and he drove me around locally to get it back, very sincere helpfulness. The supermarket is only a 5 min walk away. there are washing machines, I forgot to ask if there were dryers ( I did not need a dryer as I have drip dry clothes). overall a great experience English instructions on how to use washing machine (it was shown to me but I have a bad memory!!)

Warm enough during winter. Very spacious No lift, bathroom floor will get all wet because the drain is not in the shower. No separate dry zone. The mattress for additional guests are very thin - hard to sleep without backache.
Verified traveler (2/5): w오션펜션 후기 - 1.바다전망- 바다전망 룸 타입 예약하였으나 앞 건물에 가려져 바다전망 없음. 앞 건물이 가려지지 않는 위치의 다른 호실에서는 바다 전망이 있을거 같긴 한데 호스트가 실수로 배정을 안한것인지 객실이 초과될 경우 따로 부탁하지 않으면 배정을 제외하는 것인지는 모르겠음 2.청결도- 식탁 과 방바닥이 끈적여서 물티슈로 계속 닦아 보고 그래도 해결이 안되서 다이소에서 알콜과 걸레 사서 닦아서 이용. 화장실은 이전 사용자가 소변을 많이 흘렸는지 냄새가 너무 심해 청소하고 이용함 3.응대- 호스트를 만나지 않고 비대면으로 이용하였음 그에 따른 불편함은 없었지만 이용하는 동안 화장실 휴지 부족, 각티슈 부족, 물 부족 하여 화장실 휴지말고는 그냥 구매하여 사용함 따로 요청하면 제공 해주시긴함. 장점- 주차는 충분해 보였고, 중문관광지 접근이 좋은 위치, 상대적으로 저렴한 가격 총평 대형 리조트, 호텔 위주로 이용하는 사람은 사용시 만족감이 떨어질 수 있음.

They also allowed me to borrow the iron throughout my stay. Location is just a walking distance to ICC Jeju where my conference was held. The convenient store was nearby too. Thanks a lot for the nice stay and sweet memory in Jeju. I have to climb the staircase with my heavy luggage but the staff helped me to do so. I would like to suggest to give mineral water bottle to the guests on daily basis. Thank you.
Michael (10/5): Great Pension, Large Room, Relaxing Atmosphere - This is a really lovely little pension tucked up amidst a popular area of Seogwipo. Despite being a popular area, you're about a 5-10 minute walk to the main road, meaning that you don't experience noise or inconvenience from other travelers. There are a fair number of restaurants and cafes within a 5-15 minute walk, as well as a convenience store within 5 minutes. Getting to the coast or beach will be closer to 20-30 minutes, but it's all downhill and there are also buses that will take you there in 5 minutes if you prefer. The room is gigantic, as well as the bathroom, and quite comfortable. I'm a huge fan of hanging out on balconies to relax, and the balcony here wasn't fantastic. If you wanted to sit, you had to take a table/chair from inside, and the balcony is actually attached to the side of the building, so the lovely ocean view from your front window wasn't visible from the balcony. This wasn't a huge deal, and I would certainly stay here again even with this minor inconvenience.

Jinhee (4/5): 중문 단지와 인접해서 좋지만 만족도가 높진않음. - 작은 부엌과 화장실이 있음. 샤워칸과 변기가 샤워커튼만으로 구분된 구조라 샤워실 물이 변기쪽까지 흥건함. 방에 외부벽 방향으로 문이 만들어져 있는데 잠겨있지만 구조가 의아함. 침대 이불을 걷으니 시트에 얼룩이 있어서 찝찝했음. 수건과 드라이어 제공.
