The kindness by the staff towards us tired travelers was also deeply appreciated. The food was outstanding. This is the second time coming to this resort because we loved it so much and this time we stayed longer. We have already decided to come back soon Some parts of the hotel (like pool floor) could do with some maintenance but it's not a big deal

- Galina (8/5): Комната с выходом в бассейн - класс - Не шумный, большая территория. Мы останавливались в комнате с выходом в бассейн. Рекомендую. Очень удобно, дверь открыл, своя терраса . 2 шезлонга и столик и сразу бассейн. Вода теплая, на ступеньках можно включить струйки джакузи. Вид на сад и море. Бассейн из номера подкупил все минусы. Пару дней провели отлично. Ещё вернёмся. Не совсем чистый номер для 4х звёзд, мебель старовата, софа с поизносившимся покрытием. Жёсткие подушки. Терраса была плохо убрана. Под ковриком куча муравьев. Муж наступил , а они как побежали в разные стороны... Я приподняла , а там яиц куча. Завтрак обычный , не вау, но пойдет. Еда в ресторане тоже средненькая. Ожидали больше от 4х за уровня. На второй день не принесли воду, чай , кофе. Попросила на ресепшн, но так и не принесли.

It has an unmistakable charm and quality which was reflected in our spacious deluxe garden room, premium amenities, furniture, fixtures and fittings, swimming pools, and spacious surroundings. This is one property which I can say that nothing stood out for either my wife or I to dislike.

Nicht zu vergessen der Hüter der Eichhörnchen 🐿️, steht täglich allen Gästen bei der Fütterung der wilden Bewohner des Hotels zur Seite, die Tauben die gern plündern kommen werden mit einem handdurchgewalkten, für die Reinigung der Tische bestimmten Lappen beworfen. Das zu aller Freude, nur die Hygiene kommt da leider zu kurz. Zimmer nicht sauber, Bett sehr hart, Pool trüb und es fehlen überall die Fliesen, die liegen dann verstreut in den umliegenden Hecken. Für uns war das Frühstück nicht wirklich angenehm, Warme Speisen kalt, Obst auf Lufttemperatur. Die Thailändischen Speisen nicht wirklich auf Gastronomischen Niveau. Wir haben uns geärgert 7 Tage gebucht zu haben.

- Jorge (4/5): No está a la altura de las expectativas - El resort es muy bonito, el personal de recepción eficiente, buenas vistas. Cuando llegamos parecía abandonado: agua turbia en la piscina, desconchones, algas en los rincones, agua tan caliente que bañarse era agobiante. Apenas personal en el restaurante, una hora esperando la comida, incluso una noche no nos trajeron el pedido del servicio de habitaciones y, en lugar de disculparse, nos dieron excusas con malos modales. Lo peor de todo es que el aire acondicionado falló 5 veces en los primeros 5 días, y con un bebé pequeño esto ya fue la gota que colmó el vaso. Cada vez que nos quejábamos mandaban a alguien a inyectar gas refrigerante y nos decían que el problema estaba solucionado “definitivamente“, pero era mentira, en menos de 24h volvía a fallar. Al final nos cambiaron de habitación pero la experiencia que tuvimos en la primera mitad de nuestra estancia fue nefasta. Lo siguiente no es del todo culpa del hotel pero la alcantarilla en la salida a la playa olía fatal, y el hedor llegaba hasta el restaurante (que no tiene aire acondicionado), lo que hizo que no pudiéramos disfrutar ni de las vistas ni de la playa. La playa en general olía a restos de alcantarilla. Cómo la piscina apenas tenía sombra, no nos quedaban muchas opciones para disfrutar del resort con un bebé. El kids club era diminuto y no estaba acondicionado, casi no había juguetes. En general, en todo el resort salvo la recepción hacia demasiado calor, incluso para Tailandia. A los pocos días de entrar nosotros comenzaron a llegar turistas y de repente había más personal, el servicio era más rápido, el agua de la piscina estaba más limpia y fresca y la alcantarilla ya no se olía en el restaurante. Entiendo que doblen los esfuerzos cuando los van a rentabilizar pero me parece una tomadura de pelo para quienes viajamos en temporada baja, ya que el precio de la primera noche era el mismo que el de la última. En ningún momento nos propusieron una compensación económica por el malestar de los primeros días. No volveremos s este hotel, y lamentablemente no pudo recomendarlo.

I also quite enjoyed the breakfast there: it had variety of dishes and fresh fruits It is also nearby convince shops and a night market with great food at even better prices This is a known thing, but Pattaya beach itself isn't that great, you should travel to islands nearby
- Promrawee (9/5): Worthy - Friendly staffs. Good vibe. Good hotel for relaxation, lay down in the sun away from the city (but not too far). Large room even the deluxe room. Super large bathroom with bath tub.
- ALEKSEI (10/5): - Великолепный отель и большой номер! Чисто, каждый день уборка. Свежая питьевая вода каждый день по 3 бутылочки. Завтраки отменные, вкусные, большое разнообразие блюд. Есть отдельные комнаты для питания с кондиционером. Да и в зале много вентиляторов. Так же можно позавтракать на свежем воздухе. Бассейны большие 2 шт., так же есть детский бассейн. В бассейне на нижнем уровне есть бар с алкогольными напитками (платно). Территория отеля чистая и регулярно убирается.

- Анна (9/5): Неплохой отель - Сам отель неплохой. Близко к морю, хороший бассейн. Завтраки нормальные. В целом цена и качество неплохие. Персонал…. Мы привыкли к улыбкам тайцев, приветствиям. В последующих отелях так и было… Никто не здоровается, все с грустными лицами, что очень странно для Таиланда.

- Joachim (7/5): - Die Lage am Strand ist sehr gut. Alles andere wie Ausstellung, Zimmer (sauber) und die Anlage waren sehr solide. Genügend Parkplätze. Man braucht in den Ferien zwar kein Fernsehen aber das TV Gerät war nicht einstellbar. Es war auf russisch programmiert und man hat es nicht brauchen können.
- Antti (7/5): Ihan ok. - Uima- allas oli oikein mukava. Huone oli iso. Sijainti ihan ok. Asiakkaista suurin osa oli venäläisiä, jotka varaavat pyyhkeillään altaan aurinkotuolit jo ennen aamupalaa. Uima- altaassa muutama ihminen ja kaikki aurinkotuolit yleensä varattuina pyyhkeillä. Henkilökunta ei puutu tähän millään lailla. Aamupala oli aika mautonta. En tiedä johtuuko enemmistöasiakkaiden mausta. Jomtienin alue ylipäätään muutenkin enemmistö venäläisiä.

- Aleksandr (6/5): Выдавайте пляжные полотенца сразу в номерах их расчета , 1 полотенце на 1 человека. Запретите гостям занимать шезлонги и - Чисты большие номера , на территории отеля очень спокойно и тихо. Хороший завтрак. Первая линия у моря , хорошее месторасположения. В номерах хорошо убираются. Люди забирают по 2 или 3 полотенца на одного человека. И долго не возвращают их после использования. Из-за этого не хватает пляжных полотенец постоянно. Заняты все шезлонги , вообще не возможно лечь , это раздражает больше всего. В отеле есть правила у бассейна, но никто их не соблюдает. Их начинают занимать в 6 часов утра , а потом они просто стоят и никто не пользуется по итогу. В отеле персонал не следить за этой ситуацией, шезлонг может стоять пустой с полотенцем по 2-4 часа. А тебе некуда лечь вообще .
- TATIANA (8/5): - Пишу дополнение.. Сам номер и личный бассеин, это всё отлично. Завтрак хороший, голодными не остались. Матрас и подушки очень жесткие, беру свои подушки с собой. Очень шумный кондей. И если читают отзывы админы, хорошо бы поставить небольшую кофейню с хорошим кофе в фойе. Поверьте, очередь стоять будет. Приходится ходить по жаре в кофейню.

- TATIANA (8/5): - Номер отдельно от всех со своим бассеином. Большая закрытая личная территория, соседей не видно. Отличный персонал. Море рядом, вечером бриз. Я уже 3 года сюда приезжаю, подушки это ад для меня и моего мужа. Они не просто жесткие, они деревянные. Кондей работает очень шумно, без беруш сложно уснуть. Море после 12 уходит, пахнет болотом до 5 вечера.

Altaan pohjalla paljon laattoja irti ja roskia altaassa. Altaalla ei saanut mistään muualta juomia, kun alakerran ravintolasta. Vanhahko sisustus.

Shower was a bit small for a big guy like me. Curtain pole kept falling down. Huge big room but so empty. Huge big balcony but so empty. Kind of a strange waste of a lot of space for the price.
