- Yukiko (1/5): 正しい写真を掲載して下さい - ドリンクがフリー 良い部屋に宿泊したくキングルームを予約。行ってみると、狭く古い部屋。実際の画像とあまりにも差があり受付けに確認をした所、キングルームの中でも一番安い部屋だからとの解答。私が予約したのは、部屋の中でも最高値の部屋。掲載されている写真を期待して予約をしたにも関わらず酷い。返金をしてホテルを変えようとしたが、返金は出来ないとの事。

- SAYAKA (8/5): NISSANスタジアムが近くすぐに休める - NISSANスタジアムからの距離 お風呂が広くてトイレとは別の場所にある。 ゆっくり出来る机と椅子がある。 お水のサーバー、電子レンジがある ゴミ箱が多い ヘアアイロン完備 駐車場がある アメニティは素晴らしい 普通のホテルかと思ったら大人のホテル兼用なのか周りはそういったホテルしか無く出入りは少し恥ずかしい。 何故かお風呂のお湯がちゃんと止まらない。 置いてあるカップが汚くて洗って使った。 鍵がフロントで施錠するタイプで外出時めんどくさいし不安。 アダルトグッズの案内は要らない チェックアウトもチェックインも早い方が良いと思う

- Arnaud (9/5): - Métro Shin Yokohama a 10 minutes. Laverie auto a 10 minutes. Musée du ramen a 15 minutes. Personnel agréable, café a volonté au rdc et bel intérieur. Jaccuzi dans la chambre, TV avec Chrome cast. Nécessité de demander a l'accueil d'ouvrir votre porte quand vous revenez, car elle se deverouille uniquement par eux.

- MASAE (8/5): 気持ちよく過ごせました。 - 2度目の利用です。 部屋が広くて、浴槽が広いのが気に入ってます。 フロントの対応はスタッフによって差があります。 入口からエントランス（2F）までの階段の段差が高くて登りにくい。 キャリーバッグがあると、結構大変です。

- EMIKO (10/5): 快適で最高！ - 部屋が広く、トイレとバスが別々でとても快適に過ごせました！ウォーターサーバーも有り難かっです。パジャマとシャンプーリンスのレンタルも嬉しかった。 唯一オートロックなので部屋を出るためにフロントに電話が面倒でした。話し中だと中々繋がらなくて待たないといけないので。

- Juri (5/5): Do not take kids!!! - Kids likes free candy and drink inside. Our family stayed here and didn’t know it was a love hotel. The bedding was a 2 inch mattress on top of a box spring. The mattress underneath was dirty. I would call it a rated R hotel for kids. Condoms and porn videos when turning on TV. Coat $300 for a night!!!
- IZUMI (3/5): もう泊まらない。 - お風呂のバスタブが広くてバブルバスでよかった。室内にお湯と冷水のサーバーがあり、便利でした。 飲み物は紅茶があるともっと良いです。ドライヤーのスイッチが入らず使えなかった。お風呂での体を洗うタオルのビニールと綿棒とパフの入った袋が開けられず困った。切り込みをいれておいてほしい。

- 中江 (5/5): - ・スタッフが丁寧だった。 ・日産スタジアムの近くで、とても行きやすかった。 ・ドリンクバーが充実していた。 ・ ・部屋にはいるとき、その都度フロントに言って、鍵を開けてもらわないといけなかった。(部屋の鍵を自分で開けられない) ・風呂の蛇口からずっとお湯がチョロチョロと出ていた。(蛇口の詮を閉めきれなかった) ・風呂の窓からすきま風が入ってきて、とても寒かった。 ・ベッドのマットが異常に固くて、寝心地が悪かった。 ・部屋が少し狭かった。 ・トイレに水道がなくて、手を洗うために風呂場まで行かなければならなかった。

- Ruka (1/5): 店員へ、部屋のドアは勝手に開けないでください。 - スキンケアのアメニティが揃ってた ドリンクバーとお菓子が用意されてる アメニティの補充をお願いして、チャイムが鳴ったので取りに向かったら、店員が勝手に部屋のドアを開けて立ってました。😰🥶 女性だけで泊まるのはお勧めしません。 ドアの鍵の開け閉めを店側が管理してるから、出入りがめんどくさい。 それを説明されなかったので、鍵が閉まらなくてガチャガチャしてたらフロントから電話がかかってきて、開け閉めするなと怒られました。

- えほん (8/5): カップルにおすすめ！ - ドリンクバーやお菓子もあり、ベッド、お風呂も広くて良かった。 駅や横浜アリーナも徒歩圏内で、大満足です。 記載はありませんがあくまでラブホテルです。 枕元にはコンドーム、ローション、テーブルの上には大人なコスプレカタログがあり、大人なテレビも見れるので、子供連れの方には注意が必要です。

- 早由里 (7/5): 施設的にはよかったので予約せずに利用します - 部屋にウォーターサーバーがある。広くて綺麗だった。 ここで予約すると会員になれないためお得感はないし、割高になった。お盆でも空いてたし予約しなくてよかった。予約でも使えるレンタルはほぼなくパジャマのレンタルできると言われたがほぼなかった。9時とかなのにドリンクバーが使用できなくなっていて飲めずに終わった。

- Naomi (6/5): Close to Shin-Yokohama Station, best for solo or couple travelers - Spacious room. They stored our luggage prior to check-in. Just a short walk from the station. It was not clear from reviews this was a love hotel. I was disappointed I was able to book this when I had indicated I would have a child with me. The bed, though spacious, was quite uncomfortable, and the shower was not clean. Don’t recommend for families.
