Hot water great air conditioner full size fridge .patios for a lil pic nic or just step out for some fresh air .super safe had to go thru 3 codes to get in felt safe . The towels were abundant and fluffy . 3 minutes from busses n metro. Manager quick with response to any questions.they thought of everything . Garbage bags toilet paper soaps shampoo never ran out in 12 nights stay !. I highly recommend this property slept six spacious we all loved it

• Patrick (2/5): Avoid this place - Described as an ‘apartment on quiet courtyard’, it isn’t. The courtyard is noisy, so is the apartment. People coming in and out make it noisy, people walking up the stairs to the other apartments do as well…The manager sent a warning about this only after I booked and then refused to cancel, so we stayed. There was a storm in Paris, and the property flooded, which they admitted made the property unusable. Still, they only wanted to refund the remaining days of the rental, even though I had to book other accommodation last minute which cost much more per day. The storm was obviously not their fault but my dealings with them before and after were very poor. I cannot recommend booking anything with this property or management company.

• Sébastien (10/5): - Nous avons vraiment apprécié le logis et son environnement. Plusieurs épiceries, resto, fromageries, pâtisseries et boulangeries a proximités. Bus et et Métro très pres (- de 5 minutes de marche) gare de train a moins de 30 minutes de marche. Propres et bien équipé.
• Nosizo (2/5): - I don't recommend this place for an end of a trip/holiday. The stair case is noisy with conversations and foot traffic and cleaners very early in the morning. The WiFi would not stay connected or could not be found. I tried on both Apple and Android devices. The website offers late check out and you can pay online conveniently and says its available then later you get an email you to say that it no longer available. Anyway things do change, so you can't always get late check out its YUNAs perogative. My point is .... I realised that even if you pay the extra for late check out this is equivalent/more than paying for accommodation in Paris that has a noon check out (or option for early check-in); working WiFi; without early morning disturbances/ noisy staircase and luaggge storage. However it's an easy check in. Clean. And has a nice decor. And a little stool for short people to reach the bed and cupboards is available.

• Yong Mean (10/5): - 숙박 체크인 과정부터 매우 상세하게 설명을 받아서 첫날 아파트에 들어가는데 아무런 문제가 없었습니다. 또한 버스나 메트로 접근성도 너무 좋고 도보 2-3분 거리에 아주 맛있는 빵집이 있어서 편리하였습니다. 한 가지 단점은... 샤워실의 배수가 잘 안됩니다. 샤워 물을 조금 세게만 틀어도 배수가 안되어서 샤워실에서 물이 넘치므로 해결해주시면 더욱 편리하겠습니다.

Most importantly, the air conditioning and wifi were broken on our last evening, probably due to a power failure but no one came. The company's communication is very bad. We almost froze to death at night. In short, the apartment was good but the service was bad.

Antes da data de entrada recebemos os códigos e Qr code. Viajamos em 06 pessoas e ficamos no apartamento de 2 quartos, foi ótimo. O sofa-cama era grande e confortável. Tem máquina de lavar roupas e louças ( usamos a máquina de lavar roupas, funcionou perfeitamente) Estivemos lá quando a França entrou em confinamento devido ao coronavírus e foi possível realizar todas as refeições lá ( como tivemos que cozinhar muita coisa sentimos falta de talheres e de mais panelas, mas deu para resolver com o que tinha ) . Várias opções de mercados próximos! O apartamento é muito bonito, agradável e espaçoso. A pessoa que nos recebeu foi muito atenciosa. Recomendo muito esse local

The apartment was spotless and well equipped with towels and toiletries. The kitchen had everything we needed, really good quality equipment including coffee machine, microwave, and a fully stocked laundry room! We had more than enough space for 4 adults and 2 babies (including a cot and a double buggy!) to live comfortably for the weekend! The apartment was accessed through three doors from the street, two of which were security coded doors and there was a shutter that came down over the patio door so it was very safe and secure! I had been in touch with Lukasz in the Milestay office in the run up to our stay and he could not have been more helpful from sorting a cot for the baby to letting my sons into the apartment early after they flew in from London early on Friday morning! I could not fault this apartment or the service we received! Absolutely first class! 😊

Staff tried to troubleshoot over the phone but did not work. Someone was supposed to come and fix but never did. That was the only disappointing part.

Mais le fait est : il sera difficile de trouver un rapport surface/prix aussi intéressant dans Paris. De surcroît, l'équipement est complet.

It is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to great restaurants, the Moulin Rouge, and the little train that tours the area and has a drop-off/pick-up point at Sacre Couer. It was very easy to communicate with the owner and we felt very safe. Thank you very much!
• Cara (10/5): A taste of Parisian life - The apartment was just what we needed. We had the second floor unit 3. There were two spacious bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed. There was a nice balcony and private back area that allowed for open windows a a nice cross breeze. I was a little skeptical about getting in but the directions were spot on, our code was emailed to us about an hour before check in. My one request would have been instructions on using the washer and appliances because they are a bit different than what I’m used to. The location is about 4 minutes walk from the Moulin Rouge and and about a 12 minute walk to The Sacre Coeur. The apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood with close proximity to grocery stores, bakeries, cheese shops and cafes. However because it is not in a tourist area the shopkeepers do not speak much English so know some basics, smile and you should get nice service. I really enjoyed getting to see how the Parisians live.

Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Café´s um die Ecke. 2 Fernseher ohne deutschem Sender (braucht man e nicht- nur zur Info). 2 Bäder, 2 Toiletten. Für uns 6 war diese Wohnung geradezu perfekt!! Kaffeekapseln, Duschgel, Shampoo, Handtücher... alles da:-) . Wir hatten die Erdgeschosswohnung mit Terrasse!

Mas, adorei tudo mesmo assim! Recomendo para viagens curtas e com varias pessoas!

Am ersten Nachmittag wurde während einer ersten Stadtbesichtigung aus der geschlossenen Wohnung im obersten Stock aus meiner Geldtasche das gesamte Bargeld gestohlen. Alle Karten und Münzen wurden belassen.
• Alberto (10/5): Apartamento Estupendo. - Ha sido la primera estancia en un apartamento. Es muy cómodo y práctico a la hora de desayunar, cenar y estar en familia. El apartamento muy nuevo y limpio, perfecto. Las fotos corresponden con la realidad de lo que hay. Muy tranquilo. Paradas de metro, restaurantes y tiendas muy cercanas. En la próxima visita de familiares y amigos lo recomendamos. Atentos con nosotros pues nos dejaron adelantar la entrada del check-in a las 11:30 solo para poder dejar el equipaje y ya volvimos después de comer. A cinco minutos del Moulin Rouge y Plaza Clichy.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Lovely space, great location - This was a great space in a wonderful location - on a quiet street around the corner from the bustling middle of Montmartre. Well appointed apartment with great technology and many appliances (laundry and dishwasher). The only drawbacks were the lack of lift or aircon. The latter only a problem on the warmest days because the flat gets a nice cross breeze through it’s huge windows. The management were very accommodating- allowing us to check in a little early and finding us a second baby cot (we have infant twins). Would stay there again and would recommend.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Loved it! - Loved our stay at Milestay. The apartment had plenty of room for our party of 6. The location was great - restaurants, groceries and train station all within a few blocks. Loved the Montemart area.
• Jim (2/5): Small Cramped Apartment - Internet show a spacious living room which you are led to believe represents the accommodations you will be getting. Only once you have arrived at this place that has a non-refundable reservation policy, that you realize it is a tiny studio that is the narrowest studio we have every seen. This studio measured only 7-8 feet wide. It was so narrow the bed had to be pushed against the wall so it makes it hard for a second person to easily get in and out of bed. To save space there is no headboard so one can not sit up in bed. Unfortunately there is no room for chairs so the bed is the only place to sit down. There are two bar stools but they are right next to the head of the bed so the is no walking space between the bar stools and bed. We never made use of them since the space was so cramped. The whole studio only measures about 30 feet long. This includes the kitchenette and bathroom. We had wished there was at least a table of chair so you could lay your things down without having to use the bed to lay things on. There is no real good place you could place things before you go to sleep. The chair would have been nice to sit on after a long day on your feet. The room itself was stuffy since there is not any air circulation or air conditioning. We could not get the windows to open and they open up to a common area on the ground floor so you would loose all privacy. Our room was right by the building entrance door. In place of real air circulation they provided a flimsy fan.
