Bill (8/5): We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay at Headland 10 - The property has lovely ocean views and is well located between Mooloolaba and Maroochydore. It is easy to walk to at least two surf clubs. The property is looking a little tired. There is no WIFI at the property. You need to pick up and drop off the keys at the real estate office in Mooloolaba.

Jarrod (3/5): Poor - Close to the beach, good views Fridge was leaking, stove and oven broke the 2nd day. Booking.com says the place has an aircon but theirs only a little fan in the corner.
Cameron (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and if visiting Alexandra Headland we would consider this property again. - Great location. Apartment suited our needs. We were concerned about no air conditioning, however, the sea breezes made for a comfortable sleep. Issue in the children's room with the light turning on without anyone touching the switch. The fan on the same switch wouldn't turn off (except once by itself!). The garage door is a bit dodgy but did work and locked ok.

Natalie (6/5): Pleasant - Location and view was great. Good amount of drinking glasses, plates etc. We stayed for 10 nights but were only left with 1 toilet roll and no cleaning products. Shower was leaking very bad and the shower is inside a spa bath which is not ideal, especially if you are elderly. Toilet seat is old, peeling and needs replacing. The couch in lounge room is large but old and not comfortable. The allocated car bay with old titled garage door is not ideal especially when raining and often gets stuck to open. The external of the apartment looks nothing like the photos. The whole complex needs external renovating.

Kelsey (9/5): Beautiful and good value, highly reccomend! - Location was absolutely stunning! apartment is spacious and comfortable, having full kitchen amenities is a huge bonus. BBQ was a nice touch. Super convinient location, beautiful views, clean and well kept. Single beds are a bit too small for adults, bookable for 4 adults but really made for families, sucks still seeing single use plastic tolietries used in a holiday property instead of refillable or more eco alternatives.
Sarah (4/5): Okay to lay your head for the night but extremely disappointing. - The location was excellent. The property was dated and it was evident that the property needed cleaning more thoroughly. The carpets and windows had thick dust and the furniture was sticky to the touch.

Kristy (5/5): Average property. Wouldn’t book in again. - The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep well for the three nights we were there. The last night I moved to the couch at 1am and somewhat slept there. The building is run down and mould growing on pavers around the pool and building. Screens were filthy with dust. I washed the doonas myself as they didn’t feel clean. Unit was generally clean but could very much do with a good deep clean. Unit is old and in average condition.

Jaya (5/5): Passable - Location is superb. Clean and tidy. No air-con at all. Only one heater and doesn't heat up to give warmth on the lounge room. Okay for small bed room. The outdoor spa doesn't heat up (very cold in the winter). No wi-fi (nowadays it is norm that most of the hotels offer free wi-fi).
