- Arvind (1/5): Canceled without my knowledge. - Nothing. They canceled my booking without informing. It was a "pay at hotel" booking. On may 8th, I had sent a message on my arrival time and it was approved. But when I reached the hotel, the reception guy very cooly told me that the reservation has been canceled. I was shocked and had to search for an alternate accommodation late at night. Overall a big disappointment with the hotel and booking.com.

The food option is good but very very small bow to take sambhar, chutney etc etc Room - good but too small. Its clean neat and hygenic Lobby - No AC, No proper lightning Parking - horrible, it seems that work going on Lobby & the breakfast place, rooms are very very small. Staff seems to be good

AC was not working, when I called and informed a staff came and changed the mode and said it will be fine in 10 minutes and wen off, nothing changed for 2 nights survived with a fan...They could better stop tis so called complementary breakfast , worst menu., I could have better food from food stalls if I walk less than 100 meters outside.

It was a good stay In the Booking.com website, it was written that customers are not required to make advance payment. Payment is required to be made at the hotel. Credit number other details were not asked for. However, almost immediately after reservation, the company (Treebo) started pastering for payment of advance. They started threatening that reservation will be cancllled

I loved the eco friendly toothbrush and toothpaste offered as an amenity. The breakfast was very good. The staff were polite and responsive. None.

- Grace (5/5): NOT A PLEASANT STAY - Only the size of the room was good. We had booked a queens Bed through Treebo, as we were going as Husband and wife, when we checked in, to our disappointment, there were two single beds joined together. When we asked the reception they said that there was no specific mention of the queens bed. and no room was vacant. This was in spite of making advance payment Treebo, which is their marketing agent did not pass the requirement to the hotel. TREEBO CANNOT BE TRUSTED FOR BOOKING HOTELS. The break fast a typical south Indian breakfast not much of variety. Drinking water is a big problem, every time you have to call the reception and tell them that the water is over, they keep one 500ML water bottle, for two people. What is given in the photo is deceptive.
