Robert (3/5): All in all, the description on booking.com is not a good representation of the rental. Everything was a lie. If it weren - The owner was very responsive. The breakfast was a joke, the description on booking.com was very misleading. The stairs to the room were difficult and should be mentioned for anyone over the age of 30. The TV did not work and was not fixed during out stay, the owner said he would but never did. The bathroom had a serious humidity problem as mildew was growing in the grout lines. It was overpriced. This is NOT a 3 1/2 star establishment.

Everything was just barely acceptable, and while it was relatively cheap. It was not worth due to location and the quality of the room
Ahmed (5/5): Do your research before booking and read the reviews - Fairly good location. Authentic Napoli apartment, nice to see how real Neapolitans live. Breakfast was simple but it works. Room is spacious, bed is comfy. The place is quite clean. Neighbours are nice and friendly. Bathroom was not in the room, you have to walk down the common hallway to get to it. It was not clear in the booking that the bathroom was outside (see screenshots). We would not have booked it if we knew the bathroom was outside the room. The bathroom had a musty smell. The heating was an extra 5 euros a day. We're not expecting a 5 star hotel, but it's important to be transparent about extra charges in the description before booking. The hot water didn't work during our first day so we couldn't have any showers but it was fixed by the next day. The front door lock is high tech and requires a phone to unlock it, so if your phone dies you will not be able to get in (though you can knock and hopefully someone should open the door).

I bagni sono all esterno della camera Letto che scricchiola La “ colazione “ delle fette biscottate imbustate. Struttura molto vecchia; nel soffitto sono attaccati dei pannelli tenuti con delle assi di legno dove si intravedeva la soffitta da dove si sentivano rumori.. Palazzina vecchia,scale disassate … L unica cosa di nuovo era la serratura elettronica…

Acces avec code sur le lien adressé par la proprietaire. 3 eme etage sans ascenseur La salle de bain est dans le couloir mais privatisée. Elle est tres grande et fonctionnelle. Chambre Tres spacieuse, propre et confortable. Canapé lit Table pour manger Frigo Theiere et machine a café. Bonne insonorisation Ventilateur La chambre donne coté cour et c est mieux vu le brouhaha des klaxons coté rue Bon rapport qualité prix Le menage est fait tous les jours Petit dej ( cafe , the, biscotte, brioche, confiture, Nutella, lait et jus a dispo dans la chambre tous les jours Merci infiniment

Katy (6/5): Quiet clean and convenient for a self sufficient stay - Comfy accommodation in convenient location. Nice and quiet. Very clean. Fridge and coffee facilities were useful. Staff were friendly but not very forthcoming with advice for what to see etc, saw very little of them. Descriptions could be better, would be nice to know bathroom was separate from room for example and although listing states air con charge, this is easily missed as not in description. Breakfast disappointing, entirely processed packaged products but considering price, not too bad. A little tricky to find as no signage inside apartment building. Shower was sometimes cold.
