Did not like having to pick breakfast the day before and having to eat it in our rooms as there was no dining room. The hotel was difficult to find as there was only a small plaque next to the door so we walked by it twice. Also, the elevator was extremely small and only fit 2 of us so one of us had to do the stair most of the time and we were on the 3rd floor. The hotel was rather strange as there were rooms on some floors and it looked like residents or other businesses in between. Felt more like an airBNB than a luxury hotel which it really is not.

Liked that there were not many rooms and it felt more intimate. Initially, trying to figure out how to get into the property was a challenge. El personal es súper amable, atento y te hace sentir muy a gusto en las instalaciones. OJO, no es hotel, es un tipo de B&B muy lindo. No esperes poco ruido porque justo está en la plaza Navona. Yo he ido por varios años a Roma y me he quedado en diferentes alojamientos, este en particular me parece muy caro para ser un B&B. El desayuno está bueno, a secas, nada extraordinario. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el croissant, se veía de mala calidad.

The location was perfect, the staff, particularly Jennyffer, who helped check us is was very nice and helpful, the accommodations were wonderful, beds were comfortable. We only stayed one night, as we were going on to Naples the next day but I wish I could have stayed there a week! Plus, they have a lift, which is super helpful with luggage! Nothing to speak of!

manuela (7/5): Buena ! Si no pasas mucho tiempo en la habitación. - Nos gustó la ubicación, pero relección calidad precio caro, para el tipo de habitación pero en esa zona se paga la ubicación. La habitacion es muy pequeña y el baño muy justito.

Zachary (9/5): - Amazing staff, great breakfast, excellent beds, prosecco as a gift on the final night was completely unexpected and thoughtful Shower pressure was not good, but the staff tried. Could be tied to the demands for water for the surge of travelers for the marathon, but overall that was the only thing I could possible say that wasn't amazing.

Sangjune (10/5): 숙소가 정말 만족스러웠습니다. - 조식서비스는 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 주문했던음식에서 빠진게 조금 있었습니다. 맛은 정말정말 조았습니다!! 추천합니다!! 청소도 전일 저녁에 여쭤봐주시고 청소해달라고 부탁하면 당일 오전에 진행해주십니다! 물론 수건도 매일 바꿔주시구요. 청소를 부탁안해도 수건은 새걸로 넉넉하게 가져다 주시니 걱정안하셔도 됩니다 ㅎㅎ 그리고 물도 공짜로 주셨는데 이건 항상 주시는건지는 잘 모르겠습니다 ㅎㅎ 수압이 다소 약한점이 있고, 뜨거운물이 나오려면 조금 시간이 필요하지만 샤워하는데 걱정할 필요는 없습니다! 아침 조식이 아침에 배달해주시는데 가끔 에그앤 베이컨 등 베이컨이 들어가있는 메뉴를 시켰는데 베이컨 빼고 주실 때가 있습니다.

Winters (10/5): Great place, great value! - Jennifer was a spectacular host! She took care of us, gave us recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to eat, and that made such a big difference! Her recommendations were on point! The hotel was great! All the staff were amazing! So caring and friendly! Next time in Rome, that’s where I’ll stay! -

Hubert (10/5): Absolutely fab!!!! - Whole stay was absolutely lovely. Staff is exceptionally good. Especially Jo (i hope i spell it correct). She was so friendly and professional. Talked to our kids and make them friends so quick:) Big credit to her for that!!!! Spa bath was a bit tricky to start but at the end we found the way how to manage that.
Yeliz (9/5): Kahvaltj gayet tatmin edici ve doluydu. - Tarihi asansör,konum,manzara,oda genişliği çok iyiydi.Personel yardımcı ve iyilerdi. İlk gün kahve makinası koymayı unutmuşlardı ama biz hatırlatınca telafi ettiler.Hatta güzel bir içki ile jest yapıldı.

Netta (10/5): מקום מושלם - מושלם! נראה חדש, מיקום הכי טוב שיש, החדר שלנו פנה ישר למזרקה, מיטה נוחה, ארוחת בוקר מוגשת לחדר לפי בחירה מראש. בקבלה ג׳ניפר היתה נחמדה מאוד והמליצה על מסעדה טובה יש קושי למצוא את דלת הכניסה - ממוקם בין מקומות הישיבה של המסעדה. רצוי לשאול את המלצרים

MARTA (9/5): Hotel súper cèntric i agradable. - La situació de l’hotel és inmillorable. El personal de la recepció és molt amable i eficient. L’esmorzar és a l’habitació, porten el que esculls a través d’un QR en un carret. És bo, però podria ser millor. El llit és còmode i el bany era petit, però correcte. El que menys m’ha agradat és l’esmorzar en l’habitació. M’agraden molt més els esmorzars tipus buffet.

Michael or Rebecca (10/5): Beyond wonderful! - EVERYTHING! The location, right next to the Piazza Navona was amazing. The Christmas marketplace was full of happy people enjoying the season. While the piazza was full of noise and the excitement of the season, the room was absolutely quite. The amenities were generous. Luxurious (~12") rainfall shower with handheld wand. The towels were oversized and lush. The bed was clean and comfortable. The staff was ALWAYS kind and helpful. One kind gentleman gave us a treat to celebrate Christmas eve. It was a short walk to the taxi stand. The hotel was within walking distance (1-2 miles) from the Baths of Caracalla, the Coliseum, the Vatican, the Forum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Campo di Fiori, Capuchin Crypt, Catacombs of San Callisto and Castel Sant'Angelo. Food options are plentiful and, of course, amazing. We especially enjoyed the Christmas decorations. I had to leave. :(
