• Fatih (4/5): Otel deneyim - Otelin konumu sahile 2-3 dk yürüme mesafesinde. 150-200 tl arası değişen şezlong ücreti sonrası giriyorsunuz. Şezlong kullanmazsanız bedava plaj ücreti. Otelin kesinlikle yalıtım problemi var. Enteresan şekilde temizlikçi hanımlar dışında gülen kimse yok. Odanın içerisinde lavabo var ve açıkta. Gider kokusu vs olmadı ama. Kahvaltı bence çok vasattı. Yani açık büfe kahvaltıda çeşit çok az ve basitti. Tercih edilebilir üzmez. Ama waowluk bir deneyim olmadı. Alternatifler değerlendirilebilir.

• rashed (8/5): - The hotel is nice overall. In my opinion, it has lots of potential but not living up to its potential. Located in a nice area with partial sea view. The room is unique as the sink is in the room. shower/toilet are in a semi see thru glass enclosure so only suited for single people. Was ok for me as i was a solo traveller but if i wont bring my family in this setup. Breakfast area is nice and big but same items served every single day. The big breakfast area could be turned into an inhouse restaurant for lunch/dinner but they only use it for breakfast and no other in hotel food option. You are on your own finding food places and staff is no help and neither they show any effort to help you with recommendations (specially the woman worked night shift). I had lot better responses asking my taxi driver to recommend restaurant near hotel and was able to find some good options in walking distance. Why couldn't the hotel staff do the same !! And finally i had left an item in hotel. Called them a day later when realized. Front desk said they will check and let me know. They never had the courtesy to even sent me a message or call saying the item was found or not found. Therefore i would not give this hotel a 4 start but giving it anyway because of the proximity to sea. The walk by the beach was really nice and truly enjoyed my morning walk.

• Philip (10/5): Another great visit, and will be back again - We have made several trips to Mersin, and always stay at Vista Hotel. The rooms are fresh and clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in front. Plus you are just 100 meters from Soli Beach.

Ontbijt super lekker, locatie super goed strand ongeveer 200 m van hotel en Soli center ligt ongeveer 500m heel veel restaurants en winkels naast hotel. Ik raad iedereen aan en ik zal zeker hier nog terug komen.

Considering how awful hotels in United States have been from my experience after Covid-19, this hotel has retained all of its hospitality standards well. Definitely would make sure I stay there if visit that area again. Well done!

Deniz kenarı, sahil, Denizin kendisi çok pis ve kayalıklarla dolu. Maalesef bir kere girebildik, çok kalmadan çıktık ve Silifke tarafına gittik.
• Sophie (8/5): Great hotel - This hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. The only one problem is the communication by email. They don't speak so good English and I had to write many emails until they answer. But it was great to stay there.

• burcuerk2012 (10/5): Amazing Night View - It takes 10 mins to reach from the city center. So not too far from mersin marina. Our room had a balcony and there was full moon. So the view was amazing. The decoration was unusal, there was no privacy in the bathroom/restroom. So it is suitable only for couples, not for families. (Bathroom is ok. But the restroom?) We loved the view and hygiene of our room. Will consider making reservation again if we go to mersin. Thank you!

Die Unterstützung an der Rezeption war sehr hilfreich und uns wurde jederzeit die beste Lösung versucht zu vermitteln. Egal ob es um Geld wechseln, einen guten Souvinirshop finden, ein landestypisches Restaurant finden oder nur eine Taxisfahrt organisieren ging. Das Frühstück war landestypisches und super. Die Zimmer haben alles was man in einem 14tägigem Strandurlaub brauch, inkl. Strandblick und Balkon. Lediglich der Handtuchwechsel hat nicht geklappt. Man sollte Handtücher, die nicht gewechselt werden sollten aufhängen. Trotz aufhängen haben wir immer komplett neue Handtücher etc. bekommen.

We started the booking negotiations for 2 rooms, thanks to the wonderful impressions written by the hotel guests on TripAdvisor and on other sites. From December 2018 and January - February 2019, for our vacation from August 19 to August 24. For every phone and email (because we wanted 2 specific rooms) we received answers with impeccable kindness and professionalism. From Mr. Ufuk then from Mr. Ayhan and Mr. Murat, İyi Çalışmalar and from the lady who was at the reception. Our smallest requests were met with a 7-star hotel kindness !!! The restaurant and breakfast are fabulous! The lobby, the terrace and the enclosure are very clean and smell fresh. The hallways of the rooms are impeccable. About the rooms what to tell you? We had rooms on the 6th and 7th floors with direct sea view. The rooms have a wonderful design, towels and bed sheets changed daily! Cosmetics changed daily! All personalized with Vista Boutique Hotel. The balconies have a table and 2 comfortable chairs. The interior design of the rooms is superb, with shades of gray, burgundy, turquoise, yellow. Safe included. There are bedside lamps, corner and spotlights placed excellent. The bed is very comfortable with special sheets and there is a refrigerator, a mini-bar, kettle with coffee bags, tea and bottles of natural water daily, free from the hotel. The staff at the reception and restaurant is 10 +++. I needed a laptop and they gave it to me for approx. 1 hour and when I needed to check-in they allowed me to do them from their desk-top. Thousands of thanks, dear gentlemen !!! And Mr. Edal, from the hotel taxi. it was wonderful behavior. I went several times with the hotel taxi, with Mr. Edal and it was a wonderful company! Thank you Erdal! The beach is about 50 - 70 meters from the hotel and it is wonderful! It is the best in the area, although I have visited several. Sunbed and umbrella: 10 TL per person and I received 1 business card from Vista Hotel to show it at the beach. Fine sand, wide beach and very smooth sea entrance. The water, in 19-24 August 2019, was over 28 degrees Celsius. Very good Mediterranean Sea! At 5-6 in the morning there are already many people at sea, even far away, to see the sunrise and because the sea water is quiet as in a lake. Breakfast includes many sausages, many cheeses, pastries, eggs in all forms, sweets, candied and fresh fruits, various toppings, salads, fresh vegetables and preparations, traditional foods, sauces, fresh milk and yoghurt, many types of coffee and tea, fresh juices, American breakfast, honey, etc. and so on etc. From the reception we were recommended other restaurants in the area where we ate very well. Also, places to visit from Mersin and Kiz Kalesi. We were also given transport information, also from the reception. Thousands of greetings are also sent to the entire staff VISTA BOUTIQUE HOTEL. We recommend to all the hotel for a stay with 100% satisfaction!!! We would always return with pleasure only to Vista and the beautiful city of Mersin! I don’t know where to start; from the great partial view of the sea or the nice & quiet location, the beautifully furnished rooms & the best customer service provided by Mr. Ufuk, the front desk who always goes above & beyond to make sure my stay is extra special & comfortable. The hotel is a low key, yet very classy hotel. I call it my second home, since I have always been staying there when I visit Mersin & of course will definitely come back & recommend all my family & friend to stay there.
• kannya2018 (10/5): Greatest hotel in Mersin - I tried many hotel in Mersin even the five start hotels. Every hotel had an issue that i was not comfortable with. But finally i found Vista Boutique hotel and i could relax and work peacefully next to the very friendly staffs and amazing view of the sea from my balcony. I felt like i am home, and the staff were acting like the family member. Mr. john the Sales manager, Mr. Ufuk in the reception are super amazing. Mr. Murat and all the other that i do not know their name. I will always be back and will recommend the people i love to stay in Vista Boutique Hotel if they travel to Mersin I believe all this positive and friendly environment is due to a great hotel's staff team working and great managing of Mrs. Merve the hotel GM. I appreciate all the positive energies i got there

Walking distance to the high street where many shops and restaurants can spoil your diet for sure. Modern furniture and extremely friendly staff is a hallmark for this 2017 hotel which is going to add bigger rooms/ suits for families next year as been told. Breakfast is very rich with fruits, dry fruits, variety of cheese and olive oil goodies as well as the delicious fresh bakery and everything else. Very smart design for the room ( 403 was my room) where creativity is present along with open minded designers. WiFi is strong All the above and more comes with a very competitive rate. • Dr. Mounika (8/5): Very nice hotel, but lacks a good customer service - The hotel is really beautiful, clean & has a great location to where I wanted to be. The problem is they need to have trained staff for good customer service. We had to ask for the same service many times before we finally get it done. I also placed an order for the cookies they put for guests & the night before I checked out I asked them for it, but they gave me totally different ones than my order. I was so disappointed & there is no way we can get new one since my flight was early next morning.

Bir de duşlarda askı olsa, havluyu almak için dışarı çıkmak gerekmese çok daha iyi olur. Bunların dışında bırakın Mersin'i yurtiçinde 5 yıldızlılar da dahil olmak üzere personelinden dekorasyonuna kadar bu kadar samimi ve rahat bir otel zor bulunur.
• 840rishaba (10/5): one of the best hotel in mersin for the price - i went to this hotel in july,2017..the room was soooo good, clean...the staff was really friendly..although i wish they could speak english....the food was really good..i will surely visit this hotel again..and the best part is its so damn cheap...u cannot find a better deal...its close to beach..lots of restaurants nearby....they even provide fair exchange rates for currency..
