Britta (8/5): Sehr schön, wenn man nicht raus gucken will. - Modern, sauber, groß, tolle Sauna, super Bett, alles vorhanden, schnelle Hilfe vom Personal. Es gab KEINEN Bergblick oder überhaupt irgendwie raus - die Wohnung war eine Höhle und nur wenn man auf die große Terrasse ging konnte man über eine andere Terrasse hinweg Richtung andere Häuser gucken. Die Sauna war erst ab 17:30 warm.

Bojana (9/5): - The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, new, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The wellness area is very nice and cosy, and the key collection point is easy to access, which made the check-in process smooth. One thing to keep in mind is the location. The Rubin studios are uphill, so going down to catch the bus to Giggijochbahn in ski boots is manageable, but returning uphill after skiing can be quite inconvenient. The main issue was finding the chalet. The directions provided are not clear, only a QR code with general info and an address (without the chalet name). The Google location isn't accurate, so we spent about 10 minutes searching and then called the info desk. We also met other guests who were lost and had to call for support, so it’s best to ask for very specific directions in advance. Clearer instructions (e.g., noting that Rubin studios are the last in the row and not clearly marked) would help a lot. Additionally, we experienced issues with noisy neighbors. Our bedroom was next to their living room, and the noise at night was disturbing. The info desk reacted promptly when contacted, but we were advised to call the police if it continued after working hours.
Volodymyr (6/5): Ok facility, horrible experience. - We arrived and were looking for reception or anyone to help at the location for half an hour. Then figured that reception is 3 km away! And there were no-one at the property to help. So we with a small kid should have driving there. It is located on the main busy street with no parking possibilities. Once we got our keys they gave us a room with number 7. And wtf, there are 4 huge buildings at the location, all A CASA and all have room number 7. So we spent another hour figuring out what building we are at. When checking out, we were carrying our bags down and we hit 10:01. Our key cards locked and we got our luggage stuck in the room. And since there is noone at the property (remember reception is 3 km apart), we had to wait another half an hour to get somebody to help us get our stuff out of the room (as we were precisely one minute late to leave the room) so we can finally leave this place. Sorry but that whole experience was horrible, not something I expect from 4 star rated facility. Having no reception feels just being cheap, not efficient in this case.

Carol Ann (8/5): Comfortabel en knus. - Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, verzorgd en modern appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en vlakbij bus rechtstreeks naar skigondel. De slaapbank was voor mijn zoon van 9 ok maar 2 volwassenen zouden daar niet goed op kunnen slapen (smal en ‘matras’ bestond uit losse delen). Haakjes aan de slaapkamermuur erg gewenst. Geen sfeerlamp voor de avond is echt een gemis!

Kebo75 (7/5): - Die Unterkunft hatte 2 Badezimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen. Es gab genug Müllbeutel sowie Spülmaschinentabs und einen Raum, wo man den Müll entsorgen konnte. Es gibt einen täglichen Brötchenservice. Die Unterkunft und der Wellnessbereich sind hochwertig eingerichtet. Das WLAN ist nicht das Beste. Seifespender im Badezimmer wären nett. Neue Handtücher gibt es nur für 10€ Aufpreis sowohl zum Duschen als auch für die Sauna und die Sauna könnte bereits ab 16 Uhr nutzbar sein.

Monja (6/5): - Der überdachte Parkplatz. Schlüsselübergabe.Küchenausstattung. Das Schlafsofa war sehr unbequem. Der Heizkörper im Bad ist für 3 Außenwände zu klein ausgelegt, es war immer frisch. Keine Schränke für die Person im Wohn-Schlafraum, obwohl es genug Platz für eine Kommode gebe.

Katharina (7/5): Schöne Anlage, aber Achtung bei Auswahl der Wohnung! - Ruhige Lage am Ortsrand, tolle Anlage mit schönen Zimmern Leider kam aus der Beschreibung der Wohnung nicht hervor, dass es sich um Souterrain handelt. Es kommt kaum Tageslicht in die Wohnung. Die Bilder über die Außenansicht (Balkone) entsprechen nicht der gebuchten Wohnung!
Henning (8/5): Immer wieder gerne, aber nächstes Mal ein anderes Apartment - Sehr gepflegt, tolle Ausstattung, Wellnessbereich hervorragend. Das Apartment lag bisschen verwinkelt Man hat nicht so die freie Sicht wie von der anderen Seite aus.
Sandra (8/5): - Apartment liegt ruhig im Vorort von Sölden. Nette Zugabe der Wellnessbereich [ohne Schwimmbad]. Von der Wohnung kann man direkt los wandern. Wohnung lag sehr dunkel. Wenig Aussicht auf die Berge.
Andreas (6/5): - Die Sauna hat uns gefallen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnküche ist in Ordnung. Einen Toaster gibt's nicht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schlechter Schallschutz der Räumlichkeiten. Die Aussicht ist verbaut. Aus den Zimmern schaut man in erster Linie auf ein nahe stehendes Gebäude oder auf eine Betonwand der Terrasse.

Pamela (8/5): - Het was heerlijk verblijven in de studio. Alles zag er nog vrij nieuw uit. De keuken was voorzien van alles wat er nodig is voor het bereiden van een goede maaltijd. Daarnaast ervaarden wij dat de studio ruim genoeg was en van alle gemakken voorzien was. De ligging is prima. Het ligt net op +/- 20 minuten wandelen vanaf het centrum van Sölden. Wat wij persoonlijk perfect vonden, want dit stukje is serene rust in vergelijking tot het centrum. Ook was onze hond van harte welkom. Dit maakt het hondvriendelijk. Parkeren bij de studio is gratis.

Ilse (9/5): Erg mooi! - Erg mooie studio! De kamer was precies zoals de foto’s.. mooi en erg schoon. We mochten ook gebruik maken van het zwembad en de sauna’s in een ander A CASA gebouw. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer was iets minder.

Wir hatten jedoch 2 Nächte in Folge Party Lärm bis früh um 3 Uhr was ein NoGo ist für mich und den Gesamteindruck trübt. Parken war auch so eine Sache, wenn man nach einem Ausflug nicht früh genug Zurückkommt darf man schon fast unten am Berg Parken um noch einen Platz zu finden.

In my opinion the bed is relatively hard but of course this is personal. Also cousins are very flat. The location is 1.5km from the Gigijoch lift. We took the car and parked it there because it seemed like the ski busses does not have a 5 min frequency
Raimonds (7/5): Jāuzmanās vai saņemsiet vēlamo apartamentu. Bet lokācijas ziņā Casa Bernstein bija ļoti laba vieta. - Sanāca tā, ka mans rezervētais apartaments bija atdots kādam citam cilvēkam. Uzņēmums man ierādīja citu apartamentu citā vietā, kas gala rezultātā bija labākā lokācijā. No aparatmentiem bija ērti doties slēpot un pastaigās uz ieleju. Man nepatika, ka Casa Rubin vietā saņēmu apartamentu Casa Bernstein. Tas tomēr vienmēr ir risks ierasties ceļojumā, un tikt pārceltam uz citu apartamentu. Naktī bija vēsāks, kā gribētos. Apartaments bija padzīvojis. Dzīvoklī nav ziepes. Slikta skaņas izolācija.

Arvid (9/5): Tolles Appartment - Die Unterkunft liegt am Hang mit einem tollen Blick über das Tal. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet (selbst eine Parmesanreibe war da und die Küchenmesser waren sehr scharf). Für eine 4-6 köpfige Gruppe haben wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Mit dem Fußweg von 3-5 Minuten waren wir beim Skibus und nach weiteren 5 Minuten am Giggijoch. Der Gestank in einem Badezimmer war teilweise ziemlich doll und so gut wie durchgehend da.
Björn (7/5): Prima verblijf alleen bovenstaande zijn wel belangrijke punten om te verbeteren. - Modern appartement en de ligging Te weinig parkeerplek, te weinig schoendrogers te weinig ski houders ten opzichte van het aan tal appartementen en bezetting hiervan. Spa faciliteiten pas om 17.00 beschikbaar.

John Bell (8/5): New, clean and nice appartment in nice location. Just bring your own soap. - The location is not in the center of the city but this is not a problem since busses are for free and it is walking distance. We often chose to walk to enjoy the mountain air (not with the ski boots of course) When you get out of the apartment, the view is amazing. The persons at the reception were extremely polite and provided all the info we needed. (My compliments to them !). The apartment is new and very clean and also very warm. There is a relaxing room and sauna that is amazing to go after ski and dinner. It is quiet with very nice chairs and nice view. It is written to not talk but some guest seem to ignore the signs, so make sure you tell them that they are supposed to be silent. ..... 😀 There is also storage for your ski (if you have your own. If instead you rent, those next to the ticket office have storage space. The knives in the kitchen were brand new. Excellent knives. Made cooking a pleasure. The only negative comment I have is about the soap. The house has everything apart from soap. We arrived late Saturday (19:00) exhausted after 12 hours driving to realise that the room had no soap to wash our hands or take a shower. We called the reception that confirmed that no soap is provided. The next day (Sunday) the super market next to the room was closed so we had to go to the city, and then come back, wash and then go for ski. We lost more than half of the day of our 5 day vacation due to this. There is a dishwasher in the room, but if you want to wash by hand one or 2 plates you are out of luck because there was no sponge in the kitchen. They are very serious about recycling and saving ... (that is good. My compliments again). But since we were using only 1 or 2 plates and one or two cups per day, we ended up with a 1+ hour washing cycle for something that could have been done in 5 min with much less water and energy. That is not environmental friendly. The above two are minor issues that can be easily fixed. Yet they had an impact. We bought a soap for 2 euros and a sponge for half a euro. For an apartment that costs 200 euros per night, a 2.5 euros (for the whole stay) would have been a minor investment with a large impact. The whole building is very nice and if you have a balcony towards the valley it is amazing. Unfortunately it happened that the specific apartment we got was one towards the back so we had no view (see picture). The terrace has a wall in front and is covered. If you get on the terrace and look right, you see a small portion of the valley (see second photo). We could not stay too much in front on the terrace because that is part of the apartment in front. Nevertheless ... we still enjoyed the terrace in the morning. Overall, we would stay again to the A CASA if we go again to Solden. But next time we will bring our own soap 😀

Mykhailo (8/5): - Великий шале, є місце загально збору, така собі мисливська кімната, є велика кухня з посудомийкою і всім необхідним посудом, сауна, 8 кімнат і 8 ванних кімнат Розташування деяких кімнат, а саме: 1 кімната була разом з сауною, тобто людина котра проживала в цій кімнаті постійно перетиналась з тими, хто йшов в сауну 2 кімната була разом з великою кухнею і так само не було приватності 3 кімната була об'єднана з малою кухнею і мала таку саме проблему
Mark (9/5): Dikke voldoende - Locatie is helemaal prima. 2 km van de grote lift af, dus met de bus of auto prima te doen. Auto staat mooi in een overdekte carport zodat deze netjes schoon blijft. Netheid appartement was keurig. Bedden sliepen fijn. De accomodatie bestaat uit meerdere gebouwen. Wij hadden de pech dat we een appartement hadden geboekt die geen uitzicht had vanaf balkon. dit gebouw stond achter een ander gebouw waardoor we dus geen leuk uitzicht hadden. Maargoed...dat was het enige, en absoluut geen spelbreker.

Shiffa (9/5): Perfect! - Een prachtig en modern appartement, voorzien van alle gemakken. De bedden lagen heerlijk, de douche was prima en locatie was perfect. Met de bus ben je binnen 3/4 minuten bij de Gigijochbahn. Ook is er een supermarkt dichtbij. De appartementen zijn erg gehorig, wat de nachtrust kan verstoren. Daarnaast ligt de accommodatie op een steile helling, wat het teruglopen vanaf de skibus of supermarkt behoorlijk inspannend maakt, zeker na een lange dag skiën. De overdekte parkeerplaatsen zijn handig, maar helaas niet geschikt voor auto’s met een dakkoffer vanwege de maximale hoogte van 2 meter. Dit was een tegenvaller.
Wendy (9/5): Zeer comfortabel - Locatie prima, prima internet, zeer compleet appartement. Heerlijke matrassen. Zeer schoon. Slechte hoofdkussen, TV hangt erg hoog in de woonkamer, Weinig gezellige aankleding van de ruimte.
Lisa (8/5): Schöne neue Wohnung - Schöne neue Wohnung, alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist ganz gut, aber nicht zentral in Sölden. Check in und Check out war an einer anderen Adresse. Rezeption war ab 20 Uhr nicht mehr erreichbar. Extreme Ruhestörung im Apartment über uns.

Valerii (8/5): Very good, but with some points - Let’s start with good things we have experienced. At first, the room was new and clean. It felt very fresh. The kitchen was well equipped, with many tools you might need. There is also a public sauna. But I didn’t really get the working hours. It was displayed that the sauna works from Thu till Sat, but it operated Tue too. We went there, met people who also decided to enjoy it. Anyway, if the sauna is closed at Rubin Studios, you can go to Saphir or Kristal(nearest hotels). The saunas operate daily there. There is even a swimming pool! Location is pretty nice. Yes, it’s a couple of kilometres away from Sölden itself and the ski resort, but if you have a car you will easily get there just in minutes. Also there is a bus station nearby where You can take the bus to Sölden. The reception desk is located in the city centre. Again, if you’ve got a car there is no problem for you. We went there just after skiing to ask some questions. The staff were friendly and helpful. Speaking of perks you will be given 10% off when renting ski equipment at Intersport, as well as for Aqua Dome. Nice little touch. Overall experience is great. Let’s see if I will be charged for a cleaning fee everyone’s talking here in comments. I would recommend this place, but also check out for alternatives if there are some. Pretty nice place to stay at Sölden. But there are some things to consider before booking. We lived at Top 2 apartment. This one has two bedrooms, one with a terrace, another one with its own bathroom. Theres is a second bathroom in the hallway. There would be a beautiful view from the terrace but there is a construction site in front of you. Yep, you see mountains and ski resort, but the construction work spoils a bit the view. It is not bad, but I guess it isn’t gonna take long to be finished, you have to keep it in mind. Moreover, the view from another bedroom was, well, bad. All we could see is a concrete wall and a driveway. Another thing is a Wi-Fi. It’s slow, really slow. It was like 5 Mbs or something. Also keep in mind that mobile data is pretty bad up there either (at least it was for me).

Cecile (5/5): - Het appartement was goed schoon. De welness was mooi maar moeilijk te vinden, zat namelijk in een ander gebouw. Dit hadden ze ons niet duidelijk gemaakt. De prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding ligt ver uitelkaar. Wij hadden 2 appartementen met in de woonkamer een slaapbank. Voor het geld dat wij daarvoor hebben betaald mocht er wel een betere bank staan. Mijn zonen hebben heel slecht geslapen.
IVAN (7/5): - Після поселення в апартаменти виявили, що у ванній кімнаті забита каналізація. Це не дозволило ввечері та зранку повноцінно користуватись туалетом і душем. На наступний день майстер вирішив проблему, проте не прибрав наслідки своєї роботи. Все інше було загалом непогано.

Ігор (7/5): - Гарний вид на гори ,наявність спа- центру. Немає ні чаю, ані кави,дуже замало світла у вітальні.Погана шумоізоляція,в сосідньому номері мешкали із собакою,яка дуже часто голосно лаяла .У вітальні диван давно потребує ремонту,коли його розкладаєш,то на спинці дуже неприємні подряпини .Неприємний запах з посудомийної машини ,якій за весь час нашого перебування так і не зник.У спальні достатньо добре ліжко,але подушки давно треба було поміняти.Співвідношення ціни та якості ,нажаль,не співпадає .
