- Neattravellor (10/5): Paradise on earth!! - Best holiday ever!!! The Villa was beautiful and great service from the hosts Roger and Dang!! Stunning beaches, food, bars and restaurants nearby but the pool was the high light!!! Especially at night.... Will definately be back!!
- conny_301 (10/5): Cozy - Beautiful and peaceful hotel/guesthouse/villa. The owners Roger and Dang was very friendly and showed us around the first day by car. Every day we didn’t go to the beach we had fresh towels, water and tasty fruits. When we wanted to go for the beach, we didn’t rent a car, Dang drove us for a small taxi fee and picked us up any time we wanted. It was possible to walk to the village with good restaurants and foodmarts and 7/11. On the pool days Dang help us and picked up lunch from a place who hade Mexican, Thai and us food, really good food for lunch and the chicken quesadillas was good for two;) We had a room in the guesthouse, number five. It had a nice terrace with morning sun and sunset. We where along in the guesthouse so we had the pool alone, you can say private pool:) The villas where occupied but you couldn’t barely notice them. My wife tried massage in the room that the hotel recommended and she was happy:) If we go back for Thailand, we will stay here again! PS: Try the Banana Corner restaurant, best food, sadly we found it the last day😂
- Hans Conny (10/5): Värt att inte bo dyrare om man vill koppla av. - Det enda som var sämre med hotellet var de stenhårda sängarna. Men har hört av flera vänner att det är så överlag i Thailand. Efter några nätter var det okej, 11 nätter var vi där. Härlig terras med morgon och kvällssol. Poolen var härlig, även om villorna har privat så var vi nöjda. De dagar vi slappade vid poolen hel dagen fick vi bra mat levererad till hotellet utan extra kostnad utöver matpriset. Frun testade även massage på rummet. Vi hade inte bil eller moped, gångavstånd till byn med massa bra restauranger och smålivs, apotek m.m. Taxitjänst via hotellet var prisvärt.

- pingokylling (10/5): A surprise - My daughter and I stayed four days at Majestic Villas. Roger and Dang are perfect hosts. It feels almost like being on a private visit. They know the nice beaches, the good restaurants and Dang are a tour guide and driver. Everything is well maintained and clean. The pool is amazing- a special at night.

Был забронирован номер в одном отеле с видом на бассейн, а предложили с видом на парковку))). Бронировали через hotel.com Они же и предложили переселиться в #majesticvillasphuket Крутой хозяин ирландец Роджер, гостеприимная жена, собака Фрейд и 5 кошек, очень чистые номера, вылизанный бассейн, да еще можно заказывать еду и такси по адекватным ценам. Надо брать.

- jamiet924 (10/5): thailand phuket holiday 2017 - Stayed at majestic villas in 2015 and liked it so much that we decided to stay again for our holiday in Phuket. The same excellent service from Dang and Roger, always willing to help out with suggesting places to see and do. The villas are situated close to the village of Saiyuan which has everything to offer from restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The villa was the same as we remembered it, beautifully finished inside and out, with its own lovely big swimming pool. Look forward to staying there again in the future!
- jamiet924 (10/5): thailnd phuket holiday 2015 - The service we received was A1, the villa was beautiful, finished to a very high standard with a fantastic swimming pool. Majestic villa is situated in a nice and quiet road but only a 5 minute walk to to village of Saiyuan, which has everthing you would need from restaurants to bars to minimarts and more. Roger and Dangs hospitality was brilliant, could not wish for better hosts. There is not a bad thing that I can say about this holiday.

- Bigsteve84 (10/5): great as always - I am no stranger to the Majestic as it is always my first stop on my annual trips to Thailand. For the first time I had my girlfriend traveling with me and her only issue was she thought the mattress was a bit to hard for her liking ( not an issue from me) Roger and Dang have a good selection of ensuite rooms in the guest house and your choice of 2 or 3 bedroom private villas all with there own private pools and everything you could need to cook your own meals if wanted. I do always get my own transport (car) when I am here as the beach is 7 min drive or 50min walk away from the rooms/villas but with a lovely clean, private pool and sun bathing lounges it is hard to leave the comfort of your own private swimming space for the crowded beaches of Phuket. Getting picked up and dropped off to and from the airport in there 5 series BMW is always a nice start and finish to the trip. I have suggested and sent about 5 groups of my friends to the majestic over the past 5 years and all have had good things to say when they have returned home. Keep it up Roger

- 681dimass (10/5): Great accommodation, private pool! - Stayed at Majestic Villas in February 2014, for five days. Fantastic rooms, plenty of space and your own private pool. Roger and Dang are a great source of information on all things local, with plenty of advice on how to get around. They are very helpful and are happy to source whatever you're after, from day trips to getting your phone up and running, scooter rentals and in my case, where to get the best tattoos! The Villas are designed extremely well, have a private secure entrance, and the fact that Roger and Dang are nearby and easily contactable made for an easy and relaxing stay. The place has enough space to fit a small group of up to 5 people, and the pool area gets plenty of sun. There is a shop directly opposite making for convenience, and it is a five minute walk away from all the bars and shopping of Rawai. Highly recommend this place, and will definitely stay here again when I return next year.
- SaleenXTRM (8/5): Big Private Pool in a Sun Drenched Yard with Your Own Lounges - These are three villas only a few years old with the owner managers occupying one of them. WHAT WAS SENSATIONAL? A mobile phone. What a great touch. We arrived and Roger presented a mobile phone, had Dang (his partner) go to a nearby shop, buy a sim card, get it going, add both Rogers and Dangs mobile numbers to the phone and gave it to us to contact them at any time. We didn’t need to pay for the sim card and it gave us a sense of security and sent a message that these owners really cared about the guests. The large, clean swimming pool, is about 7m x 3.5 m plus the area of the stairs. The pool was for our personal use but not quite private (see below). Did I say clean? Your own private pool is cleaned daily and is just sparking clean which in a tropical climate is not easy. The pool is a real credit to the owner managers. There is also plenty of sunbaking area around the pool your own 4 sun lounges and two sun umbrellas. No fighting for a sunlounge with other guests. Each day clean oversized large pool towels/blankets are snuck onto the lounges. These villas are cleaned daily, as is the pool and the gardens watered daily, generally when we were not around. It seemed that whenever possible, they tried to respect our privacy. When we were home if they came they rang the door bell before entering. Not that we used it but the kitchen is large and well equipped including a large, full size refrigerator. WHAT WAS GREAT? Locational it is only an 8 minute (10 minutes if walking slowly) to the main shops where there are plenty of restaurants, and corner stores. Also car and motor scooter hire. The rental cars here have much better rate than at say Kata or Karon. WiFi is provided and on average as “good" and worked around the pool. It was fantastic in the morning but after about 12.30pm seemed to slow down and then picked up again at night. The villas are almost completely private pool from other eyes. The next door villa had a window facing the sunbaking and pool area. While we were there this villa was vacant and a blind remained closed. The owner’s villa is 2 storey and from their top balcony they can see into part of this villas back yard. The villas are close to private, but not quite there. Air conditioned bedrooms. A washing machine. Roger offering Dangs services for almost everything. Plenty of insect coils although we didn’t use any. WHAT WE DIDN'T LIKE? No air-conditioning in the house just in the two bedrooms. No shower screens so that the whole bathroom, including the toilet paper gets wet. (We removed the toilet paper each day). Paying separately for electricity. I certainly understand the issue and the number of people that must just walk out the door and leave the air-condition on. The payment was excessive but just very unusual. I must say that the estimate given prior to booking was quite close to what the two of us used. The incredibly noisy ceiling fans. Once the bedrooms were cooled we were more than happy to sleep with the air-conditioning off and the fan on. After one night of poor sleep due to the noise of the fan we had to revert to the air-conditioning on all night. This was certainly not our preference. Clearly Dang doesn’t like her services being offered. She will drive you around for a competitive cost but her lack of enthusiasm really doesn’t make it worth it. The best option is to hire a small car or, a motor scooter if you are particularly brave and enjoy the insides of a hospital. The 1980’s Chinese style architecture and décor is rather off putting. The villas are functional and clean but certainly not Thai style pavilion housing which is more common. The villas are rather new, just an old style taste and certainly not ours. The hard beds although we accept these are Thai beds. One day someone will provide comfortable softer beds. SUMMARY ! A very good option once you get over the styling. Has to be amongst the best, largest and cleanest private pool you can get, especially in this price range. They are worth serious consideration.
