As we were travelling with an elderly family member, having interconnected rooms was very important to us. Although the team did inform us about the subject-to-availability clause, I clearly communicated our requirement. Mr. Ilango, the Front Office Manager, truly understood our situation and thoughtfully arranged interconnected rooms for us 😊🙏. Even before check-in, the hotel’s hospitality and genuine understanding of guest needs spoke volumes about the property. Our check-in experience was seamless, and every staff member we encountered was exceptionally well-trained, professional, and consistently warm and welcoming. The food was outstanding, with the South Indian cuisine being a definite highlight 😋. The beautifully done Christmas decorations deserve a special mention—they truly captured the festive spirit and made us feel immersed in the Christmas vibe. My heartfelt thanks to: Mr. Ilango and the entire Front Office team for their care and professionalism The differently-abled (deaf and mute) staff member at the front desk who graciously assisted us with our luggage during check-out The Reservations Team for patiently explaining the ITC membership benefits Overall, it was a truly wonderful and memorable stay. The only minor drawbacks were that one of the rooms did not have a bathroom door lock, and the hand shower in the cubicle was missing. Aside from these small issues, everything else was excellent.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, my only complaint would be that the cleanliness is not up to scratch. One of the glasses in the bathroom had someone else's toothpaste still on it, the shower had mould in places...just the finer details were missed . Otherwise, the restaurant was good, good food options at breakfast and dinner. The gym was basic but had everything needed for a workout. Pool area was nice. Just the finer details needed attention but overall it was a comfortable stay.

I am in 1423 room and room is cleaned every morning by BILMAL with his colleague, he is very nice. Indian and Western foods are so delicious for breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located and the staff were very courteous and warm. This review is more focussed on the customer service I had at the hotel (which is one among the best premium one in Coimbatore) During my stay my mother had misplaced a piece of her precious jewellery ( a tiny one) before checkout which we didn't realise a few hours after checking out.. Fortunately I had taken the contact of front desk staff Mr Robin while checking out and reached out to him to help on the issue and was assured that they will check. Given that it was during peak summer holidays, and rooms being mostly booked, we were just trying our luck. After a couple of hours while we lost hope, I got a call from Mr Kumaravel the supervisor of house keeping team to check about our lost item who collected all the details and assured us he will check this personally and give me an update.. This gave us some hope. Mr Kumaravel took the effort to walk into the room and asked us specific questions around the potential areas that this might have fallen down and did a physical search.. This was done even though the room was occupied by a different guest and Kumaravel was able to convince them of the issue and looking to support us.. Special thanks to the other guests (whomever it is) who have checked in to the same room where we were.. :-) Unfortunately Mr Kumaravel updated us post checking the room that he was not able to identify the jewellery in the room. Even though we lost all our hope Mr Kumaravel was not ready to give up.. He suspected that the tiny piece may have been sucked by the vacuum cleaner from the carpet and was not hesitant to check the mess from the vacuum cleaner. We got a call an hour later from Mr Kumaravel that the jewellery was indeed found in the vacuum cleaner.. We could not believe what we heard as we gave our hope on this.. My mother was excited and awe struck to hear this as this was a gift from myself to her for a special occasion. While we confirmed that the jewellery is indeed ourselves Mr Kumaravel was following up on how this can be collected. Since we moved to a different town already, we were not able to collect in person the same day.. However after a day we made the effort to take an additional day to travel to Coimbatore, stayed at the same property and collected the same.. Even though we had alternate ways to collect the jewellery, we were keen to Mr Kumaravel and personally thank him for his support on this.. After completing the formalities we were handed back the jewellery promptly by him.. Mr Kumaravel is someone to look up to a role model for customer service, who understands the needs and emotions of the customer and act accordingly.. He had taken some difficult steps to get back our items. He was very humble and denied on any incentives we tried to offer him which speaks volume of how he had done this for his passion on customer service. Once again thanks to Kumaravel for going above and beyond to solve customer problems.. Even though there are a lot of nice things about this property, If I had to pick one reason for me to keep coming back to this property that would be that ITC had invested on people like Mr Kumaravel.. Wishing them success and keep building more professionals like Mr Kumaravel which will make them the best Travel Hospitality company..

The room was comfortable with only minor concerns. However, the gym was quite cold, and the pool being closed was a slight inconvenience. Notably, the F&B staff and security were more welcoming and warm than the front desk. It was also encouraging to see women in the security team — well done. I look forward to returning.

I ordered a kebab, and after 30 mins was informed by the waiter that she thought that I cancelled my order (I had not). I was then told my order will be out in 10 minutes - and after 10 minutes was asked if I prefer pasta. I had now been waiting 40 minutes without food. I asked to speak to the manager - he never arrived despite a follow up. I finally left at 4:50pm - a good 50 minutes after waiting without managing to even speak to the F&B manager about this experience.

Lovely restaurant, with very good food choices and a high quality of professional, friendly staff (particular mention to Alice from Mizoram :) Negatives: No mattress protector!!!! This is inexcusable and dirty in a hotel of this size & turnover. Rang down to reception to get another sheet, but after an hour I had to chase it up by going down myself, only to stand behind two guests checking in VERY SLOWLY for 15 minutes. Staff need to be more responsive to guests’ needs.

Location is central, close to everything and is almost as good as the Vivanta close by. Sometimes the service could be a little more efficient takes about 2 calls. The GM is hands on. Juice and cookies to welcome one.
