• Berdos (4/5): Okay - Good location, some staff are accommodating and they helps me for ATV ride, while the other staff (chubby woman) feels irritated when I paid for gcash instead of cash when I left. I booked the fan room last year but when I confirmed my arrival, they informed that it is already full because they forgot to book me ahead. They want me to upgrade even if it is their faults. They should offer me the AC room for free but they want me to pay their lapses!

• Michael (7/5): Good for visiting Mayon Volcano, not more. - The rooftop terrace was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. A great location for visiting Mayon volcano.. Free drinking water. The room was not very cozy and not clean. It was very loud in the night, you hear doors slaming all night long.

• Molly (6/5): Good value for money, limited food options - Simple, clean room with mountain view from the balcony. Views from the rooftop terrace are great of the mountain, just with the petrol station in the way. Ok value for money. The location is close to Cagsawa ruins and ATV providers but little else (other than McDonalds). The hotel does not have any food service and little around to eat other than McDo. Road is loud so recommend ear plugs.

• Terry (2/5): Very poor - Not much Stained mattress, bed bugs, no sheets, no towels, no crockery, no shower bucket only, no hot water, no jug, don't bother unless you're on a budget
• José (10/5): Nice lodge to see the Mayon Volcano - Great stay, close to many of the best viewpoints of Mayon Volcano, even the lodge has a terrace where you can actually see the volcano itself. They lend me a heater to warm up the water when I needed to take a shower. Not Lodge related but there aren't many restaurants in walking distance, only a McDonald's which is next to it.
• Brian (8/5): - This property has no hot water, but that’s common with this type of hotel. No free food or drinks, but their offerings are not expensive. Excellent view of Mayon Volcano from the rooftop dining room, and other restaurants and services are nearby.

• Roy (8/5): Very good - Walking distance from Cagsawa Ruins and local cariderias. Literally beside a McDonalds if you're craving for a burger. Great rooftop view. No complaints overall, but I hope the east facing balconies had a little bit of shade so I can view Mayon from my own room in the future.

• RODERICK (8/5): - the view of Mayon Volcano is great (only a bit blocked by McDonald's - not hotel's fault). the staff are super friendly and helpful. it is undergoing renovation so hope it will be better in terms of facilities/amenities. it is far from the city for those who need that.

• Jose (7/5): Noisy hostel by a road with busy traff - The sight of the volcano from the terrace It's at a main road with a lot of traffic, very noisy. I had to use eartaps at the terrace and, even so, it was dissagreable.

• Michael (4/5): - The biggest problem with this property is that they have no backup systems in place to cope with an electricity power failure which happens frequently. At 3am the power went off; there is no backup generator and no emergency lights in the bedrooms, so you are left in complete darkness and with no air conditioning and no fans the heat is unbearable. The only choice is to get out of the room into the cooler outside night air. Not a great option when you plan to check out at 5am.
• Michael (9/5): Mayon Lodging House is a very wonderful place to stay with the majestic view of the Mayon Volcano. - We love the view of the Mayon Volcano specially when you go to the rooftop where you can relax and also, they can arrange your breakfast on their rooftop. Nothing really.
• Marietta (10/5): Mayon Volcano eruption, first look - Friendly and welcoming staff. The location is perfect for viewing the mayon volcano. The roof top was perfect if you want to relax at night to view the mayon. They have a hammock. For the price, it's a good place to relax after exploring nearby pattractions. Walking distance to Cagsawa ruins. The only discomfort is, it's not sound proof and since along the national highway, you'll hear the loud noise of cars passing by. But will come back again , given the chance.
• Michael (8/5): Mayon Lodging House is a very wonderful place to stay with the majestic view of the Mayon Volcano. - What I enjoy the most is having breakfast at the rooftop with the view of the Mayon Volcano. They really set up the place for us. It was so relaxing and at the same time fascinated with the ambiance. What I didn't like is the parking space. Though I didn't experience any problem, I was just wondering if all of the guest will have their own car, where can they park their vehicles. Well I guess there is an alternative just in case this happens.

The noise and vibrations from the heavy trucks passing by. Very weak water pressure or none at all.
• Alex (5/5): There’s some hassle but Not too bad for the price and location - I like that its close to the cagsawa ruins and the roofdeck was amazing to watch the volcano. Lucky our 3 days stay there was sunny so the volcano was very pretty to watch. Its good too that they have water dispenser on every floor as we dont have to buy water and a restaurant on the same building where we buy our food. We booked a room with ac but they give us a room with a wall fan. Had to ask for plunger cos the toilet bowl was clogged. The room is not well ventilated. It can get warm inside while the hallway is cooler. Opening the window can be a risk as it can be easily accessed from the parking area.

• Julia (8/5): Ett prisvärt hotell med den coolaste utsikten - Vi var i Legazpi när vulkanen var aktiv och det rann lava från den. Det var mycket därför vi valde detta boende så att vi kunde se vulkanen på nära håll, så det var riktigt häftigt. Deras rooftop är mysig och dör kunde vi sitta på kvällarna och spela kort. Det är en bit in till stan men det gick smidigt att ta sig ner dit vid behov. Rummen var enkla och hade det man behöver. Så totalt sett var det ett helt okej boede.

Upgraded our room and let us register early no extra charge. Friendly staff and great food on site! We will defiantly check here first if we return to the area!.
