I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the accommodation, so much so that I have been forced to vacate and move to another hotel immediately also booked through your platform at the cost of the loss of my entire payment for the stay at A Good day riverside. Indeed, the host requires the immediate, entire payment for the stay and refuses any changes, cancellation or reimbursement of any kind which has never been the case for previous bookings on your platform. Most disappointing of all is that this is neither an hotel nor a hospitality venue but a money-making scam. How Booking.com can endorse such a thing is very worrying and this situation makes me rethink my commitment to use your services. If you endorse scammers then how I can trust booking.com ? Furthermore, I question the validity of some of the reviews for the accommodation which give it four stars. Below are the points I have to complain about the place: - [ ] 1 The accommodation room had clearly not been cleaned prior to my arrival: I found used cotton buds, a dirty straw, metallic staples and part of a pair of broken eye glasses on the floor, even though I was informed that I could not check in early because « cleaning was in progress ». - [ ] 2 When I asked to move in earlier than the 15:00 check-in time, I was told that I would incur a charge of 1000 yen per hour prior to the standard check-in time. I have never been told such a thing by any previous accommodation in my life, this is alike to racketeering and reflects very badly on the property as well as booking.com to work with such people. Moving in earlier is either possible or not. - [ ] 3 The room is not acceptable as rental accommodation due to the fact that there is a big gap under the window where I could see outside, the curtains were frayed and the window itself is not airtight. - [ ] 4 There was no usb port in the accommodation. - [ ] 5 There were only three flimsy hangers and no closet or drawers for my belongings.

• 박재영 (8/5): - 위치가 매우 좋습니다 캐널시티 위주 관광인데 매일 걸어가기 부담없는 거리였습니다 하카타역도 걸어서 15분 정도였고, 텐진도 10분 이내의 거리였습니다. 리버뷰도 좋네요 일본 호텔인데 매우 넓어 가족 숙박에 좋았네요 청결과는 거리가 멀었습니다. 베개의 얼룩, 소파의 얼룩이 심합니다. 테이블이 삐걱거리고 좌우로 흔들립니다 천장 마감이 안되어 있어 누워서 보기에 좋지 않네요 침대 스프링은 오래되어 몸을 조금 움직여도 소리가 났습니다 회사와 건물을 같이 쓰고 있어 엘리베이터 사용이 불편했습니다

• Miki (7/5): 家族におすすめ - 目の前に川がある眺望の良さ、ホテルでこの開放感はなかなか得難いと思います。 部屋が広くて荷物を広げるのにも便利。 大きなソファがありくつろげました。 チェックインチェックアウトは簡単でした。 洗濯機あり、洗剤は二つありました。 備え付けのシャンプーの香りや使い心地が良かったです。 スポットライトが３つしかなくて暗く、これが少し辛かった。 テーブルがとても古く、表面が剥がれていたり波打っていて、コーヒーカップを置くと不安定になってた。 ３人で泊まったが、掛け布団は２枚しかなくて少し寒かった。家族となら布団の共有ができるが、友人同士では、、若い人は大丈夫なのかな？ エアコンは設定温度30度にしても少し寒かった。 交通の便利は、わかってはいたけれどそれほどよくは無いが、市内は流しのタクシーがたくさん走っているので便利。

• Aya (7/5): 値段も安くて多くを求める方でなければ大変良い施設だと思います。 - ホテルよりも部屋が広くベッドも広くて快適でした。お風呂もゆっくり出来てアメニティも揃っていたので問題無しでした。電車レンジ、冷蔵庫、色々あるので困りません。窓のブラインドが壊れていたので気になりましたが安く泊まれるので問題ないかなと言う感じです。 クローゼットがあって便利ですが壁がカビ？だらけで黒くなっていました。 駅からは少し遠くて夜はかなり迷いました。 部屋の隅はホコリがたまっていた。 エアコンがききにくいのでかなり温度を上げないと寒かった。
• Sako (8/5): Convenient stay for a night in a spacious room - Location, lots of windows, spacious. The coffee table in the room was very old and its coating was peeled very much and gave me a feeling of a old karaoke room. The couch was stained a lot, too. Overall, it gave me an impression that they weren't well maintained. It functions as a room to stay for a night. But for the vibe they are selling on the website, I felt it was slightly different.

• Phillip (6/5): 청결에 좀 더 신경을 쓴다면. - 가장 좋았던 점은 가격이었어요. 모든걸 이해하게 만들어주는 가격이 가장 큰 장점이었어요. 그다음으로는 넓은 실내공간이에요. 일본 숙소들이 좁아터진걸 생각한다면 궁궐같은 수준이었어요. 청결이 엉망이었어요, 전 이용객이 떨어뜨리고 간 아기 인형이나 쓰레기가 잔득 나오고 여기저기 샇여있는 먼지들도 그랬구요. 중간중간 끊어져서 먹통이 되곤 하는 와이파이도 좀 불편했습니다.
• Yusuke (7/5): お値段通り - 二度目の宿泊でしたが 繁華街も近いのに比較的静かで洗濯乾燥機がついており 部屋も広く値段がそんなに高くないところです。 清掃について 一度目も思いましたが、あまり清掃が行き届いていないところです。 水回りに髪の毛は確実にあります。おそらく清掃の方が日本人ではないのかと。 家具の状態 バーチカルブラインドが壊れていて夜中や朝、光が入ってくるのが気になります。 またテーブルなど一部家具のみボロボロです。
• Matu (4/5): 睡眠だけはよく取れた。泥棒に注意。 - ベッドが大きい 自分がチェックインした少し後の事。知らない人旅行客が暗証番号を押して勝手に入ってきた。相手がチェックインのとき何か間違えて私の部屋にダブルチェックインしたのだと思うが、部屋の暗証番号が、他の人にも共有されてしまったシステムはどうかと思うし、状況説明を本社に問い合わせてもよく分かりませんとのことで、セキュリティは最悪。貴重品は置いとけないかと。電話相談した時もスタッフはおそらく外国人だったので、状況理解に凄く時間を要した。 テレビもなく、静かな夜は過ごせた。

• Marcel (4/5): - Für uns eher ein schreckliches Hotel. Extrem dreckige Zimmer, die Wände mit Schmutz beschmiert, nasser und dreckiger Teppich, lieblos (oder gar nicht) eingerichtetes Zimmer. Und es stank nach toten Tier im Raum. Das Bettlaken kaputt und mit Flecken vom Vorgänger. Kommunikation mit Betreiber kaum möglich. Telefonisch nicht erreichbar, eine Email haben wir bekommen, dass ein Zimmerwechsel nicht möglich ist. Danach keinerlei Antworten auf Emails und Nachfragen. Von unserer Seite nicht zu empfehlen.

• bb23 (7/5): 良い宿だけど... - お気に入りの宿でリピーターです。 ロケーションが良く、コスパも良いです。 お気に入りの宿なので、今までマイナスな事は書かないようにしてましたが、今回は書きます。 何件かの口コミにもありましたが、ゴミ箱がそのままだったり、清掃も今ひとつ。 あと、食器を洗うスポンジが無かったので、自分でコンビニで買いました。 改善が見られないです。 また利用したいので、マジで改善して下さい。

• Wannakamon (9/5): Spacious room with nice river view - This is the largest studio-type apartment I have ever stayed in. It features well-equipped amenities, a kitchenette, an electric iron, a washing machine, and toiletries. The check-in process was extremely convenient, thanks to the code and digital door lock. It is located near the Naka River, where the nearest bus stop is just a 5-minute walk (Sumiyoshi-bashi bus stop). Canal City and Nakasukawabata Shopping Arcade are just a 15-minute walk. The nearest subway station is Watanabe-dori (Nanakuma Subwaqy Line within an 8-minute walk).

• Brittany (7/5): Very pleasant and in a convenient location. - I liked how close it was to everything and that there was a grocery store less than 20 feet away. You’re about a 10 mins walk to the mall which was nice as well. When arriving I feel as though the room wasn’t as clean as possible. There was hair in the tub and no instruction into where I could throw trash out should it get full.

• wataru (10/5): 家のような感じでくつろげました。 - すぐそばにCharichariのブースもあり、歩いてあちこちいけるので便利でした。タクシーもすぐそばを走っています。 洗濯機と洗剤、干すための用具があったのでとても助かりました。いきなり２５度をこえるような暑い日になったため、洗濯物を家に帰る前に洗えて助かりました。 すぐそばにある銭湯にいけなかったのだけが心残りでした。

• Verified traveler (8/5): 民泊っぽく快適 - 初めて宿泊しました。 完全無人で、入口にあるタブレットでチェックイン／アウトの手続きを行い、部屋は暗証番号で解錠する仕組みでした。民泊に近い考え方かもしれません。 一人で過ごすには広すぎるお部屋で、快適に過ごしました。 　 冷蔵庫、アイロン、ネスプレッソも揃っていました。 タオルやバスローブも清潔でした。 部屋にテレビがないのが斬新でしたが、なければ観ないだけなので気になりませんでした。 窓の桟にホコリが若干浮いていたり、シャワー室に水垢が目立っていましたが、それで不潔ということはなく、掃除の際の洗剤などを工夫すればより良くなるのかなと思えました。 　 仕事ではなく家族や友達とゆっくり過ごしたいと思いました。 また利用したいです
• Neema (3/5): Bad - Near the river The receptionist was very rude. I wonder, Japanese use alot of polite words in their language but they cannot do the same when speaking english to their customers.

Hot water for shower also come very slow. Location is close to famous Shopping mall by the river. But not close to Hakata nor Tenjin nor any of the subway stations. Wifi is not working but Staff doesn't mention on the guide book(self check in)

• Igor (9/5): Huge apartment in great location - Room size, balcony view, location Instructions on how to enter were mostly in Japanese, in English were not that clear. Apartment is a bit tired. Tea cups are not designed for hot drinks, wine glasses would be nice to have.
• Wong (7/5): Good - Nice river view, the room is big enough and comfortable, you can walk to Hakata Canal City and Nakashu Yatai I am disappointed that there is no balcony. It does not match the description.

• Boscott (8/5): Very good - Good location for the things I was doing/places I was visiting. Room was generous by japanese hotel room size standards. Plus there's a great coffee shop, 'Clutch' a short walk over the canal to start your morning. Checking in might be a little difficult if 'not everything worked' when you don't speak japanese and have a japanese phone number, but some other guests were able to help out so all ended well
• Karolyn (7/5): Good - Large space with dining table, lounge, kitchen facilities and washing machine/dryer. We stayed for 4 weeks so having an apartment style hotel was fantastic, we were able to prepare meals and wash clothes. The room is spacious and there were extra futons, pillows, doonas, slippers and amenities provided. Our room looked out over the river so we didn't feel boxed in. We only saw cleaning staff once but she was very helpful with our questions. Clearer instructions on rubbish disposal would be helpful. We stayed 4 weeks and there was no cleaning so the apartment got very dusty. We ended up buying a floor mop at the 100 yen shop. We needed to wash towels and buy toilet paper and tissues, which is fine, you just need to be aware.

• Sally(youkyung) (8/5): Good view with window. - Good view from a basic king room. I can open the window and see a beautiful garden of other house. No TV. It’s a bit expensive compare with other hotel.
• Sally(youkyung) (8/5): Good place for family but no balcony - different from the photo. - There were everything in the room for staying. If you visit here with your family and stay long period, it will be a good place for you. I booked the room with balcony and window we can open. However, there’s no balcony and window was locked. There’s no front desk so we did self-check in. I guess there’s been some changes here during COVID19. I hope they make this place better than before because more guests will visit. The location is a bit far from the center of tourist’s spot but new subway station will be opened Mar. 27 of next year not far from here.
• Andrew (6/5): - The room itself was large for Japan and tastefully designed, and had good amenities and facilities. The first drawbacks was being on the second floor and near to a noisy road. The second was coming home late and trying to get in. There was a keycode to enter in a small dimly lit doorway into a keypad that didn't work well.
