• Sanja (10/5): Perfect, big, clean, bright and comfortable apartment with all you need inside and nearby. - Spacious, luxury and very clean room and bathroom. A lot of day light. Very good instructions of entering the apartment. Very big, nice and clean common living room, kitchen and entrance. Easy to find parking place, good organised nearby breakfast. Great and popular Pizzikotto nearby. Perfect in any possible way.

• Larsen (9/5): - Nice beds, and facilities. Good addition with the breakfast "tickets" at the local café and close to the bus that goes to the station. If there was ANY issue, and you texted the owner, he would answer within 5 minutes day and night. The shower itself is a bit dull, but works fine, just love Water pressure compared to what im used to. The app/website to open the doors and gates doesn't work on all phones, but on the phones it works on, it works great.

• Roberto (7/5): Bene ma si potrebbe fare meglio. - 1) La facilità di accesso alla struttura: tutto è automatizzato e questo è un notevole vantaggio perché si è liberi di arrivare quando è più comodo. 2) La pulizia è un altro punto di forza tutto perfetto, pulito e ordinato. 3) La posizione è buona: la struttura si trova in un tranquillo quartiere raggiungibile abbastanza facilmente. 1) Sicuramente la colazione: in convenzione con alcuni bar è molto limitata poiché consiste in un voucher di importo prefissato quindi non è una vera e propria "colazione compresa" bensì una sorta di "sconto" sulla colazione. 2) L'insonorizzazione: la mia stanza dava sulla strada principale ed alle prime ore dell'alba, quando la città comincia a mettersi in moto, si avvertono indistintamente tutti i rumori del traffico con conseguente risveglio.

La struttura è posizionata vicino alla fiera e non lontano dalla stazione. L'accesso al bed and breakfast in autonomia agevole. Niente di negativo

Non era specificato quando abbiamo prenotato. Poi il check out e molto presto, e gia alle 10 devi uscire dall alloggio e non si possono lasciRe le vLigie. La signora delle pulizie e arrivata gia alle 9 e 20 e ci ha svegliato ed h iniziato a far rumore il che ci h stressato.

• Czelej (8/5): - Podobało mi się to, że swobodie można korzystać z dobrze wyposażonej i b.czystej kuchni. Niestety mój pokój pomimo tego, że wyglądał na b.czysty i zadbany, miał jedna poważna wadę polegająca na nieprzyjemnym zapachu w środku, mimo wietrzenia, zapach pozostawał wyczuwalny.
• Margaret (8/5): Nice clean place in quiet area. - Comfortable - for a longer stay the kitchen and common rooms were very nice. Ok first disclaimer - the host super helpful over the phone and very responsive. Self checin requires internet and I wasn’t confident with my temporary SIM card.
• Mark (9/5): Very nice place. - Clean, modern, and spacious room. Fantastic shower. Kitchen was great and well stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Appreciate the offer of a free breakfast but we had to leave very early so couldn’t take advantage of it. We had some difficulty at first with the self check-in, but it ended up working out just fine.

• Elisabeth (10/5): - Das Apartment war sehr schön , die Zimmer waren sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, die Betten waren sehr komfortabel und die gemeinschaftliche Küche war sehr gemütlich und alles war sehr sauber. Frederico war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich!!!! Die Lage war auch sehr gut .

• Laura (9/5): - Federico l'host è disponibile gentile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti! nella mattinata del mio arrivo in struttura si è verificato un guasto sulla rete internet, Federico mi ha prontamente avvertito telefonicamente e inviato le istruzioni per accedere alla struttura nonostante il guasto! Unica "pecca" ma credo non sia il termine giusto e che in camera avevamo l'aria condizionata che non raffreddava quanto doveva, ma anche in questa occasione Federico si è interessato e ha cercato di risolvere il problema!
• Adrian (10/5): Exceptional - The communication with the owner was excellent from the start. The property was extremely clean, and everything was available for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning in every room. The breakfast at Bar Alice was great, and they had a great selection. Bus stop to the station was outside and there was a fabulous restaurant 50m away. It was called Pizzikoto. Nothing really. Couldn't fault it.

• Gloria (8/5): Lovely Clean Appartment - Federico is very communicative and it was easy to check in - the room is clean and the kitchen has everything you need. You can have breakfast at a bar close by (I didn't have time). Location is not super central but it was very convenient for me as I had a meeting close by

It was tragic. We got poor quality coffee and one crossaint. Its nowhere close to be called a breakfast, i was very very dissapointed.

• Jelena (10/5): Clean, safe and comfortable room with very nice breakfast! - Room was very clean, breakfast proper Italian and we enjoyed it! Check out time may be a bit later, however we stayed in Bologna very short and couldn't have time to explore it. We will be back :)

• Pedjad (9/5): Superb - All as advertised for a 2 bedroom appartment. Very nice, clean and comfortable. Great host. Fully furnished, yet sharred, kitchen. Ask for 'Vintage' room which has connected bathrom, the other has bathrom accessed via corridor. It was coldish inside most of the time (January) even though radiators were at max. If you don't eat sweet breakfast like me your only option is bagged bread and sliced cheese.

• Miruna (9/5): Good value for the money!! - The room was big enough, very clean, we had a private bathroom with all the necessities. There is a bus stop right in front of the building. Our host was very friendly and helpful and the discounted 24h ticket for the transportation was really appreciated! The breakfast is rather minimal and sweet, but we learned later that it is like that everywhere in Italy. The water in the shower switched from hot to cold while showering, I am not sure what the problem is but maybe it can be fixed.
