• Yazid H (10/5): Great for family stay - First and forthmost...the staff, always greeting you with a smile, .helpful. Location is just perfect, peaceful...windy. First choice for us for future staycation. Limited parking lots...have to park outside.
• sahirah (9/5): - had great time staying in the apartment as everything is so comfortable and clean. though the apartment looks old and weary, the apartment was cosy enough for seven of us. the receptionist was very prompt to our needs and enquiries. they delivered great service. the downside is that there is only one bathroom. but cant help it as it helps us to plan ahead who uses one at a time!

• Kartik (8/5): - Nice apartment will the facilities. Security service always available and also the location is very comfortable for Grab to pickup. Grab food also delivery very fast. No water can change at night time as there is no service for water at night. So, need to order Grab and get the water bottle for drinking water. Need to climb the steps around 8 to 10 for going inside the apartment. No provision for slope in the apartment and hence, need only to climb the steps.

We had no option but to stay the first night but found alternative hotel for remaining 3 nights. Hotel refused refund and so did booking.com. very disappointed.

Walls were thin. Could hear conversations from neighbours. Pool was green. Tv did not work. Aircon was spoiled. Shower had trickling water with no pressure.

We booked the 3rooms apartment, upon opening the door really shock us.. We have paid for full amount. End up cant refund. 3 rooms only 2 rooms have aircon. the whole apartment looks dirty & cant even sleep kind. Immediately we went down to ask for half refund.. but said no to us cos it was charge already. They pictures they posted was so different. Ed up we left the place within 10mins to a hotel. wont patronize again!
• Abdullah (7/5): Good - Bed was comfortable. Ac is strong. Fridge was a good size. I'm guessing since its an old building, quite alot of wear and tear. It wasn't very pleasing to the eye, the contrasts of color in terms of decor. The toilet had a sewage like smell. The pool was gnarly. So we gave it a pass. The TV system said cable channels but as I was explained to, some rooms had old cable boxes. I had an issue with one of my units because we kept losing signal and it just lags. We didn't explore much but the nearest indomaret/alfamart was not a desirable distance so you may have to order in or grab bike /gojek to get some basic necessities. Overall, the staff tried their level best to fix the TV issues and were genuinely as helpful as they could be. Thumbs up to them. From the technicians, security, front desk. All service oriented. They could do better with upgrading theory accomodation but for that price, give it a day or two and it might grow on you.

• Paaladin (10/5): Not fancy but likely the best place to stay with kids in Batam. - At first we were disappointed but later decided to extend our stay and here's why. It's not squeaky clean but it's not terrible. I mean it won't kill you even if you eat from the floor. The bathrooms were even cleaner than we expected. There's a garden, not big but many other places we have seen don't have any. The garden is perfectly shaded from the harsh sun. The swimming pool is really nice, it gets muddy sometimes but that's because some guests swim in their full clothing 😳. The staff has to clean it often. The furnishing is spartan and simple which parents will like cause there're not many things to break 😂. The staff is super helpful and friendly, if something is not working in your room don't hesitate to ask them for help, they fix everything quickly. Also they have very convenient and affordable laundry service. I would recommend the hotel to pay more attention to safety things like window locks and electric sockets. Also my kids somehow caught lice there 😞

The corridor quite scary coz the light are so dim. Room also are quite old, wall fan not working ,we need to call for help.

• Ferry (8/5): BatamTrip SHTG 6-9July - Staff and security was friendly and accommodating, got changed to 3 bedder on first night. 2 bedder room was very nice. Space for both room was great. Aircon was also good. Got stuck in the lift on the first night. Swimming pool facilities could be better, with benches or sunchairs. In apartment facility, sockets are very limited and probably changed to three point plugs than round plugs. To have a washing machine in the apartment might also be better.

• Angelia (4/5): It was a one night stay & the price we paid shows it all. - It is located in a quiet place and stone throw from a Chinese seafood restaurant. The building is very rundown, the main lock is very fragile. There is someone smoking in the common area & the smoke can be detected from our unit. There are stains on the bedsheets. The Aircon units are very noisy.

I like how cosy the aircon and bed can be. I didn't like how they publish in the website it's not true. They do save money after 6WIB they will shut off the lifts and only one lift is on. And they will close the barrel at 11WIB. It's like so ulu but it's surrounded by mosque too. Aircon leak , bathroom super dirty , choke on the toilet bowl and washing sink. The bunk bed sound awful. When you lie down and turn every movement you make the bed will produce sound and it's irritating.

• Mi (10/5): Everything was good. Our kids so happy at the apartment. But swimming pool seems a little bit dirty. So, we didn’t swim - very suitable for family we didn’t get enough pillows and blankets.
• FAA (6/5): My personal review. - The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer.

The location of the Apartment is really not tourist friend area. However the cab services called by the Front Desk Associates are very fast.

The other person have to sleep at the sofa. Tried calling Expedia cannot go thru. Not satisfied with the incident since I'm a loyal customer with Expedia.

But the single room has a pull-out bed so it can actually occupy 2 paxs. The water supply for the shower is very bad though. If someone flushes the toilet the water supply for the shower will be disrupted. Definitely requires transportation as there is no shops or eateries around there. But there is a mini makan place at the lobby. Restaurant owner Hans was very friendly and food was cheap and good

• Verified traveler (8/5): staying in the nice and fancy premium room - We stayed in a very nice premium unit of this apartment, very clean and very comfortable with super quality bed, and the fancy eating table looks nice but a bit hard to sit down on the high chairs for children. We like the place because of very quiet and having swimming pool with morden gym. But there is nothing around the apartment, fortunately a good restaurant is nearby, we could use uber taxi whenever we go out. We want to stay if we have a holiday again!
