• Ruiz (4/5): Incómodo - La ubicación estupenda perfecta ubicación que termini lo tiene todo y comodidad desplazarme Pues no me gustó nada el colchón fatal de muelles gastado estuvimos 3 noches, se dormía mejor en el suelo que en el colchón dolores tremendo incomodisimo, la ducha atascada salía el agua hacia fuera, el enchufe del baño no funciona, y bufet desayuno jajaja en la misma recepción 5 metros por 3 con 4 mini mesas y casi nada de variedad ufffff deja mucho que desear lo mejor la ubicación.

(2/5): Preis/Leistung hilft nichts, wenn es zu laut ist - Nähe zu Bahnhof, freundliches Personal, kann aber die extrem laute Lage nicht gut machen … Extrem laut, auch bei geschlossenem Fenster ( mit Speziellen Oropax kaum geschlafen), Lokale direkt unter dem nicht dichten Fenster, Zimmertüre schließt nicht richtig - daher Flurlicht die ganze Nacht sichtbar, sehr einfache Unterkunft, unterstes Level, nicht mal in einer extrem überfüllten Touristenstadt wie Rom akzeptabel

• Luiz Guilherme (8/5): Great location for a weekend in Rome! - The staff is incredibly friendly, the location is superb! Just next to Termini, with access to public transportation, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets etc. The accommodation was also very clean, even if there are works in the building The breakfast was good, although very simple. In my opinion, they could offer the service of storing the luggage free of charge as we already paid for the nights. Unfortunately the bathtub was not working, they could have offered some kind of "compensation".

Breakfast awful - worst - but good coffee. White bread slices .... in Italy!!! no fresh. Will never be back ....... Pretty much everything, bar location, right next to termini.

• Dominika (3/5): Słaby standard - Jedyny plus to lokalizacja. Blisko dworca, dobre jedzenie w pobliskich restauracjach. Pani, która była na recepacji podczas śniadań jest bardzo miła. Słabe śniadania, ale można sobie brać wode z lodowki to na plus. Po wejsciu do pokoju klamka została mi w dłoni...poduszki twarde i płaskie, najgorsze na jakich miałam okazje spać. Kiedy chcielismy się wykąpać o 23 skończyła sie ciepła woda... Dla Polaka słaby standard ale chyba ekonomiczne włoskie hotele tak właśnie wygladają. Lepiej dopłacić dla świetego spokoju.

• Debora (8/5): Soggiorno di una notte - Mi è piaciuta molto la camera, pulita e comoda. Doccia spaziosa e dotata di shampoo, balsamo,bagno doccia e crema viso e corpo. Il letto e cucini molto comodi. Posto davvero vicinissimo alla stazione Roma Termini. Ci ritorneremo . Mi è piaciuto molto meno il bidet ,posizionato troppo vicino al wc e di conseguenza rende davvero impossibile usufruire di esso. Il lavandino del bagno davvero piccolissimo senza la possibilità di poggiare nemmeno gli spazzolini. Mancherebbe una mensola almeno. Anche per quanto riguarda la colazione non sono soddisfatta, tutto freddo e addirittura cose del giorno prima. E nemmeno la possibilità di latte senza lattosio, che nel 2026 la maggior parte sono intolleranti.

• Mantas (5/5): Great location but staff wasnt very good at what they are doing - The location was nice 20 minutes to Colluseum, price was okay also. Firstly the check-in was late and we had to wait for another 30 minutes standing in staircase because the hallway was being cleaned;( and the staff lady didnt seem to give a damn about it. Also there were many ants right in the gap between bed and bath.

Se nao tivesse alguns degraus antes do elevador, o que dificultou meu acesso com mala de quase 30 Kg e mãe idosa.

• Rosca (6/5): - Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación La habitación es tal cual en la foto pero quitarle todo lo bonito, el jacuzzi no funciona, para que se haga una idea es un edificio antiguo aprovechado para habitaciónes turísticos , la recepción da miedo todo lleno de cajas , el pasillo de camino a la habitación igual , el desayuno pésimo y la amabilidad del señor da mucho que desear.

• Badri (9/5): По приезду то что обнаружили что номер гороздо меньше чем пишут было очень не приатно! А дальше всё позабыли, потому что - Местоположение! Чистота в номере! Очен приветливый персонал! Не понятно по чей вене то гостиница то букинг; написали номер 45 кв м но он 20 кв м. По фото номера всё совпало кроме объёма номера! В номере душ в коридоре и пар некуда не уходит нет вытяжки! Джакузи стоит рядом с кроватью и если еще его набрать то спать пришлось бы на мокрых простынях. Так что джакузи не плюс а минус
• Emma (6/5): - nice and clean room. super close to the train station and still quiet. has elevator and breakfast available. lady at the desk was nice. water in the shower turned cold after a few minutes. the shower also flooded. looked like it was leaking out from the caulking? floor was COVERED in water had to use every single towel to get it cleaned up. paid too much money to not even be able to fully shower.

The staff on the whole were very good but there was a young lady (bread boyfriend from Naples) who was so very welcoming and helpful. Thank you The breakfast really is bad. My wife didn’t even go for the final 3 days. Very little to offer and stocks were not replenished. No cover on duvet and it was torn. Other than this, a really nice place

• daniel (8/5): O quarto é bem confortável e a banheira não funciona. - O alojamento estava muito bem limpo e confortável, a localização é ótima, tinha tudo que precisamos. fica mesmo ao lado da estação que te leva para qualquer lugar de Roma. A banheira do quarto não funciona. Eu decidi ficar no hotel justamente pela opção de banheira no quarto, mas quando cheguei ela nao funciona, isso me deixou bem chateado, e melhor tirar a banheira assim não faz propaganda que tem. O café da manhã também eu achei ótimo, mas tinha poucas coisas e tinha que ficar pedindo para repor, isso me deixou bem desconfortável também, pois não queria ficar pedindo todo dia para repor as coisas.

• Valentino (1/5): Avoid this hotel - Front desk available 24hs. Front desk lies about the hot tub (jacuzzi) not working. In the images, they post photos where the room has a hot tub, and when you check-in, they will they you it is not working. However, if you pay for an upgrade, they will just give you the same room saying the hot tub works... They just want you to pay more for something that should be included. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything... Also, the safe doesn't work, and they will not help you with that.
