- Nguyen (9/5): - Love it!!! The place is super clean, run by a family so they made it comfortable like home Maybe there could have been better communication. I have to ask for the host’s Zalo myself to get a way to communicate.
- Penh (1/5): - I already booked my room many days prior but when I arrived the owner said she had no rooms available and didn't let me know before I arrived. It's the middle of summer and very hot and I had to find somewhere else to stay. The owner should have informed me in advance that they cancelled my booking but let me waste my time and money to travel there. So be careful before booking here. Even if you booked you might arrive and there are no rooms available. And the place is about 3kms from the town centre and you will be stuck in summer heat.

- Eivinn (10/5): Coconut Jungle - Idyllic scenery with coconut trees right outside. Wonderful staff and free bicycles to rent. That is very convenient, because walking to old town is around 30 minutes.They will arrange car service if you need. Close by you can experience coconut boats and nice nature. A few minutes walking distance away there is some mini marts and some pubs/ restaurants. Nice family living here, come here and relax and enjoy

- Klára (10/5): Lovely peaceful stay - We loved our stay here. The location is great, a bit further from the town centre, but all the quieter. They have free bikes (somewhat rickety) which are convenient. The room was beautiful, large and clean with a great little balcony. Our favourite feature was the big kitchen downstairs, which we took advantage of to cook two fabulous dinners with produce from the market, which we enjoyed on the patio out back. Nothing was a problem, pickup at the airport, scooter rental, always ready to help.

It's so homely , the rooms are spotless and huge , the staff so friendly and will do anything for you . Also the free bikes are wonderful . We loved our stay here and can't wait to return one day . - Catherine (10/5): Spacious, clean room with aircon - One of the most comfortable, spacious, and clean rooms we've had in 6 weeks. Also random one but it's also the best laundry we've had! There is space to chill but not much happening there, so you're either in your room or in town. Not super central (which is great) so I suggest getting a scooter.
- Windy (8/5): Very good - The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Mrs Ni was very welcoming and helpful! It’s not walking distance to the old town but (very rusty) bikes were available for free.
- Chih (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved our stay! Ni was the sweetest host ever – so helpful and attentive. She hooked us up with a great shoe tailor and sorted out our show tickets no problem. When our bus to Phong Nha got canceled last minute, she saved the day by booking us on another one. The room was huge with big windows and a balcony. It was super airy and the bed was comfy. The shampoo and shower gel weren't very good quality.

No lake view, very closed in with coconut forest....long way out of town and too far to walk to restaurants. ...lady owner a bit annoying at times, complaining about other guests...Not really a resturant on property, gets friend to make food and deliver, very small portions...Because it was winter cold and raining felt very isolated.

The room was clean and spacious, the hostel is not in the center but for me that's better cause it's quiet in the night, and Ni provides free bikes so yoh can cycle to the Old Town in like 8 min. Great spot, recommended!

- Elisabetta (10/5): Cute and relaxing homestay in Hoi An - The place is spotless clean and very cute! The family is reserved but very nice, Ni (the owner) speaks good English and is always willing to help with everything. The place is out of the historical centre and on a smaller island, but there are plenty of bicycles that can be used for free, which is great! There is also the possibility of renting a scooter for a cheap price. The room is big and clean: our room had a comfy double bed, one spacious wardrobe, 2 chairs, a small table and 2 bed side tables. There was still plenty of room to move around. The little garden at the back is relaxing and well maintained. The neighbourhood is quiet and there are mainly locals, safe and relaxed. Overall this is a great place for quality and price! We choose the place knowing it would be out of everything, indeed there are not many things at walking distance (i.e. markets, shops, restaurants). Nothing to do with the homestay but something to keep in mind :)
- Michał (10/5): Best place in Hoi An! - We love everything about our stay! The owner is very lovely and she does everything to make your stay as good as possible! Place is super clean, bed is very comfy, there is hairdryer and fridge in the room and A/C working very well. The room and bathroom are really spacious, basic cosmethics are provided. We booked here bus to our next destination and pick up was 1h after check out, but the owner suggested that we should wait in our room so we can enjoy AC ❤️ quality price ratio is just amazing, totally reccomend this place in Hoi An. The location is short bicycle drive from Ancient City and you can use the bicycles for free, which is amazing Nothing to complain

The flat is in a very quiet area not far from the centre but the accommodation gives you free bikes, which we really recommend because you can enjoy much more of the area.
- Samantha (10/5): Perfect - I stayed here for 2 weeks and it was the best accommodation I’ve experienced in Vietnam! My room and bathroom was spacious with plenty of natural light. Everything was spotless and clean, towels changed every few days, fully equipped shared kitchen with all the amenities. The garden was beautifulll also 🌿 The homestay is a little bit far from town and the beach, which was perfect for me as the neighbourhood was serene and quiet. I used the free bicycles everyday to go to town and the beach, and they worked perfectly! The hosts were incredibly attentive and kind! If you’re in Hoi An and want a restorative and healing place to rest and enjoy, don’t hesitate staying here! 🥰

She also booked us a taxi to and from Da Nang that was cheaper than grab which was handy. We also got upgraded which was super nice ! There is a beautiful garden out the back to sit relax and eat breakfast ect. Amazing value for money .. the owner is very friendly and able to help with anything . She helped my grandma by cooking her a nice meal in the evening so she didn’t have to go out :) lots of of nice places to walk around and explore from the house , if we had more time would have stayed longer .

- Marc (10/5): My best stay in Hoi An - Very clean and comfortable little guesthouse. The bed was super comfortable, and it is really quiet in the day and in the night. Bathroom clean and a nice shower. There is a lovely garden behind the house. You can sit in the green. The homestay provides free bicycles as well. I love to walk the streets around. It is very green and lots of pleasant garden to see. Everybody is very friendly here. Also, the walk to the touristic area is enjoyable.
- Jack (9/5): One of the few accommodations we’ve stayed at so far that really made us feel at home, with a great focus on cleanliness - The shower was amazing, great water pressure and temp control. The rooms were spacious with good A/C and very helpful staff, offering useful services like laundry and tour bookings. It was slightly far away from the busier parts of Hoi An, but there is a bridge that doesn’t show on Google Maps for some reason that makes it only a 10 minute walk anyway, so it’s not too bad.

- Beny (10/5): Perfect stay! - We arrived early morning and were able to check in and get some sleep although the check in time was later, the owner and the family is amazing, very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and have everything you need, there is also a full equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, we cooked our dinner and breakfast every day. The location is around 10 minutes bike ride from the city center and the Homestay provides a free bicycle for use. The place is just amazing, we loved staying here. Super recommend.
- Hernández (8/5): Lovely homestay in quiet yet convenient location ☺️ - The location is great as it is not at the very centre of Hoi An but close enough (5min bicycle ride), the island is quiet and more of a residential area. The room we got was very big and comfortable and it had all the amenities we needed for a short stay. Ni (the owner) was extremely kind to us, she arranged a private car to get us to My Son and also booked our bus to Hue. We got to use bicycles for free which was very convenient to move around town. The bed felt damp and the room was overall quite humid but we have seen this all over the coast of Vietnam. Only commenting this matter for sensitive sleepers like myself to be aware, otherwise it isn’t too much of an issue.

The kitchen is super clean and well equipped! Definitely one of the best places we’ve been so far in Vietnam. Would book it again any time!
- Bartosz (10/5): Exceptional - Great small homestay with few rooms. Rooms are clean and way more spacious than the ones in hotels (with comparable price of course). I totally recommed taking optional breakfast. There is a great variety of dishes, including local food - owners (Ni and her husband) cook them for you. Would be cool if rooms had mosquito nets installed in windows.

- Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional - Coconut Garden became my go-to when I want to spend a relaxing weekend in Hoi An. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and very quiet. When I wake up, I love to open the window doors opening to the little balcony to see and hear the nature. The location is perfect to me: a little outside the center so you can rest in a quiet environment, but close enough to the best cafés and restaurants by bike. What I also appreciate is the free bicycles that you can use anytime. Ni and her family are very nice, welcoming and discreet. I highly recommend Coconut Garden if you want to a peaceful stay in Hoi An.

- Yasuhiro (9/5): comfortable stay - It's far from the town center, so it's a very quiet environment. The room I stayed in was spacious and the bed was big and I slept soundly. It was a comfortable stay. It is far from the town center and difficult to walk.

- Evelyn (10/5): Exceptional - The location is quiet and peaceful, very close to the old town. We could borrow the bikes and ride around Hoi An. The woman in charge was very helpful and friendly.
