It is only a short walk from the lake (5 mins) where the other (considerably more expensive) hotels are located. All good, considering the price point.

- 443janv (10/5): Last minute reservation - We had actually booked a different hotel 20 miles away accidentally and thought it was this one. We showed up exhausted at 8:30 pm when we realized that. They were very accommodating to get us a room, and patient while we contacted the other hotel to cancel. The rooms are comfortable and the furniture is contemporary and very functional. I love the shelf drawers that pull out as part of a cabinet. Beds are comfy, and rooms seem to be pretty sound proof.

One of the perks for us was the 5-10 minute walk to Gene Coulon Beach Park on Lake Washington. The breakfast was great and the room was spacious, well-designed and clean. Check in and check out hours were excellent.

There is a beautiful park across the street, and it’s a quick walk to an area that has lots of restaurants. There is a large free hot breakfast with lots of variety, and a well stocked pantry for food and snack purchases. They do not have any van or transportation available, so plan ahead if you need to go to or from the airport.

I would like to call out Tylene at the front desk who worked through a solution while my husband was in a meeting. The was so sweet, kind, understanding, and determined to help me. A total professional, displaying kindness, and a sense of humor. Oh yes…and I was able to key another key card for the room thanks to her :)

- carllA3592GP (10/5): The Happy- unfortunate Delay - I had a great stay, the staff at the front desk were Very polite and friendly, there was an issue with the Garage door that failed and we had to improvise getting to the airport. The staff worked quickly and assisted us to get to the airport and return the car once they could open the gate. Things happen, unexpected incidents always seem to happen at inconvenient times, but the way it is handled says a lot for the hotel staff. Thank you all for your support and getting us to the airport. Hope we were the only guests that were stranded temporarily :-) Merry Christmas and Happy New year to the staff!

While I was outside struggling with my luggage, I think Josh noticed and came out with a luggage cart to help me and my family—without us even asking. He wheeled the cart in, checked us in, and even offered us complimentary water because we looked tired and worn out (which we definitely were after a long day of traveling). I don’t think customer service gets much better than this. The rooms were perfectly clean, and the hotel was almost completely silent. I think I’ve found my new home away from home whenever I’m in the area!

A lot of door slamming come to find out our room was directly next to the 24 hour fitness Center what a nightmare we had people banging on our door people screaming in the gym it was extremely disruptive. We got no sleep. Also, the sheets whatever was in their cleaning of their sheets, caused a rash from head to toe. I was a bright red. I mentioned to the front desk and they said they don’t even use soap to wash their sheets. They only use hot water, which I found to be even more disgusting definitely a chemical on the sheets. The location was perfect for what I needed the hotel for but that’s about it if I could get my money back and go somewhere else I would’ve, but it was too late and of course nonrefundable.

- michellerZ5638LJ (10/5): Great experience and location - Great stay! Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the guest care was amazing from the front desk to housekeeping! Will definitely stay here and recommend..the only thing that needs improvement is parking super tight spaces even for a compact car
