• Enrique (7/5): Buena localización para una estancia corta en Hiroshima - - Tiene muy buena localización, a 8 minutos de la estación de trenes de Hiroshima. - El personal es muy amable y nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes de hacer el check-in - Las camas de la habitación doble con baño son grandes y cómodas - Puedes conectar netflix o amazon prime a la tv - La habitación es amplia y tiene armario para dejar la ropa. - Mucho cuidado con el ascensor, pues las puertas no tienen sensor y cierran aunque haya algo en medio. Puede ocasionar un gran problema. - La habitación no dispone de luz natural. Además, hay un escalón para entrar y salir del baño. - El baño es muy antiguo, la bañera tiene dos grifos, para agua caliente y fría, por lo que no es cómodo obtener la temperatura.

• Claire (3/5): The smell of the room suggested it needs a good deep clean. - It was located near the station The smell of the room was musty. Also if you arrive after 5pm it’s not manned and you need a reservation number to get in. I tried to use mine which initially didn’t work and the number didn’t look like the one in the sample (had no letters in it) so I tried to contact someone to ask which was completely useless and I just ended up talking to a bot. Luckily after I few tries my number did work but if it hadn’t, I don’t think it would have been easy to solve.

They helped us by storing our bags an extra day before we checked in, so we could spend a night in Miyajima before staying here. Communication was smooth. It felt a bit old and the room was pretty dark. Was good for a nights sleep, but personally wouldn't stay here for longer than a night or two.

• Giulia (9/5): - The property is well located, just a short walk from Hiroshima Station. Each floor had one bathroom and two sinks, which was very convenient. On the ground floor, there are three showers (it might seem like a small number, but during our stay, they were always available). Everything was very clean and well maintained. Although the staff were not always present, they were very kind and helpful when we had an issue with the washing machine To enter the building, you have to take off your shoes, which helps keep the place clean. However, it could be a bit inconvenient when several people were at the entrance at the same time, trying to take off or put on their shoes.

• Beatriz (10/5): - Un sitio de paz, desde que entras todo esta limpio, impecable. Los habitaciones super comodas las camas, y tienen neverita. Hay un microondas que se comparte y los baños tambien. Estan impecables. Cerca de Hiroshima station pero hay que caminar un poquito con las maletas, pero super bien. Llegas caminando a todos lados desde el hotel. Tranquilo, se respeta las horas de ruido. Baño en cada piso. Ducha si solo en el primer piso, que lo hace bien, porque no hace ruido. Nosotroa llegabamos muy tarde y me daba pena si se escuchaba, pero estando abajo fuera de los pisos de las habitaciones era un alivio. Todo estuvo perfecto para mi!!

• Jtraveller22 (7/5): A convenient clean hotel, though the room was compact and the en-suite bathroom could use an update - I particularly liked the cleanliness of the room and the thoughtful little amenities that were provided. The location was also incredibly convenient, being just a short five-minute walk from Hiroshima train station. This made catching the Shinkansen very easy indeed. Having access to a public Japanese-style toilet and an additional public sink/bathroom on the same floor was also a nice touch. The main drawback for me was the size of the room, which felt quite small. Additionally, the bathroom in the room itself felt a little outdated and unfortunately didn't have a Japanese-style toilet.

• みあみあ♬ (9/5): - 広島駅から徒歩割とすぐです。 猿猴橋を渡ったところです。 向かいにはアパホテルも有ります。 私が予約したお部屋にはユニットバスが有りましたが、 他のお部屋はお風呂やトイレが共有と言うお部屋も有ったようです。 （その分お値段は安い様ですが） 出先からタクシー利用で伺った際に、 運転手さんから近くの居酒屋【いちけん】さんが美味しいと教えてもらい、 行ってみたら大当たりでした。 穴子のお刺身なんて初めて食べました。 牡蠣のバター焼きも美味しかった♬ 他にもフレンチレストランなどもすぐ近くに有りました。 スタッフさんは、 とてもアットホームな感じの方ばかりで良かったです。 お風呂付きのお部屋ならまた再訪も有りですね。 最後に、 【すみやスパ＆ホテル】のスパはどう意味だったのかな？ （大浴場とか有るのかと？） チェックインについて、 スタッフが在中している時間帯以外は、 QRコードでのチェックインになるようです。 （スタッフがいてもそうなのですが） 時間内でのチェックインでしたので問題は有りませんでしたが、 操作に不安が有る、 スマホの電池切れでコードが表示出来ない場合など、 どうなるんだろうなと思います。 あと、 バーコードかざして送られて来た数字を入力、 自分たちの写真を撮ったらお部屋の暗証番号（４桁）が表示されるので、 滞在中はソレが鍵になります。 お部屋のアメニティなどは最小限なのでで、 ティーパックなどはフロント横に置いてあるのでソコから紙コップ含めて お部屋に持ち帰りました。 お風呂の無いお部屋はシャワー利用の様ですが、 スタッフさんの居ない時間帯にトラブルなど有ると不安だなと思いました。

• Dinorah FOnseca (8/5): Spacious comfortable room without bath/shower - Biggest room in a 2 star hotel we have stayed. Beds were really good, wide and firm with good pillows. We didn't realized the shared bathroom meant the toilet was in the same floor of the bedroom but the shower was in the ground floor. We stayed 2 nights only. It is close to the train station and public transport. We were very early for check in and got our room ready earlier which allowed us to make the most of the traveling day. The hotel is behind an APA hotel where you can have breakfast or go to the convenience store on the APA ground floor fir food though there are many restaurants near and at the train station. One thing to improve/offer is coffee/tea caddy. Sound insulation. I would not call the tiny balcony a terrace.
