- Rose (2/5): - I did not get the experience of staying there as booked ,the place was fully booked yet accepted payment
- Verified traveler (6/5): - disappointed by the access to and fro the Lodge. Only one gate remote was used and no dedicated individual available at the gate, therefore at to call every time entering/leaving Mapo
- Charles (10/5): The place was welcoming and hospitality excellent - Our stay wa amazing, where were given everything we needed and it was clean and I do t mind to go back there
- Lungile (4/5): Service could be better - Even though I paid for B/B but was told I cannot breakfast because I booked on line. At least they could have offered me to pay extra but were not interested. I came 30 minutes before check-in time, I was chased away because they were still cleaning. It is not what was said that was a problem but the manner in which it was said. The least they could have done is to offer me a chair even outside and ask me to wait. I asked for my invoice the minute I walked in as I need to use it to claim for my trip. To date I have not received anything despite several requests.
