- Sandra (10/5): - Hele mooie, schone, kleinschalige accommodatie. Personeel is super aardig en behulpzaam, gaven ook tips om te doen. Ontbijt was zeer goed verzorgd. Je kan er niet dineren, maar in de buurt zijn genoeg restaurantjes om te eten. Wij vonden er 2 heel erg leuk, omdat het echt Griekse tavernes waren; Geronymos en Phanari. Een leuk strand in de buurt is Spilies Beach, strandbedjes huren is daar niet duur en personeel is vriendelijk. Er zit ook een taverne bij.
- Klaus (10/5): - Wir genossen zu zweit eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem authentischen, privaten Hotel. Das gesamte Hotelteam sorgte sich um unser Wohlbefinden von der ersten Minute an. Die Herzlichkeit, das Zuvorkommen und Gastfreundschaft waren einzigartig. Individuelle Wünsche wurden immer erfüllt. Das perfekte Erscheinungsbild des Hotels begann schon am Eingang. Die grüne, blühende Gartenanlage lud zum entspannen ein. Das umfangreiche Frühstück konnte man im Innenbereich wie auch in der Gartenanlage genießen. Dabei konnte man auch etwas Privatsphäre halten. Fast alles auf dem Frühstücksbuffet ist selbstgemacht. Unser Zimmer war funktionell und immer bestens gepflegt. Die Einzigartigkeit dieses Hotels spürt man und sieht man an seiner Pflege. Das alles wurde mit soviel Liebe und Hingabe von einem kleinen Familien Team organisiert als ob es ihr eigenes Haus wäre. Wir werden dieses Haus und sein Team in bester Erinnerung behalten. Petit déjeuner réalisé avec des produits "maison" de grande qualité permettant de découvrir les richesses culinaires crétoises (sucré-salé). Stationnement face à l'hôtel possible et payant.

- Sanne (10/5): A five star experience - My daughter and I stayed 5 nights at this little gem. Everything was perfect! The rooms are not large, but well equipped with good closet space. Good bathrooms. Irini is a good host who makes sure you always have everything you need. The breakfast is fantastic, with homemade delicacies. I can highly recommend a stay here!

Say, “Yes,” to the homemade juice if they offer it, it’s great! I oThe room was amazing and impressively clean. The level of hospitality is of the highest standard and we loved staying in the village of Panormos. Our only complaint about our stay was the repeated calls we received to ensure certain details of our stay, but we understood that it was coming from a place of concern for their guests.
- Marko (10/5): Highly recommended - Amazing small boutique hotel (7 rooms) 2 mins away from the beach and restaurants. Was offered to freely choose our room as the hotel surprisingly wasn’t fully booked. Cozy garden with a few sun beds and a small pool, perfect is you don’t fancy going to the beach. Free beach towels available (you pay a deposit which you get back when you return the towel). You can’t get more boutique than this!

Irina was very welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. There was a small garden with terrace and pool, plus a rooftop terrace with a barbecue, and a small indoor lounge. Several different room options, and all well appointed. We were very happy with the service at Z boutique and would happily recommend to anyone looking for a small centrally located place and wanting personal, friendly service. - Jo (10/5): Fabulous hotel in the lovely village of Panormos - We had a perfect week in this beautiful hotel in an amazing, friendly, traditional village. From start to finish the staff at the Z Boutique could not be more helpful. We were made to feel so welcome. We had initially booked a standard room but upon arrival we asked if we could move to another room, not because we were unhappy with the room but because we wanted more space. Again, the staff were really accommodating and moved us to another room. Lovely, breakfasts every morning prepared by Irini and information given on the surrounding places of interest. I would definatley recommend this little hidden gem!!
- Patricia Armetta (10/5): Perfection Crete Style! - If I could give this place a 10, I would! First, the actual hotel is at least 5 stars in terms of design -- stone interior walls, high ceilings, pickled ancient beams on the ceiling, arched doorways, creams, taupe and mineral greens in the common areas, with fresh flowers, gorgeous white ceramics and rich dark wood armoire and antiques -- my dream villa. Comfort with a capital "C" (the bed - the best sleep I have had all month On this trip) the couches in the common area - perfect place to catch up on my reading), even the chaise in the garden, all comfy. The bed linens all crisp white, clean and fresh. They even changed our towels everyday as requested! Each room is unique in its design and color scheme (all white with a pop of color) and amenities. Ours was a little enclosed patio with table in the courtyard. A perfect little place to have the reki and homemade candies we were brought on afternoon. Breakfast included local bio honey and home baked sweet breads, cookies and cakes made by the magnificent Irini, a most attentive host! Fresh eggs were prepared to order. The village is quaint, the tavernas all excellent, and the beaches peaceful -- a welcome change from the crowded, commercial towns of Chania and Rethymno. It rained for two days and we were fine relaxing in the hotel. Buses to other towns were simple and it was great to come back to a lovely hotel and little village at the end of the day. Don't waste your time at a big resort, enjoy the Crete here.
- Verified traveler (6/5): New hotel, but not completely finished - Hotel was opened in June 2017, my room was not ready at 100%. Some cables were still visible in my room and bathroom. Ibpwrsonally do not recommend this hotel.
- Shawn (10/5): Wonderful unsung hotel - We had a little difficulty finding the hotel, but once we did, we had a great experience. The spaces are extremely handsome and well-designed (especially the common spaces an balconies, where you're invited to hang out, and the staff was even better. Eirene could not have been warmer or more genuinely friendly, the breakfast buffet was exemplary (my first cup of filtered coffee in two weeks!), and the location couldn't be better.
