Aimee (9/5): Excellent property. - Beautiful property, very spacious. Everything we needed was included eg coffee machine, iron, hairdryer, towels etc. Host was great, met us at the property to handover keys and tell us everything we needed. Outside terraces are glorious and pool area lovely. Security was excellent. The apartment in Puerto Banús was lovely and well-kept, but personally I preferred the charm and atmosphere of Marbella Old Town over this area. However it was easy to get around using taxis via Bolt and Uber.

Nic (10/5): Fabulous apartment in an excellent location. - Apartment is situated in a beautiful secure complex. The apartment is spacious and the beds were comfortable, it also has two large terraces with sea views. The complex is also easy walking distance into Puerto Banus.

David (3/5): Could have been amazing, but was a disaster. Owners response was really disappointing. - Location was very good. The 2 master bedrooms also were lovely. The pool was closed and no one told us. The adjoining apartment was undergoing massive renovations. Builders worked 7am-7pm 6 days a week and were drilling and banging and shouting. It was an absolute nightmare. Again, this was known to the owners of the apartment but they never said anything to us in advance, and when we complained they just ignored us. Finally, there was a major insect problem in the apartment and it was impossible to keep food in the kitchen.

Yu (7/5): Good space and nice swimming pool for a family to stay! - We went with the family of 5 and we really liked the space of the house. The air-conditioner was powerful and easy to use. Good walking distance to the beach and the pier. The key to the door was very simple and easy to use. The fridge and the freezer was very good size. The tumble dryer was very handy to wash and dry the towels. The swimming pool was clean and the life guard was placed so I felt safe when our children (16, 14 and 11) went to the swimming pool alone. Also, I loved the beautiful sound of the frogs and insects I could hear from the garden at night. I could have stayed there all night long listening to them. The manager who checked us in was very helpful and kind. One of the reason We chose this place was because there was a gym but it was under construction and we couldn't use it at all. The master room's shower was broken and the bed made squeaky noise. The bedside drawers in the room where there are two single beds needs some update since the drawers does not work.

Vipin (6/5): Not great value for money! - Beautiful spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Brilliant security system. Property caretaker is very approachable and communicates well. Late check in fee of €50 after 10PM, which is not mentioned on the booking.com Pools aren’t heated. We picked this self service apartment over hotels to have a quiet relaxing holiday. But the one week we’re there, one of the apartments in the block was under renovation which meant loud construction noises from 8am-5pm. The property caretaker couldn’t do much about it as it was owned by different people. €2100 for 7 nights was complete waste.

Garry (10/5): We will be back, I think that says it all. - This property is very well appointed, and located a few hundred metres back from the beach. It is about a 10 walk to Puerto Banus, and about 5 mins to San Pedro. There is a fabulous boardwalk along the beach. It is idyllic to sit on the top terrace and listen to the birds, and light breeze rustling through the palms. It is perfect for a restful break, this time of year and the grounds are very well maintained. The apartment was well equipped, with some sea views from the top terrace. We were a family of 6, and all rooms were en suite, which was ideal. The apartment was were clean, and had every utensil you could need. Esther was there to meet us, despite a late arrival, and we had her telephone no. just in case we needed anything. 5 Stars all round. I would highly recommend.

Janine (3/5): Disappointing! - The property had a secure parking garage with space allocated. It was a gated property with a guard that buzzed you in and out. The apartment was spacious with 2 downstairs bedroom and 2 bathrooms and the upstairs master suite had a large bedroom / seating area and separate dressing area and bathroom. The upstairs seating area had a built in barbecue and dining area and I imagine it is lovely in the summer months. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a separate utility room. The lounge/diner is open plan and leads onto a small balcony. I liked that they had a welcome pack and the agent was pleasant and helpful. This apartment was portrayed as a ‘luxury’ apartment but is showing signs of wear and tear. While we were staying there we had to point out multiple maintenance issues that really spoiled our stay. The agent was able to solve some of them and they did offer a small refund but I feel that the apartment needs a thorough overhaul and the issues we pointed out resolved before it is leased again. Please add instructions for the equipment in the apartment to the welcome pack. The pictures of the apartment show a clear sea view and most of it was hidden by trees.
Jackie (8/5): Pleasant holiday home - Spacious rooms. Spacious balconies. Comfortable beds. A nice environment for a family to stay. Not walkable to anything besides the sea. cleaners don't really do a 5 star job. Amenities disappointing for 5 star rental. Check in took a long time. Also required all passports to be scanned with a lengthy form to be filled in.

Paul (10/5): Excellent apartment, great location. - Lovely property in a small complex of similar properties. This top floor penthouse duplex overlooked the gardens and the sea and was ideally located for a stroll along the board walk to Puerto Banus. It was secure with access via camera entry. Garage parking directly below the apartment with lift access to the property. Really enjoyed the stay with my wife and two teenage girls. I would be more cautious about staying here with toddlers as the roof terraces have built in seats and planters which young children could easily climb onto or over with significant drops No issues. I would say that the garden pond may harbour mosquitos as we got bitten quite a bit.
