- Juliana (10/5): Valeu super à pena pela localização e instalações - As camas são muito confortáveis e os banheiros estavam sempre limpos e organizados. Falta de atividades de integração entre os hóspedes e as funcionárias não eram lá tão simpáticas.
- SARAH (8/5): Great location and comfortable rooms - Good location, about 10/15 minutes walking to Emma Bridge to cross to Otrobanda. 5 minutes to bus stop, restaurants and supermarkets. Good area to use as a base to explore the island. Very comfy bed, good towel. Lockers are horrible to use, you can’t lock them. Staff is very unfriendly (everyone I met at the hostel thought the same), except for a cleaner. Bathroom downstairs has a big problem with the plumbing, the water doesn't drain in the showers or sinks, it's a bit disgusting to take a shower there in the pool, but there are no problems on the upper floor. Kitchen misses an oven.

- ROBERTO (6/5): Mejorable - Buena ubicación. Cerca de bares y restaurantes. El bar que tiene el hostel es caro. La habitación que nos asignaron inicialmente olía a humedad, no funcionaba la tele y tampoco el aire acondicionado, el baño compartido sucio, pero finalmente nos cambiaron a otra habitación y todo perfecto. Teníamos un coche reservado con ellos y al final no nos lo alquilaron porque no podían asegurar que hubiera alguien del personal para devolver las llaves, nos hicieron perder un día de vacaciones hasta que encontramos otro coche de alquiler.

La limpieza del baño debería ser mas seguida, las chicas de limpieza son muy amables las 2 pero es nuy grande el lugar para ellas solas . Las recepcionistas ninguna es amable , tuvimos una situacion de querer devolver un auto y como ean las 7 3 de la mñana. No nos queria recibir , se le explico porque devolviamos antes y no fue nada educada.
- Seymour (6/5): The stay was not too bad, I would stay there again for the third time. - What i like is the location where it is situated. What i did not like was the colour of the room, the colour's is too bright. It is not relaxing.
- Antonia (7/5): - Gute Lage. Die Fotos sind schon etwas älter vom Zimmer, in echt waren sie nicht mehr ganz so schön. Die Lage war super, fußläufig sind viele Bars und Restaurants erreichbar und einige Sehenswürdigkeiten von Willemstad. Die Gemeinschaftsküche Küche war etwas chaotisch und es waren teilweise nicht mehr so hygienische Lebensmittel offen im Kühlschrank gestanden.
- Julia (7/5): Ich war zufrieden mit Verbesserungspotential - Die Lage ist sehr gut und sicher, man kommt in kurzer Zeit in die schönen Gassen von dem Stadtteil. Es ist einfach zu finden, Parkplätze gibt es an der Straße aber nicht immer ausreichend (da ich von einer anderen Mietwagenfirma ein Auto hatte, durfte ich nicht an der Straße parken von der Mietwagenfirma aus). Das Hostel schaut optisch sehr schön aus, aber die Sauberkeit ist nicht die Beste. Es gibt eine nette Terrasse, wo man sitzen kann, welche aber nicht besonders gemütlich ist und um 22.30 schließt. Das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut und überall. Ich war davor im Bed and Bike Jan- Thiel, dieses Hostel ist deutlich besser und gemütlicher. Die Küche ist nicht wirklich zum kochen, da es nur einen Wasserkocher, einen Eierkocher und einen Toaster gibt Die Sauberkeit im Gemeinschaftsbad ist nicht gut. Es wird teilweise gar nicht geputzt, diverse Spuren waren 3 Tage lang sichtbar im WC. Auch die Dusche ist voller Haare und waren immer die gleichen. Was mich zwar nicht stört, aber eigen ist, ist dass die Betten von den Zimmernachbarn teilweise 2 Tage nach Check out nicht neu bezogen wurden. Daher gehe ich davon aus, dass auch die Zimmerreinigung nicht unbedingt die Beste ist.

- Ranata (8/5): Great place close to food and downtown attractions. - The location is excellent. I walked just about everywhere. The Pan Asian place right next-door has amazing sushi. They were not super clear about which door to use if you come in after 11 PM. So I actually went in the door at the gate and was locked in that area, where the bikes are until I was able to get the car to swipe from the inside the security guy that finally came said that this is an ongoing issue and the front desk is not always clear that it’s the door next to the restaurant. Additionally, on the second floor in the open air space next to the kitchen, people smoke cigarettes out there early in the morning. It came down the hallway and into my room and actually smelled like cigarette smoke in my room that made me a little nervous because in the information about the hostel, it clearly states that there’s a charge for smoking in the room.

- Layse (7/5): - Ao lado do hostel tem um restaurante muito bom de sushi, onde eu fiz a maioria das minhas refeições. Atendimento rápido e prestativo. Dificuldade para estacionar.
- SHIHO (9/5): - お手洗いやシャワーは男女で数も十分ありました。 シャワーはお湯も出ました。 お手洗いは男女共有のものも複数ありました。 タオルは1枚無料（バスマット付）で、その後レンタルしたいなら有料という仕組みでした。 2階の共有スペースの奥に、洗濯物を干せる所がありました。（このスペースは狭いです。） 冷蔵庫は大きかったです。 ヘアドライヤーはフロントに声をかけると貸してもらえました。 キッチンはありましたが、火を使う料理はできませんでした。（湯沸かし器やレンジなどはあり、食器もありました。） 排水口が弱く、シャワーの時少し水が溜まりました。 2階の女子シャワーお手洗いエリアにはコンセントがなく、そこではドライヤーをかけることができませんでした。

- Milena (7/5): - I liked the capsule-style bunk beds. Even though in one room were 12 beds, thanks to the capsule it felt private. The women's bathroom were dirty, especially WC smelling with pee. The bathroom downstairs were out of order. The bathroom upstairs out of 2 WC there only 1 was in service. Disaster to have so few WC funcioning for the whole hostel.

Houve problemas de limpeza com cozinha e banheiros, o hostel estava cheio, a equipe reduzida, sobrecarregou as funcionárias (apenas duas) e gereou estresse entre hóspedes e a equipe de limpeza. O pior é que a gerencia ou staff administrativo não se propôs a ajudar, nem a hóspede e nem a funcionária que estavam em atrito.

It would also be very useful to have separate shampoo and conditioner instead of soap/shampoo in one. No storage space in the room, just a rod to hang clothes but no hangers. It would be good to have somewhere to put the lugagge on.

Muy limpio, cómodo, bien climatizado. La atención de las recepcionistas no era muy cordial. No se esforzaban en dar recomendaciones o indicaciones precisas. La cocina no esta muy bien equipada.

- Guironey (7/5): Perfecte locatie en kleurrijke sfeer met super vriendelijk personeel, maar de kamer was klein, geen koelkast op de kamer - 📍 Toplocatie in Pietermaai: je loopt zo naar Willemstad en er zitten kleine lokale supermarkten dichtbij. 🎨 De typische Curaçao-kleuren zie je overal terug, ook in en rond het hotel én in de kamer—leuk dat die stijl helemaal is doorgevoerd. 🙋♀️ Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Soms even schakelen qua taal (NL/EN/Papiaments), maar dat hoort erbij en ging prima. 🧹 Ook een heel aardige schoonmaker. 🛏️ De kamer was te klein voor twee personen, zeker voor deze prijs. Met 2 ruimbagage + 2 handbagage (en wat boodschappen) is er praktisch geen plek; met alleen handbagage kan het nét. 🧊 Geen koelkast op de kamer vond ik echt een groot minpunt—ik snap dat je bij een hostel vaak geen koelkast hebt, maar in een hotelkamer verwacht ik dat wél, zeker op Curaçao. Er is alleen een gezamenlijke koelkast waar je je naam op moet zetten: voor ons geen fijne oplossing. 🔊 Je merkt dat een deel hostel is: meer geluid en veel mensen die op de gang blijven praten/heen en weer lopen. Solo en sociaal ingesteld ideaal, maar als stel minder rustig. 🪳 We hadden een kakkerlak in de kamer en bij de balkondeur zaten open stukken, waardoor er makkelijk insecten binnen kunnen komen. Het balkon zelf vonden we ook niet echt schoon.

- Akemi (8/5): - La ubicación es perfecta En términos de limpieza dejo algo que desear, el Bote de papel en el área de duchas siempre estaba a reventar y todo el agua de todas las duchas se esparcía por el suelo, no había bote de basura en los cuartos.

- Gladys (8/5): Agradable - La ubicación Un día la señora del aseo no lo hizo. Abrió la puerta de la habitación y aún estábamos en ella y le dijimos que nos esperara un poco que ibais a salir, y ella se enojó y no quiso hacer el aseo.

- Rachel (8/5): Great location, bathroom kinda sucks - Loved the location and the hostel room. The showers were constantly clogging and overflowing all over the bathroom to the point where their solution was just the lock that bathroom and make everyone on the 1st floor, use the 2nd floor bathroom which wasn’t any better. They need to snake the drain and clean all the sand and hair out of the drains and they need new showers in general. Feels very old and dirty in there.
