• Anne (9/5): - Ramon var utrolig imøtekommende og hyggelig, han gjorde vårt opphold minnerikt og artig. Stedet er hjemmekoselig og stille. Det var veldig fint å komme dit etter en lang dag på sykkel og i regnet. Fikk en varm kopp te og vasket klær når vi ankom.

• Joseph (10/5): Perfect overnight before Climbing Chullo - Ramon was enjoyable and a wealth of information about the town and the area. We loved talking to him about the local culture. The optional breakfast was perfect as we wanted to get going and climb El Chullo. The room was clean and tidy, great bed and good heat. Will come back for future hiking trips.

• Claude (10/5): Très belle couverte - L’hôte, Ramon, est un personnage expansif et chaleureux. Comme il le dit, on frotte la lampe, et il apparaît. Pour prêter un parapluie, nous dire l’état récent de la route, préparer un petit déjeuner selon nos goûts, nous avertir des animations du village. Bref, on se sent à l’aise La météo, mais personne n’y peut rien !

• Stephen (10/5): Perfect place to stay for any cyclists, biker or trekker exploring the Sierra Nevada. Amazing host who will set you up f - The host Ramon was brilliant! After cycling from Granada and over the Puerto De la Ragua, I was tired and very hungry. Ramon welcomed me, washed my cycling clothes and cooked up an amazing dinner. After a good nights sleep and a decent breakfast I was ready for the second leg of my cycling trip! Would stay again. All positive
• Matthias (10/5): Excellent - Passionate and friendly host, clean, comfortable bed, wifi works well, enough space, stinky hiking clothes washed for free, room can be fully darkened, no bugs/mosquitos, at night totally 100% quiet. I loved it and would come again and strongly recommend it The don't eat anything in your room rule is a bit weird, never saw that before anywhere
• jen (10/5): - I give this hotel 10 not because it is the fanciest hotel I know but because of the welcome, caring, and genuine attitude of the host, Ramon. The hotel is right in the centre of the village. Very comfortable bed, and the room had all I needed. The breakfast was excellent. There is also a sitting room for guests to use. Ramon could not have been more helpful, and everything was done without any fuss and always with a smile.. I was very glad I spent two nights there. There is a lovely square beside the hotel with stunning views over the valley. I enjoyed sitting there and reading. I felt that by being in the village for 2 nights, I was able to get a feel for life in the village, and Ramon was so interesting to chat about local history. There is also a very good restaurant that was open all day. A welcome treat for me as I arrived hungry from hiking the GR7. Absolutely nothing.

• Leelium (10/5): A gem in Laroles - Ramón is a great host and took care of us from the beginning, storing our bicycles and dealing with our smelly bike clothes handing them over dry the next morning. We had a chat about our bike route for the next day and had an amazing time with him and in the room, which was clean and with all the amenities listed. He recommended us some restaurants too as his was closed on that day. We had a nice breakfast and he also prepared bocadillos for us as we were getting ready. This is a 2 star hotel but it should have plenty more! All was good, I wish breakfast had a bit more options

• Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - Awesome place with amazing host. Ramon helped us with everything. We were traveling by bike and got super wet in the rain. He washed our cloth and gave us amazing breakfast and dinner. If you travel with the bike, this is the place to stay in the mountains.

He deeply cares about his guests. What’s more, my room was nicely furnished and clean. I hope to visit Laroles again soon!

• Gerard (10/5): Super host - Host was outstanding. What a guy. Went way beyond to look after us (a group of sweaty dirty cyclists!) Welcomed with a beer, stored our bikes, did laundry (free of charge). Extremely helpful and friendly. I cannot fault this hotel.
• Michael (10/5): You must visit Ramon in his wonderful home - A beautiful home from home in a rural village. Big bedroom, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, great food. But best of all is Ramon the host. Such a generous and helpful man. Shared lots of history with me and facts about local life. He washed my clothes for free and looked after me when I was sick. Such an angel. He also arranged a taxi for me to Almería when I was too ill to cycle there. You must visit this amazing place and have a wonderful conversation with Ramon. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He recommended a lovely restaurant for a great lunch. Nothing.

He helped us with our bicycles (we were on a cycling trip), they were securely locked in a garage, he washed our cycling clothes and helped with planning next day route. He prepared an amazing breakfast and told us about the area

But Raul, the host, cooked us a lovely dinner and breakfast the next morning. He's really a nice guy. Very friendly, full of information about the surroundings, and ready to do anything for his guests.

After all day long on my bike, he offered me to wash my cycling clothes, he prepared for me a dellicious high-protein dinner :-) and he also helped me to find a local taxi to get me back to the mountains next day.

• Jarrett (10/5): If you’re in Laroles, this is the only place to stay. - Ramon, The proprietor, was extraordinary. Super helpful in our arrival, going out of his way to walk us through different hiking routes in the area as well as provide restaurant recommendations. He also made us breakfast which wasn’t even mentioned in the advertisement! Nothing could’ve been better! We really enjoyed the town and the hotel.
