Debora (6/5): Lieber woanders hin - Die Lage war gut. Direkt in der U-Bahn. Einige der Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht. Ich habe fast zwei Wochen auf eine einfache Rechnung gewartet. Jeder hat es zum anderen Kollegen geschoben. Mir ist es schlussendlich egal wessen Aufgabe es ist. Ich möchte einfach nur eine ganz banale Rechnung haben. Zimmer mit Teppich ist für mich als Allergiker die Höchststrafe.

Arriving back at the hotel to find door locked with no staff on desk, no clear instructions provided on how to access the building when arrived if this situation occurs Whilst the hotel is well presented it really felt quite soulless

Great for a short city break. - Well located for public transport or walking into the town centre, shops and places to eat nearby, far enough from the centre to feel a more more relaxed and peaceful, nice view of the square with trees/water fountain outside. Room was very clean, mattress comfortable, quite liked the modern decor of the room - it was very comfortable. Our stay was mostly quiet. Staff friendly and were helpful and accommodating. Shower gel supplied as a pump bottle in the shower. One small body lotion supplied. Water in room on arrival. No tea/coffee facilities in room, no fridge or minibar, no iron in the room but staff brought this for us. TV is not a smart TV. Although we requested a double room we had 2 single beds pushed together, with 2 single mattresses and 2 single duvets which was strange. We didn’t have breakfast as €18 each for a continental breakfast was steep.

Annalena (7/5): Ist okay, Sauberkeit sollte verbessert werden - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und schön. Außerdem ist das Hotel recht zentral. Das Sofa und auch der Sessel hatte Flecken die stark nach Körperflüssigkeiten aussahen. Da möchte man sich dann nicht so gerne drauf setzen. Ausserdem bin ich von einem kostenlosen Parkplatz ausgegangen. Wir zahlten für 12 h 15€.

The room for 1 person was a bit weird, the walls felt like made out of paper, a lot of noise could be heard from other places, but it was mostly ok.

Es war grundsätzlich eine sehr kleine Auswahl. Obst gab es nur Äpfel und Birnen in einem Obstkorb. Das angebotene Omlette konnte nach 15 Min doch nicht gemacht werden weil es keine Eier mehr in der Küche gab. Die Croissants waren in der Mitte noch eingefroren. Die Getränke und die Teeauswahl waren allerdings sehr lecker.

Bas (8/5): Gut aber nicht perfekt - Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und lösungsorientiert. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und mit Ventilator gut klimatisiert. Das frühstück ist mit 18€ pro person pro tag viel zu überteuert. Hat bäckerei in der umgebung was billiger ist und genau so gut ist. Sauberkeit im treppenhaus war mangelhaft, kaugummi, verpackungen etc lagen über mehrere tage auf dem boden. (Foto beigelegt)

Christianne (10/5): Kurztrip mot hervorragender Unterkunft - Uns hat die Ausstattung des Zimmers gefallen, der sehr freundliche Service der Mitarbeiter, das Frühstück inkl. der Tatsache dass man auch ein Express-Frühstück (heißt: kleines Frühstück) haben kann. Die Ausstattung war war sehr geschmackvoll, einfach herrlich. Die Lage ist toll. Viele Restaurants und Cafés direkt am Ring. Auch in Richtung Dom alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen. U-Bahn-Station in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles war wunderbar.
Kristen (8/5): - The staff were amazing and really friendly! The buffet was very cute and we had one of the nicest coffees at the hotel. Very clean and comfy beds. Soundproofed from the outside noise too which was great. The only thing was the doors outside the apartments on the top floors were super heavy so every time someone walked through it would slam which could be disruptive at night. No issue if you’re on a lower floor.

Hotel was quiet- very few guests in late July. Rooms are spread over 6 or 7 floors. Room was comfortable without being spectacular. No fridge or kettle but did have a safe. Shower was small and leaked but OK

Jane (8/5): A good value hotel, far enough out of the inner city mayhem, but near enough to walk in to the centre. - Nice styling, comfortable bed. More than adequate for a city stay. Friendly and very helpful staff on the front desk. Liked the easy online check-in. We also liked the underground parking, right outside the hotel. It would be useful though to have prior directions on getting to the car park, as it’s difficult to park up on the street when first arriving. We didn’t include breakfast when booking, but decided to try it one morning. It was very so-so and there are decent cafes within a short walk where you can get a good breakfast. We did message the property in advance of our stay to ask for information about the parking, but didn’t get a response.
