• Daniel (5/5): - Central location in Milano 2 bedrooms The bed mattresses are really old and used, not comfortable at all. The flat is dirty and dusty, cleaning is done only on the visible parts. Everything is falling apart, it shows that it's been a rental flat for too long: a shower glass door replaced by a moldy curtain, tap leaking, stains on the walls, broken corners...
• Gerrie (7/5): - Locatie was echt top! Fijn dat er 2 aparte slaapkamers waren. Vaatwasser en wasmachine is fijn. Bedbank was echt niet comfortabel. Badkamer erg klein. Vaatwastabletten, waspoeder was fijn geweest als dat er was.

• Hisae (8/5): 洗濯機を使えなかったこと以外は、素晴らしかった。 - 施設のそばに、ミラノの地元の人が集まるレストランがたくさんあり、充実していた。 部屋は2ベッドルームにリビングルームがあるので、2人で過ごすには十分な広さだった。 キッチンには調理器具や皿類もあった。 Wi-Fiも問題なかった。 お湯もでた。 10日間の長期滞在のため、洗濯機があることがこの施設を借りるメリットであった。なのに、滞在初日に施設の担当者から洗濯機が故障してるため点検にくると連絡があった。そのあと、点検しても直らないので取り替えることになったと伝えられた。結局洗濯機はないままで、私たちは滞在中に洗濯機を使う機会が失われて、困った状況になってしまった。 あらかじめ機器の点検をしておくことが大事だと施設管理者には反省してほしい。 それ以外には問題はなかった。

Cozy, comfortable apartment with great room temperature, very nice bedding and a pristine bathroom. Nothing to not like, everything was above expectations.
• Noëlle (3/5): At first glance it seemed great but we had many problems with the property itself and the staff so do not recommend unti - The location was great, close to a metro station that leads you into the centre. Also good restaurant options nearby and seemed safe. It was nice to have an apartment setting with separate bedrooms and places to sit. Multiple things were not good of the property: - When we arrived there was only one bed made and no bedding available at all for the second bed, despite having booked the entire apartment including the second bed. This was only fixed after a small discussion and the next day, so we had to sleep in the same bed while it was really warm; - The remote for the airconditioning was nowhere to be found and after asking the next day we found it at a place that was not what they told us on WhatsApp, so we still had to look for it; - It was not clean, there was lots of dust besides the bed, especially the first bedroom (without windows); - We had to contact the property staff multiple times during out trip because of things unsorted, such as named above; - There was a rain-shower, but nowhere to turn that one on. No switch available. There was only a normal shower head at abdominal hight so showering was uncomfortable. The tub of the shower was also full and drained badly. You could shower really short because of the risk of water overflowing the shower tub. - The property was located next to a small square/park and the first night there we're guys being very loud until early in the morning, which is not necessarily a bad thing of the property itself but because we had no airconditioning we also couldn't sleep with the window closed so we had to endure it; - Communication with the property was good at first, they explained where the key was found and how to find the apartment and the lift. However, after having trouble with the property, the communication was lacking and after sharing our feedback and discussing options for possible compensation, they just ignored our messages and stopped communication.

There are shops and cafes around, you can easily walk to Bosco verticale. 2 toilet paper rolls for 5 people for two days is not enough at all. We had to buy toilet paper ourselves. The dishes were clean but the kitchen itself wasn’t fully clean. Also it would have been better if the kitchen had some salt or pepper.

• Stephanus (7/5): We enjoyed our stay. - The location was great. The lift works with a key which you obtain only after being given telephonic / app access to the apartment. Having to carry bags up 4 flights was difficult, but in retrospect, we could have left our baggage downstairs and moved it up with the lift subsequent to the (intricate) access process. An extra ice tray would have been handy.
• Flatley (10/5): Fabulous Apartment - The apartment was lovely, it was a cool time of year we visited but the heating in the apartment kept it very nice. The apartment was on the 4th floor but there was a small lift we could use was very useful. It also had great fast WiFi in the apartments. veery close to shops and restaurants. nothing.
