Guest Reviews
- Thomas (2/5): Very poor -
- Peter (1/5): Bad - I came home Thursday night after 12 midnight , and my room door was unlocked.
I tried to sleep. The hotel surveillance public announcement system started verbally harassing me and calling me "anal sex offender schizophrenic, Peter Mark" and other degrading terms "bitchdog" until 3:30 a m.
The hotel did not respond to my complaints about the harassment.
After I messaged the hotel later (after I left hotel) and I messaged and emailed the hotel because I thought I forgot my blue towel in the hotel , I never received a response from the hotel.
My electric tea kettle (Sharp brand) was also missing from my car. I asked the hotel about the theft of the tea kettle from my car. I asked the hotel if they found my electric tea kettle. They never responded.
The hotel clerk did not want me to fill out any hotel registration form.
- Dr. (1/5): Bad experience in my life - We arrived at 9.00 pm in the property, waited one hour for getting room and canceled our booking at 10.30 pm. We booked two rooms but they gave one room. Overall condition of the property was worst. Nothing we like
- Kenneth Oconnell (8/5): - if this is your first time in Bangkok proper; stay here. It’s full of wild characters from all walks of life. YOU have ZERO
reason to complain about anything at 9-15 USD a night.
9.00 a night, and you expect a holiday inn or Four seasons when you get to your room, you need your head examined. David that runs the joint is awesome. Be warned - a very diverse clientele
who stay here. But safe, and right on a little
side road surrounded by hard working locals! would come back!? in a NY minute
- William (6/5): Quick stop off - I needed a quick place to stay, the location is great, good food very close. Great coffee place a short walk away.
Its a take it as you swe it place nice people, a good bed and a TV does what you need

- James (8/5): Very good -
- Clyde (8/5): - Wonderful stay. The woman who greeted me was very kind. She upgraded me to a larger room. It’s an older property with no frills. I personally like to rent from the locals rather than the corporations.
- James (2/5): Very poor - The staff are friendly... It looked nothing like the photos. When I first arrived the taxi said are you sure you want to stay here?
I've honestly slept in cleaner prison cells, mold everywhere. No drinking water. Dirty bed sheets.. even the hot water unit didn't work and I was scared to catch something by having a shower!
- บารอน (1/5): Bad - nothing The staff charge more money and rude
Do not ever book this one.
- Htwe (1/5): Bad -

- Ermenc (1/5): Bad - I have booked and paid online, but when I showed up I have been asked at the reception to pay more because of the difference between the price in reality and in the booking app. Couldn't get in the room if I don't pay. They told me that I have to see this with the booking, but they have refused my claim.

- Gaffar (1/5): Bad - Noting! Absolutely horrible! Noting! Absolutely horrible! There is no water from the shower and the washing basin sink did not have a pipe! Everything would fall on the floor and on your legs.
(Check the videos and pictures attached)
Floor was full of ants and bugs.
The windows did not have curtains or any thing so at 5.30am it's full of lights and you just can't get sleep.
Walls are soo old and thin you can even hear the next door person placing something on the table
Refrigerator does not work and smells bad.
Staff was soo ignorant and rude at night. Check out is at 12noon but they tell you it's at 10am.
Location is scary and dark at night in an interior narrow alley.

- Stone (1/5): SCAMMERS - Nothing. I was scammed... i was charged more in cash than the booking price at reception. The manager then cancelled my booking and i was charged full price again to my credit card... I HATE BEING SCAMMED. SEE GOOGLE REVIEWS FOR ACCURACY. IM NOT THE ONLY ONE GETTING RIPPED OFF FROM THIS SHIT HOLE.
- Viktoriia (1/5): Bad - DISGUSTING PLACE!!! It was really awful!
There was a very rude guy at the reception, everywhere it was very dirty and there was a terrible smell, the room is disgusting, they obviously don’t clean it here, don’t wash the bed linen. And in the trash was a used condom from previous residents. We stayed in the room for 20 minutes, after which we immediately left for another hotel, at the reception before leaving we were completely ignored.
- Dan (1/5): Bad -
- Kirsty (3/5): Would not book again - Receptionist was not welcoming at all, nor helpful. Demand I pay more for the room after I had already paid full on booking.com
- Shreya (5/5): Passable -
- Mohammad (10/5): Exceptional -

- Sabuj (1/5): Bad - VALO HOY NAI AKHON KOIA AR KI HOIBO
- Benjamin (1/5): The WORST hotel experience I have ever had!! - From check in to check out the experience at this hotel was awful. We arrived at the hotel and found ourselves locked out on the streets even after providing our check in time. After around 20 minutes and various phone calls the door was opened with absolutely no apology...and not even a welcome! In fact, not a word was spoken until the receptionist demanded I paid more money for the room I had already booked and paid for through booking.com (this meant the room was twice the price it is listed for on booking.com). The room was nothing like the pictures used for advertising, floors were dirty, and the bathroom was full of hairs. No toilet roll was provided and all staff disappeared once again after check in so we were unable to get any for the entire stay! This is without question the WORST hotel and service I have ever experienced...do not go here!
- Tawassul (1/5): It is worst stay in my hotel experience - The checkout time is 12 Noon, but they have checkout me at 10 AM forcibly. There behavior is very bad. The location of the Hotel is very bad. There beddings were not cleaned, and bed is not bed its just cushion on the floor. There is no any staff on the reception all the time. It is worst hotel in Bangkok There should be a person on the reception to help guests. The checkout time should be 12 Noon not before 12. The bedding should white and properly cleaned.
- Taeseong (1/5): Rude Hotel Owner's Coercion - The bed is very old, but there is no big problem sleeping. worst experience.
I made a reservation through Booking.com, but he force me to pay the average hotel price because the price is lower than other guests. I said I would pay only the price written on the reservation confirmation, so the hotel owner told me to cancel the reservation.
Reluctantly, I paid the price suggested by the hotel owner, but he said that check-out at 11 am. I beckoned to the hotel entrance information saying check out by 12 o'clock, but the hotel owner just told me to check out at 11 o'clock.
In Google reviews and booking.com reviews, there is a guest who has had a similar experience with this hotel owner.
You, who are reading this could be the next turn to this rude experience.
- Moij (1/5): Bad -
- Simon (3/5): carged more than advertiesed no helpful receptionist. Otherwise clean and okay - Floor and Bathroom and were clean. No mildew. Towels were clean. Hotel provides you with shower gel and shampoo. Bed looked clean and did not smell bad even though... (tbc ant what didn't I like) The air condition ins very new and works fine. Even though the insulation of the room is bad the temperature stays pleasant as long as the AC is running. The hotel is located in a quiet location (traffic wise; no loud night clubs around) you can hear the crickets, cicadas and other animals. (Usually I'm a very light sleeper, I don't like camping at all because of such sounds, but somehow here it did not disturb me. In fact I slept very well. The bed is also comfy. The room comes with a modern Flatscreen-TV the wifi reception is acceptable. I streamed News in full HD without any buffering interruption. The shower is operated by a flow heater so don't expect a strong water jet but it was fine for me. 7/11 and Family market only a seven minute walk away. Booking.com did not abide by the announced price. I placed the reservation for 400 Baht. At arrival I was charged 500. I told the receptionist that it said 400 on booking.com and even showed him my booking. His response was: "They make it cheaper to attract more people" ...the blanket had no sheet neither was covered in a duvet cover. Also the pillows had no cover. Even though I kept the windows closed at all times I woke up with three mosquito bites. Luckily I could not hear any mosquitoes when falling asleep. The window was broken and replaced by a kind of board. It's a window which has no good insulation. No matter how you adjust it there are always little crevices where air and sounds from the outside come through (And probably also mosquitoes). The room has a second window to the hallway and staircase room. This window is a glass jalousie (shutter). A blind in front of it blocks views from other hotel guests which otherwise could look into your room. However you notice the steps or conversations every time someone walks the stairs or talks there. If you travel with lots of luggage I recommend getting to the place by taxi. When checking out I asked at the reception if they could call me a taxi. The answer was: "no". First hotel of my life where the receptionist did refuse to call a taxi. Not customer friendly nor supportive at al! To get to the next bigger roads where taxis drive you will need to walk for about seven minutes.
