Brittany (10/5): - The house was amazing. Clean inside and out. The kids loved the pool. Nice area. Stores wasn’t far from property. The owner was amazing as well. Can’t wait to visit again.
Verified traveler (8/5): Overall positive stay. - Hosts responded quickly. Paid for three days of pool & spa heat, and,while the heat was turned on, the spa jets didn't work (we were told- after paying- that they were waiting for a part). So, we didn't really get to use the spa. I bought a bottle of spray bleach to address some areas of mold in the shower (esp at the bend of the shower hose). Some plates in cupboard had food on. Husband noted water on the top of doorway going to a bedroom and buildup of dust on ceiling vent in living ving room. Overall it was a good house and great location for us as we were checking out areas southwest of Orlando. Wifi was great for remote working.
Vivian (6/5): - The house was in a convenient location. It was abou 15 min away from Disney and Universal Studios. Very close to shopping center and fast food .. the house was clean bed rooms were spacious. The master room's bed made alot of noise squeak every time you moved a hair. The rest of the rooms were good. I was really excited to rent this house because of the pool, but honestly it was not clean at all it was green and u can tell it has not been clean in a while the green scum was all around the wall and alot of dirt in the bottom. I was pretty disgusted with that. The kitchen area was ok. The stove needed replacing im guessing someone burned something in it and caught on fire and still have the fire marks on there I was afraid to use it. Everything else aas okay for the price i will give it 6/10.
PHYL (6/5): - The property was very nice our major concern was the hot tub didn’t heat to beable to relax in at nite and the air conditioner wasn’t an air conditioner when u couldn’t adjust it past a certain point to make ur stay a cool one. I also think that the basics should be included like a hotel would offer garbage bags toilet paper. Other then that the house worked for our needs and loved that everyone had their own bathrooms

Katie (8/5): - Initial impression of property was good however we had booked a property with king, queen and double rooms and this only had 2 x double and 2 x twin. One of the double beds had an extremely uncomfortable mattress possibly well past it's useful life. The settee seats were a bit grubby and it needed cleaning underneath. The runner that the sliding patio doors to the pool slide along needed cleaning thoroughly in order for the doors to slide easily. It would have been useful if a welcome pack was provided including some items like washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, milk, bread, sugar. Overalll, the property was extremely adequate and suited us well. It is in a quite neighbourhood and is ideally positioned for all Florida parks.
Codi (8/5): - Paid for a superior house, not sure I would qualify the house we had as "superior" more like basic.
Travis (8/5): House - Overall the house was good. In a good location and great setup for our family wit an upstairs set of rooms and a suite on the main level. The pool was not heated though (even when i had asked for it to be ahead of time) and it was not vacuumed either.
Angela (10/5): Great rental! - The home was fantastic - great location, size, pool & game room! Also very clean & well maintained. The only negative is that the house was double booked that day so a second family showed up that evening and attempted to move in while we were there. It was scary & we felt really bad for them having to relocate after traveling all day!
Verified traveler (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay very much. The villa was nice. It was not as furnished as I expected but we made it work. For example, there was no pizza cutter and the knives were dull they were barely able to cut the pizza. We were not given many instructions while checking in and the booklet had contradicting information that left us very confused. For example, one page said to strip the bedding before leaving and the next said to leave it. I feel that if I'm paying for a cleaning service it should be their responsibility to do the cleaning.
Michelle (10/5): Lovely home away from home! - It was an amazing experience and, we really loved having the convenience of our own place while we were on vacation. It made all the difference! The staff at Emerald America are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend!
