Inoltre zona ben rifornita Piscine a mio parere non pulite bene e asciugatrice non funzionante. Nonostante i reclami, i receptionist dicevano ognuno una cosa diversa.

• Paola (8/5): We had a very pleasant stay and would stay there again. - The residence is in an excellent position, very close to the beach and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and were helpful in organising taxis for us. The place is clean and it was quiet which we liked, but we were there in low season. The kitchenette is basic but very useful. We were allocated a studio for wheelchair users (which was not applicable for us) but the space was quite tight to move around for us let alone someone in a wheelchair. However, the bathroom was very big. If I were to stay here again I would probably book the one bedroom apartment just to have a bit more space.

• Inga (9/5): - Очень отзывчивый персонал на рецепции, всё что нужно объяснили и показали. В номере было два балкона. Сам номер не очень большой, ,для двоих было нормально, хотя он предназначен для троих, по моему мнению для троих номер маловат. На кухне есть нужная посуда. Кровать удобная. Есть подземный гараж для машины, правда в гараже много столбов, что очень затрудняет парковку для больших машин. Хорошо, что был не сезон и гараж был практически пустой. Мебель на кухне местами изношенная, кое где вздулись плиты ДСП. Вытяжка старая.В номере две двери для входа. Через первую дверь входишь на балкон, а через вторую - в номер. Дверь между номером и балконом невозможно держать открытой, чтобы свободно перемещаться между кухней и балконом, чтобы например покушать на балконе. Обе двери открываюся карточкой.

• Annett (9/5): Kurze Auszeit - Wir waren zwei Tage hier auf dem Weg Richtung Sizilien. Sowohl die Altstadt von Rimini als auch die Besichtigung San Marinos waren für uns eine große Bereicherung. Das Appartement in Meernähe hat alle Wünsche erfüllt, wir lieben selbstgemachtes Frühstück.

The train station around the corner and the swimming pool on the roof a bit awkward the layout of the apartment, with two locked doors to enter the apartment with a covered terrace as dining room there was no sofa to rest so a bit uncomfortable.. but the rest was ok

• Debora P. (10/5): Tutto impeccabile, dal servizio alla posizione - Ho soggiornato in questo residence e non posso che lasciare una recensione più che positiva. La posizione è davvero ottima, comoda per spostarsi e allo stesso tempo tranquilla. Gli ambienti sono impeccabili, con una pulizia curata nei minimi dettagli. Lo staff si distingue per cortesia e gentilezza, sempre disponibili a venire incontro a qualsiasi esigenza. Un punto di forza è sicuramente il parcheggio privato sotterraneo, che rende tutto più pratico e sicuro. All’interno della struttura c’è anche un bar per la colazione, molto comodo e ben fornito. Un ringraziamento speciale al portinaio: sempre sorridente, simpatico e gentile, ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. In conclusione, esperienza perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista: consigliatissimo!
