- cynthiq (9/5): - The convenience of the location to every where I could shop, to Sight & Sound and dining out. That housekeeping did not clean the restroom as I requested it. Then I had to get the linen for our room.
- Kaniewski (7/5): -
- Specht (9/5): A nice bit of luxury on a budget - Overall a great experience. Indoor pool was the perfect temperature, and I loved the cheerful decor and comfortable seating of the pool area. Bedding was super comfortable, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. The whole hotel was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The only thing I can think of is maybe making sure the bagels were split for toasting and possibly more fresh fruit options for breakfast, but really just minor things. Overall, it didn't really subtract from the experience.

- Lorraine (8/5): Enjoyed our stay!!! - Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good.
Plenty of restaurants & shopping in the area. Different things outside are room needed to be cleaned.
- gillianrn33 (8/5): Close to Sight & Sound theater - We stayed here overnight when we saw a show at the theater. Hotel is clean and somewhat “no frills.” Room has 1 rolling chair and is quite small. But it’s clean and compact. Good for a 1 night stay and it’s inexpensive. Lots of places to eat nearby and 8 minutes to the theater. Breakfast was adequate.

- Frank (9/5): Good room and Great value. - Room was nice. Breakfast was a good, small variety. Coffee all day in lobby. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Personally, our room was on the side of the highway, which we heard all night and day. But thats what you get for staying at a hotel on a highway. Next time, id ask for a room on the other side of the hotel.
The refrigerator in our room was noisy, and wasn't really working. When we opened it, it had a bit of a smell. So we turned it off.
DirectTv went out when it rained, that took a bit to get restarted
Our bed was a bit soft for us.
- Bollinger (10/5): - Love that you could bring your dogs and close to alot of restaurants clean room and easy accessible There was a lot of loud noises like someone was stomping and running through the halls

- lkis229 (4/5): Disappointed - This hotel is easy to find however the traffic noise at night is really loud, you can hear people walking above you, the ice machine was broken and we were missing towels in the bathroom. The room was clean as well as the bathroom but of people have hand issues, squeezing the tubes for shampoo and soap could be difficult. The breakfast was ok.

- Christopher (6/5): Overpriced location made this very nice hotel cost twice what it was worth. - I like the clean rooms which seem cleaner (and are easier to keep clean) thanks to their hardwood floors. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was very well-equipped with both fixed and hand showers, and various soaps and lotions mounted at sink and in shower. Unfortunately, the hard surfaces in the hallway made all noises very loud. My sleep was disturbed for almost two hours by a neignbor's door which repeatedly slammed every 5 to 10 minutes. There was no conversation, so it wasn't due to late arrivals, and it was the same door. The noise was most likely due to an OCD attack running from 01:43-03:20.
- Terrell (9/5): They are more simple in design - They cater to young people with color and things for children Bathroom baseboard was very dusty and had not been cleaned for a long time
- Rhonda (10/5): - Everything. Location Soft bed
- Jacqueline (5/5): - Location Staff no friendly, no clean, things were not working properly

- Janice (10/5): Overall, it was super nice, clean, and the free breakfast was delicious. - Megan, and other staff were very helpful. And, coffee station was always well attended. Bed too soft

- Cauthen (9/5): -
- Shelia (5/5): It was okay - This hotel is conveniently located. Breakfast was okay, but some yogurt would have been nice. We were given a handicap accessible room, so it was a really nice size. Shower was very hot, but we had a little trouble figuring out how to turn the water on and then getting the desired temperature.
- Lida (10/5): Great location and staff - Close to so many of our activities. Breakfast and staff were great
- Deana (9/5): It was perfect, comfortable, clean and friendly staff. - Easy access close to restaurants Nothing it was all good
- jrapal (4/5): Avoid front rooms and truck traffic. - We recently stayed at the Tru by Hilton in Lancaster and had a mixed experience. The staff at the front desk were friendly and tried to be accommodating, but our room was not ready when we arrived around 1:30 pm. We were offered another room on the fourth floor, which we accepted, but it faced the main road below.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue during our stay was the constant overnight truck traffic right outside the window. The noise was loud enough to disrupt our sleep, and it continued throughout the night. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to traffic noise, this is something to be aware of.
The hotel itself is clean, modern, and conveniently located, but the noise level from the street significantly affected our stay. I would recommend requesting a room on the opposite side of the building if you decide to stay here.
- David (9/5): - Pillows were flat and uncomfortable
- Lysbeth (9/5): A very nice place to stay - Very clean, friendly staff, quick check in, good breakfast Need to change the pillows, not firm and old
- Akindele (10/5): Excellent - Clean and comfortable Nothing in particular but best to get room behind the highway due to the truck noise
- Stephen (5/5): One nighter maybe, but I will not stay here as a first choice again. - The room was small but comfortable. I was there for one day, so it met my needs. The bed was clean and felt fresh. The pillows were soft, but they did not provide back support while watching the tv in bed. Over all the room was clean. Several things were not well. The hotel is too close to the highway. Overnight truck traffic and the volume of cars racing by all night was horrible. Then there was no hot water for the shower in the morning. Then the breakfast at 830AM was almost empty, and not worth eating. I went out to a nearby restaurant for breakfast. I advised the staff of no hot water and the reply was "We know, we just found out". A two star stay at best. Staff was pleasant.
- Brenda (3/5): No descanse - Vera de todo No limpian bien los cuartos no ambition las sabanas y también un gran ruido en la madrugada
- Tammy (8/5): Mostly good - Location ,clean, Absolutely the number one thing that I honestly complain about every time I stay with you all is no microwave in the room. Drives me crazy because my kids do like to nuke up stuff. We do bring back leftovers from the restaurants. That is the main reason.

- Deb (10/5): -
- Victoria (8/5): Likely would stay here again - Cleanliness Fridge didn’t work, lots of traffic noise all night
- Faith (8/5): - Hot shower and water pressure, cleanliness, comfortable beds, easy check-in, close to eating spots within walking distance Limited breakfast items some options were unavailable due to broken equipment
- Kathy (9/5): -
- Amanda (10/5): - the set up was beautiful . lots for the kids to do for play .
- Pry (9/5): -
- Lisa (7/5): - Convenient location, well priced, free breakfast Cleanliness in the room/bathroom was not what I had hoped for. The floors looked like they’d been mopped with dirty water and there was dirt and dinginess along the flooring edges.
- Jacklyn (5/5): - It was nice and convenient There were a lot of kids for a competition in town they were up all night partying and very loud. Had to reach out to front desk
- Angie (6/5): - Thr bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very clean The paper-thins walls, I could hear my neighbors late into the night. The room was pretty small for the price
- Debra (10/5): -
- Regina (4/5): - Staff is friendly The bed is hard and terrible. The front sidewalk was icy and not shovelled.
- Sutter (10/5): -
- Karen (10/5): -
- Ortiz (10/5): -
- Brad (7/5): Great location , great price. Be sure to request a room on the back side of the hotel otherwise you hear trucks all nigh - Price and convenience to everything in the area Noise from the highway and staff sleeping as you came down for coffee at 6 am.
- Richard (10/5): - Staff Lobby games ( not really a big deal)
- CLAIRE (7/5): I expected more from Hilton and certainly would have enjoyed my breakfast without disagreeable comment from the breakfas - Convenient and very visible location Cleanliness. The bathroom was not properly mopped. The phone was very dirty as well as the Tv Remote. Over two days, the hallway on the 4th floor never got vacuumed. The swimming pool was still too cold even though I requested it to be changed. No microwave, no coffee machine in the room. The door was extremely heavy to open.
- Renee (9/5): Wonderful - The lobby area was nice for getting together with friends NA
- Kerra (9/5): -
- Brad (8/5): Good value good location - Convenience and cleanliness Room was very small
- urszula (5/5): - Location Honestly, the hotel itself was okay—nothing fancy, but decent. The rooms were small, with no coffee maker and no closet, which was a bit inconvenient.
I stayed here for a volleyball tournament, and the venue was about 30 minutes away. As a Hilton Honors member, I asked the manager for a late checkout on the last day—just a one-hour extension due to the tournament schedule. The request was refused, which I found rude, especially since the hotel did not seem busy.
Because of this, we had to pack at 6 a.m. and bring all our belongings with us to the tournament. This situation could have easily been avoided if Debbie had been willing to grant a simple one-hour extension.
We didn’t use any hotel facilities and were barely there, as our schedule was very busy—we mostly just slept at the hotel. Overall, I’m disappointed with the attitude of the staff. Otherwise, the hotel itself was decent.
- Sophia (8/5): Overall it was a great location and son’s birthday was a success! - The staff were very friendly and the breakfast in the morning offered so much convenience especially during the snow storm we experienced. The pool wasn’t heated and was freezing cold, it felt like we were outside! The kids complained the entire time.
- William (5/5): Will not be staying here again - Breakfast was fine. Room was small, hair in the shower so we did not use it, lighting was not great, Room was overpriced and the room smelled bad , staff was great and very friendly. Overpriced, room was small, hair in the shower, lighting was poor, room smelled bad
- Eyerusalem (10/5): -
- Darlene (10/5): Hilton Tru’s always meet my expectations. - Well designed rooms. Place to hang clothing, extra shelves to put things. Lot of space to eat breakfast. Pool could be warmer for my liking’s. No big deal.
- David (10/5): Relaxing and quiet for such a busy strip. - Location and the name. Liked everything about it. They had more than enough amenities.
- Sally (4/5): Very disappointing for a Hilton facility. - Very minimal room (no closet, dresser, etc.) The staff was not professional at all and not very attentive (both desk staff and breakfast staff). Some coffee/tea supplies were out and not available for replacement.
- Arlene (9/5): -
- Joseph (9/5): Very good - Being right on the highway was noisy at night but that’s not the hotel’s fault
- Richard (6/5): Slightly below average on what my expectations were - Location
Nice breakfast choices The smell
Tables were extremely dirty during breakfast
Staff was “just doing my job” kind of attitude
- Charles (8/5): Nice and hotel filled my needs. - Breakfast very good, room comfortable. Noisy from highway. Some carpeting needs replacing.
- Aron (10/5): Great place to stay -
- Kayode (7/5): If all staff members can be so professional like those on evening shift, could be better - The receptionist that checked me in needs to go for customer service training ASAP. Staff
- Ronald (8/5): The Lady greeting us upon arrival was exceptionally nice. -
- Kathryn (7/5): -
- Katharine (7/5): convenient to Sight and Sound - Excellent breakfast items. Hallways were not cleaned daily. Cleaner entrance and hallways.
- Shelly (8/5): Overnight stay - Very clean No coffee pots in room,
- Imogen (7/5): It was okay - Close to the sight and sound theater: convenience for food ( restaurants) Needed updated and the rooms was very cold in appearance : floors were all tiled : shower door leaked water all over bathroom floor: doors would stick and you would have to slam them open and shut
- Kim (10/5): -
- Pedro (9/5): -
- Dave (5/5): - The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Breakfast was what I expected. It took longer than expected to check in. There was a line, and the desk person had to keep walking into the back for each customer. No coffee in the room. The floor in the room was damp and wet in spots.
- David (8/5): -
- Mitzie (4/5): We've stayed at several TRU hotels and this one disappointed. - Breakfast is always good, facilities are always clean, location to everything was good. I think when you book third party, you get the worse rooms. We were first given a handicap assessible room and thats not what we booked and I was told it was because we booked third party. Luckily a manager was there and she looked and verified what kind of room we actually booked and we were moved. However, we were again obviously given the loudest room because our room was at the farthest end on the front of hotel, closest to the traffic light, so we heard every bit of traffic all night long...not just regular traffic but the 18-wheelers using the "JAKE BREAK" to stop at the light and then they are always very noisy when taking off. This is a very busy highway and it's 24/7. Also, the pillows are so old, they literally had lumps. One ice machine for the whole hotel is a bad idea and this one broke and we didn't have ice for the last night we were there. I feel the jake breaks should be illegal in this particular area. Some shrubbery to help with noise barrier or maybe invest in thicker shades for the windows to help with noise. Also the website states a $25 security deposit will be collected and we were charged $75.00 (was told it's $25.00 per night) Read the website, that's not what is says...it clearly says $25.00 deposit.
