• Humphrey (8/5): Nice hotel, I will stay there again once all renovations are completed. - The hotel is currently under renovation. Therefore, not all services were available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was NOT informed of the renovation when making the reservation.

• Kari (5/5): Would not have chosen this property had we known about the construction - Room was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Did not know there was construction happening in the first floor and lobby area.l which meant that hot breakfast was not available due to remodeling. We specifically look for a decent breakfast offering when we book so that was very disappointing. Also, night stand in room is not sufficient space for person with cpap.

The hotel was being renovated, so there was not the continental breakfast. They did provide a grab n go bagged breakfast. That was disappointing, and I feel that a discounted price should have been given, or at least revealed at booking.

• Molly (5/5): Convenient but would not stay again - Location to highway and shops. Rooms weren’t ready at check in. Room was okay but not extremely clean. Something stuck to the bottom of my foot when walking barefoot. Corners of bathroom floor were dirty. The guy at the desk was not friendly and seemed irritated most of the time. We had no shampoo in our shower. The hand sanitizers in lobby were empty.

• Deborah (1/5): Awful, only got about 2.5 to 3 hours of sleep it was so uncomfortable and noisy. - Seemed clean, easy check-in but staff seemed annoyed to be there. I’ve stayed here in the past and had no problems had a very comfortable room well made up, comfy bed. Not on this visit, the wrong sheets were used on the bed. Meaning a full size bed sheet was used on a king size bed, a mattress pad used as a comforter and a nasty looking and feeling gauze bed spread. There was no comforter no blanket, when I called down for help the staff was rude and said that the cleaning staff had already left for the day, but came up an hour later with sheets that were exactly the same what was already on the bed and instead of a flat sheet, she brought me a fitted sheet to sleep with and made no attempt to find a blanket or a comforter. Also, the room was right off of the highway so you could hear trucks all night down shifting had to use earplugs to try to block out the sound.

• Gary (10/5): Small rooms but space is used well. - The hotel is very nice. Comfortable beds but small room. They do use the space and give you places to put your things. Only complaint no coffee makeup or ice bucket in room. Coffee tea and hot chocolate in lobby. Ice the ice is also in the lobby.is also in lobby. Toilet paper and Kleenex are one ply. Spend a little more on them and stop going cheap because we use more when it is that thin.

• Louis (6/5): - The amenities are good, and the property is pretty well maintained. The staff is responsive and courteous. The bathroom, more specifically the bathtub was dirty. Also there was a person loitering outside that did not make me feel safe when bringing my belongings inside. Lastly the elevator wasn’t working properly.

Our socks and feet were literally black from the filth on the tile floors. We complained and showed the staff where we had to clean it ourselves. They moved us the second day to a different room and the SAME FILTH on the floors again. She offered a small 10.00 discount TOTAL.. for 2 rooms that I had to clean on my hands and knees that heckle to walk around in. The 2nd room had a cockroach that literally ran up onto the chair and into my plate of wings!

If you've never stayed at a Tru by Hilton, think of what a hotel by Ikea might be like and you'll get a really good idea of a Tru. It's very basic, colorful, and full of witty sayings at every turn. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. The location is next to lots of other hotels and tins of fast food and low price restaurant options. Tru had several EV chargers and all were in working order except one. We didn't have any trouble charging our car. Easy place to park.
• APRIL (10/5): I’ll be back! - Digital key option. Very clean rooms with soft blankets. Hilton members can look at the layout of the rooms/floors and choose your own room the day of checkin via app. Convenient location to plenty of shopping, food and the highway.
