• Nagib G. (10/5): - Nos encantó todo, la ubicación, la facilidad para llegar, en el corazon de Oporto que se puede llegar a cualquier sitio a pie. Las instalaciones muy limpias y con todo lo necesario, atención increíble, 100% recomendado! No hay nada que no nos gustara.
• Natalya (5/5): We would not return - Good location close to the Douro river. Apartment big enough for 4 people. Beds were not comfortable, bed blanket had musty smell and didn’t have top sheets in master bedroom. All towels were old and had nasty musty smell as well. We did wash them before we could use. Kitchen did not had enough condiments and dishes for 4 people. Washing machine did not had any detergent.

Situato in una delle posizioni più suggestive di Porto, sopra uno degli archi del lungo fiume di ribera. Lo abbiamo adorato cosi come abbiamo adorato Eduardo, sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi domanda Ci è piaciuto tutto, quindi solo un suggerimento: metterei una Smart tv per poter vedere le piattaforme dal proprio telefono (Netflix prime Sky etc)

• CharlesK (8/5): Easy living in a great location on the Douro in Porto - Location, location, location! Perfect spot right on the Douro River. And yet it was quiet. Easy to find and access. The apartment itself is nicely equipped and clean. The host couldn’t be better or more helpful. He gave good information for us, offered to help, and responded very quickly to messages. I’d stay there again without any hesitation. Perhaps brighter lights in the main room, but that’s a very minor thing. The rest of the rooms had good lighting, especially the kitchen which is important.

• Sandra (8/5): - De locatie is prachtig. Supermooi gelegen, Fijn en ruim appartement. Je kunt niet gemakkelijk buiten zitten. De bedden zijn hard.

• Jasmim (10/5): - Gorgeous place just a few steps from the river. We absolutely recommend, very spacious, cozy, everything clean and well cared. All the information for us to get there was provided before, easy to access the building.
• Ângela (7/5): Boa casa para descobrir o coração do Porto - A localização foi muito boa, super central. Para uma casa antiga. Estava bastante bem estimada e dentro dos padrões Notava-se alguma falta de limpeza em pormenores como nas camas do quarto com duas camas, tinham pó visível mesmo no sítio onde se encosta a cabeça e na sala, um candeeiro que está ao nível dos olhos estar cheio de pó não seria necessário.
• Isabel (10/5): - O Eduardo é um anfitrião muito atencioso. O apartamento estava muito limpo, arrumado e tem comodidades como máquinas de lavar roupas e louça. A localização é excelente. O fato de ter escadas para acessar o apartamento não foi problema, é só ter paciência e calma que dá para levar a bagagem tranquilamente. Passamos 11 dias muito felizes lá. Gostamos e voltaremos em outras oportunidades.

• Christa (9/5): Tolle Stadt, sehr schönes Apartement - Perfekte Lage für einen Städtetrip, Transfer vom Flughafen ist zu empfehlen, da man sonst doch viel länger braucht. Es gab ausreichend Spülmaschinentabs, aber keine Tabs für die Waschmaschine. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage - aber das wussten wir vorher und war auch nicht wichtig für uns. Querlüftung bei offenen Fenstern im 2. Stock ist viel besser. Ein paar mehr Haken im Bad für Handtücher wären von Vorteil. Einfache Kaffeemaschine wäre besser als Kapselmaschine von Dolce Gusto, da es schwer war diese Kapseln in einem Supermarkt in der Stadt zu finden.

• Slater (6/5): Fantastic location, well priced and well equipped apartment but mattresses need updating I feel. - Host was fantastic in communicating, helpful with ordering taxi’s, quick to respond to any communication from the time we started inquiring about the property to throughout the stay. Location was fantastic, right by the river, steps away from restaurants and river cruises. Could not have asked for a better location. Kitchen well stocked, comfy lounge and great bathroom. Exclusively the mattresses. They were hard flat, no give and the springs were poking into me. In the end I decamped to the couch. It was a big spoiler as you woke up aching every morning, which took a while to walk out. Other issues was one small very thin towel doesn’t cut it for 5 night stay. We only had 1 washing machine tablet and had used that up before we noted no more towels so had to use the same towel for 5 days. Last one is a suggestion, a non slip mat in the shower would be great as for some reason the shower floor was very slippery.

Great communication with management. There should a shelf in the shower to place toiletries. The beds would be much more comfortable with better quality mattresses.

• Davide (10/5): Central flat, perfect for family of 4. - Thin walls, that's true, but only if you happen to have noisy neighbours in the next door apartment. We didn't have them. Even so it's a wonderful flat. Right in the middle of everything: 10 meters from the river, a few steps from the Luis 1 bridge. Bars and restaurants didn't bug us (the flat is on the 2nd floor). Check-in procedures perfect. Eduardo on the line for every info you need. Definitely we're going back. Thank you. -

• Jesper (10/5): Super stay in Porto - We were 3 generations going for our first weekend trip to Porto and it will not be our last! Apart from Porto is really nice and the Riberira area is lovely the apartment was great! Located only a few minutes walk from everything. Spacious for 4 and would work with 6, nicely clean and well equipped in case you don't want to take advantage of the wonderful restaurants just around the corner! Eduardo and his sister were perfect hosts and really helpful! I can only recommend this apartment! Will go again!
