- Barbara (10/5): We had a wonderful time in the apartment - There are no points on the scale; 10 points is too few. I stay in apartments a lot, and this one was in a great location in the city. The train station is about 15 minutes away on foot, and the boat dock is 5 minutes away (you can sail along the coast and to the towns of 5 Terre). The apartment is spacious, the photos on the website accurately reflect what we saw with our own eyes, the rooms are well-cared for in every detail. The host, Alessandro, thoroughly explained how the heating system worked, making check-in as easy as possible. Alessandro was helpful in every way, offering advice on nearby shops and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the refrigerator was full of goodies we could use free of charge. It was a true sense of family hospitality. There is absolutely nothing to complain about.
- Mary (10/5): Beautiful vintage flat with amazing host! - Host was fabulous! Great communication, met us at the flat, generously provided food items, texted us various recommendations. Large & spacious - each of us had our own bedroom (3). Two had to share a bathroom. Old vintage flat. Very beautiful, but there were things such as old window casements which did let in noise & cold air. But overall we were very pleased.
- Eng (10/5): Perfect location, perfect host and beautiful apartment - Alessandro is a perfect host. He met with us in person to hand over the keys, showed us around the apartment, which by the way is beautiful. We were told that it was his family home. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all the good restaurants, but quiet enough from the crowds. Parking could be a bit difficult but we managed to park at Porto Mirabello for free as the ticket machine was broken. It's just 8 mins walk from the apartment. The apartment is located at the start of the high street with retail shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants which leads you to the rail station to catch the train to Cinque Terre. We stayed in mid Sept and the station was still pretty busy. Make sure you do not queue in the wrong lane or buy tickets from the machines on the platform. There is a room specifically for Cinque Terre ticket purchase. All and all, we have a prefect stay and would come back again. Lighting in one of the far bedroom could be better but that's very minor issue. doesn't affect our enjoyment of this beautiful apartment.
- Theresia (9/5): - Our host was very kind and thoughtful, getting the key was easy, he waited for us in front of the apartment, after a full day of travel last thing you want to do read instruction where to find the key , ...beer, wine, juice, milk, coffee, tea, fruits, chips and different types of bread was provided as well as inside slippers. ..very much appreciated..thank you !!
- Kim (10/5): Fabulous place in great location, extremely comfortable and it had an elevator. - Fabulous spacious apartment with old world charm, we absolutely loved the location as it was in walking distance to everything and had array of shops, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep.
Supplied everything you could need for an extended stay. Some of the chairs in kitchen were a bit unstable.
- James (9/5): Lovely old home - A lovely old traditional Italian home. Host was wonderful. Plenty of space. Good bathrooms. The shutters made it a little dark. But that was a minor thing.
- Ákos (9/5): - Elhelyezkedés Nincs légkondicionáló
- Dora (10/5): - The owner is very friendly, attentive and gave us personalised tips and suggestions based on our circumstances. It was a great stay with our babies, cot was provided and the extra food prepared for us was a big plus as we were starving upon arrival It was perfect, can be a bit loud on saturday evening but shutting the windows will eliminate the noise.
- JosephAito-Farulla (10/5): - location exceeded expectations
- Andrea (10/5): Exceptional - Host was super nice, location was excellent, apartment was great The location is noisy
- Sally (10/5): La Spezia is a lovely town with great good, friendly locals and deserves a visit. The accommodation ex ended all our exp - Everything! It was a great pleasure to stay in a former private residence that was so grand. We felt very lucky.
Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms excellent and the main living area stupendous. We loved it all.
- Angela (10/5): Exceptional apartment, location & host - The host was awesome - he went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The apartment is grand, beautifully styled & massive. Prime location - walking distance to train and a quick walk to water and shops are outside the door. Our teenage kids loved it too and wished we stayed longer. It surpassed all our expectations. This is a very special property & experience.
- Olga (10/5): Top! Want to came back. Alessandro was very very nice & welcoming - Interior, location and hospitality
- Darius (10/5): Exceptional - Great location: in the center, around many restaurants and shops, close to the port and the train station. The apartments are very spacious and stylishly furnished. The owner Alessandro is kind, caring and responsible.
- Sandra (10/5): Very nice and great location - The location was great, the host was so nice and helpful. He left us snacks and drinks. Very responsive and flexible. The apartment is so big and excellent for a family. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchenette and huge living room with TV. We were able to do laundry as well.
