Hotellin kattoterassi oli mahtava ja viereinen yhden tähden Michelin-ravintola oli elämys. Wc-tilasta puuttuva kunnon seinä, nyt vain ohut lasiovi ei eristänyt sitä riittävästi. En ymmärrä kuka pitää tuollaisista ratkaisuista.

Everything was perfectly organized in advance, so check-in for our entire group went quickly and smoothly. We’d especially like to highlight the fantastic breakfast and the excellent food in general. The entire team also made our stay particularly enjoyable—the staff at the front desk were always very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The same goes for the service team at breakfast and dinner, who were always professional and warm. Another highlight is the beautiful rooftop bar with its stunning view over the port of Palma. It’s the perfect place to wind down and relax at the end of the day. We’d love to come back and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
- Divya (10/5): One of the Best hotels we've stayed in by far! - HIGHLY Recommend, MUST Stay here ! i rarely get so pleased with a hotel - but this one not only exceeded our expectation but gave us so much more than we could ever expect! From moment we entered- staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable, they upgraded us to great seaview room + gave us a bottle of wine! When visiting the rooftop pool for sunset- which is absolutely beautiful - the staff was thoughtful and made us feel like royalty. we were given slippers, towels, and our drinks were refreshed regularly. Since this was our last night and we were tired to head out for dinner (also abit tired of restaurant food)- we ordered take out- the staff delivered us the chinese take away in a nice tray with white cloth, cutlery, vase/flowers and all the jazz as they would for when we ordered room service!. Next morning - we asked a little late check out as we wanted to enjoy teh indoor steam, sauna, pool and spa facilities- they were more than accomodating. They let us use teh facilities until the evening before our flight. Overall- this hotel was a such a pleasant surprise - we would highly recommend others to stay here.

I wish the balcony was larger so that I could enjoy time out there, but the r I had a partial view of the water which was spectacular. The rooftop pool area is excellent. Finally, the staff was exceptional. I would most definitely return to this hotel.

- Fam (10/5): Excellent - This hotel has staff that is happy to work there and is knowledgable about their jobs, from the bell boy to everyone else including housekeeping. They are truly happy and not fake happy, just because a paying guest is in front of them. Excellent breakfast with a big choice, very nice rooftop with areas only for hotel guests. Perfect location to walk to town and to the beach, each within minutes away, but secluded enough to be in a quiet area. We didn`t understand why the hottub/whirlpool is only luke warm and not hot. Upon askin, we got told that it`s supposed to be that way ? We didn`t end up using it unfortunately, since it felt cold to be in there.

- T6436VOfionas (10/5): The most amazing stay - We had our night before wedding party at the rooftop of the hotel 2 years ago and my husband booked us to stay for one night to celebrate my 30th Birthday and baby moon. The hotel was incredible and couldn’t do enough for us. We were met with welcome drinks, staff that were so friendly and accommodating and a room upgrade to the most gorgeous sea view suite. The hotel left a pregnancy pillow and it really was the attention to detail. The food was amazing and the spa downstairs and we made use of the car park. We really enjoyed returning and would recommend! Thank you for making it so special!

- Sarah (10/5): Overall we had a fabulous stay and we would definitely return to this hotel :) - We had such a lovely room with a balcony which was a nice surprise! The welcome drinks on arrival were lovely and all of the staff were so helpful! The rooftop pool was also so gorgeous to just lay there all day and relax, and the location is great, just a short 10 minute walk into the hustle and bustle of the old town. The spa below was also great. The cleaners were also really attentive, the place was spotless! We had a problem with ants in our room when we came back but the cleaner came promptly to sort it out and she got rid of them! The only thing I would say is the food and breakfast is quite expensive so we ended up going out for most meals (25 euros for a sandwich is a bit steep). There was also a few things not working in the spa (buttons in the pool don’t work and the sensual shower doesn’t work).

- Traveler36125713489 (10/5): 5 Star Service that feels like friendly and not posh - The roof top bar and the view simply nice! A truly 5 start service hotel where you feel comfortable and not posh. The style of the hotel is elegant but not too much, its super service but not arrogant, its friendly and warm and not artificial smiles. It truly is ranked amongst the leading hotels of the world for a reason. The Spa area is also mid sized and very high quality in the treatment. We also recommend not to miss Yoga with Alex in the morning. Thanks Es Princep Crew, it was not the last time we visited you!

- beharry (10/5): Outstanding Experience – A True LHW Standard - I had a really great stay at Es Princep. I’ve stayed at quite a few LHW properties, and this one definitely holds up. The location is excellent – walking distance to the old town, but still quiet enough to relax. What stood out most for me was the team. The service felt very genuine, not scripted, which is rare these days. You can tell there is strong management behind it – everything just works smoothly. If possible, I would definitely recommend booking a room with sea view. It makes a big difference and is absolutely worth it. All in all, a place I would happily return to.

- David (8/5): Ok - Alles sehr angenehm - schöne Zimmer, gute Lage. Zimmer gegen die hintere Strasse. Personal Pausen auf der hinteren Strasse beim reden zu laut und das Rauchen kamm ins Zimmer nicht optimal. Sowie auch nicht das jeden Tag um 4 Unr Nachts die Müllabfuhr kam und sehr laut war. Nicht 5 Sterne würdig daher dieses Zimmer nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Frühstückbuffet ist hervorragend, der Blick von der Dachterrasse traumhaft schön. Die nächtliche Müllabfuhr, die sehr laut ist und zu unschönen Zeiten aktiv ist (nach Mitternacht oder in den ganz frühen Morgenstunden).
