• Justus (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswert. - Sehr freundliches Personal! Modernes großzügiges Hotel. Moderne recht große Zimmer, sehr sauber. Öffentliche Garage direkt nebenan, Wallet-Parking. Tolle Lage, alles in der Altstadt leicht fussläufig zu erreichen. Keine wirklichen Beanstandungen.

• Alli (10/5): Super staff and comfy rooms - Quiet, comfy beds, nice breakfast, very helpful staff. Great location for the archaeological museum and restaurants. Only that you have to take your suitcases up a tiny escalator on arrival and departure; fortunately the staff kindly helped us with this.

• ASIMAKIS (10/5): Όλα καλά!!! - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο, περιποιημένο και καθαρό. Το πρωινό είχε πολλές επιλογές για όλα τα γούστα και το προσωπικό ευγενικό και με χαμόγελο. Πολύ βολικό το πάρκινγκ που υπάρχει ακριβώς από κάτω από το ξενοδοχείο και με πολύ καλή τιμή για κάθε ημέρα (λόγω της συνεργασίας μεταξύ ξενοδοχείου και πάρκινγκ). Δεν υπήρξε κάτι αρνητικό.

• Susan (8/5): Mostly very good. - Nice big room with good balcony. Very good breakfast, plenty of choice. Nice location in the centre of town, easy to get around. Bathroom very odd, nowhere to hang anything, no rails for wet towels, shower cubicle very dark with no lighting.
• Birgit (10/5): Gute Wahl für eine Übernachtung nach Ankunft oder Abflug in Heraklion - Sehr zentrale Lage, nahe beim Flughafen (5km mit dem Auto), dennoch kann man vom Hotel fußläufig das Stadtzentrum erreichen ; Parkmöglichkeit gibts im Parkhaus gleich daneben, wo das Auto eingeparkt wir( nicht ganz günstig, haben zwischen 21.00 und 11.00 nächsten Tag 20€ bezahlt) Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und gut. Nettes und zuvorkommendes personal an der Rezeption mit guten Tips bezüglich Restaurants und Bars.

• Vicki (9/5): Great Location - This is where you want to stay if you have a rental car!!! Parking garage attached to hotel. Walking distance to the archeological museum. Close walking to the pedestrian area with many options for food and shopping.
• Dimitra (6/5): Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο αλλά χρειάζεται λίγο συντήρηση. - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο που μπορείς να τα γυρίσεις όλα . Το σέρβις του πρωινού και η ρεσεψιόν πολύ ευγενική όπως και η καμαριέρα. Το μειονέκτημα είναι ότι το ξενοδοχείο θα μπορούσε να παρείχε δωρεάν πάρκινγκ. Στο συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο που μείναμε αυτή την φορά μείναμε δυσαρεστημένοι διότι ήταν παρατημένο. Οπως οι κουρτίνες ήταν πολύ βρώμικες και στο μπάνιο μέσα υπήρχε ένα ξεχαρβαλωμένο ξύλο από την πόρτα όπως επίσης και στην μπαταρία του μπάνιου.

• Eleftheria (10/5): - Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στο καλύτερο σημείο της πόλης. Σε συνδιασμό με το parking από κάτω κάνει την διαμονή (ειδικά οικογένειας με μικρό παιδί) πολύ άνετη. Επίσης επειδή ο μικρός μας ήταν αδιάθετος ζητήσαμε απ' την κουζίνα να μας βάλει κάποιο διαφορετικό πιάτο για να φάει εκτός menu και εκείνοι μας έφτιαξαν εκ νέου αποκλειστικά για τον μικρό και χωρίς χρέωση. Αυτό από μόνο του μας έκανε πολύ θετική εντύπωση. Ειλικρινά σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλη την φιλοξενία το προσωπικό σας είναι καταπληκτικό. Ίσως ότι χρειαζόταν να βγω σε εξωτερικό χώρο για να πάω για φαγητό αλλά και πάλι επειδή ο καιρός ήταν σχετικά καλός δεν μας επηρέαζε τόσο.

• Jet (8/5): - Fijne locatie middenin het centrum, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt! Tip: maak het dakterras schoon en richt het gezellig in met leuke zithoekjes en beplanting. Laat mensen niet roken in het buitengedeelte van de ontbijtzaal, dat ruik je ook binnen.

• Adrian (10/5): Un sejur execelent pentru această perioadă a anului!!! - Locația este excelentă! Aflat în zona centrală a stațiunii!!!! Camera mare și foarte curată! Baia spațioasă , foarte bine compartimentată . Mic dejunul diversificat, proaspăt și foarte bun! Zona de servire a mesei exact cum ar trebui să fie : modernă ,spațioasă, foarte curată, personal foarte amabil . Nu este cazul!!
• Peter (7/5): - Die Lage des Hotels mitten in der Altstadt hat uns sehr gefallen. Im gleichen Gebäudekomplex ist eine öffentliche Garage die für Hotelnutzer zu Sonderkonditionen nutzbar ist. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Es ist mir völlig unverständlich, dass ein Hotel der Ibisgruppe in ihren Zimmern, unser gehörte zur gehobenen Preiskategorie, einen verranzten Laminatbodenbelag toleriert, der nicht nur an der Oberfläche sehr schadhaft war sondern auch noch Fugenspalten im Bereich mehrerer Zentimeter (mehr als 5 cm), also regelrechte Löcher aufwies. Das ist drittklassig und wird dem Hotel in seinem Gesamteindruck nicht gerecht.

• Theodor (8/5): Still a top Location, but This Time quiet Loud, during the Night - Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da, es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen mit Personal, Parkplatz, Innenstadt Lage und der Ausstattung. Diesmal hatten wir ein anderes Zimmer mit einem schlechter abdichten enden Fenster. Das ist der einzige Grund für die etwas schlechtere Benotung. Sonst ist dieses Hotel top.
• Theodor (9/5): Best place to stay in Heraklion - Sehr zentrale Lage, Parkmöglichkeit, am Hotel in der Tiefgarage. Große Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, schöne Location, alles direkt an der Stadt. Und auch nicht weit zur Küste. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. In der Nacht kann es etwas laut werden, das ist der Preis der Innenstadt.

• Kleopatra (9/5): Άνεση στο κεντρο του Ηρακλείου - Μεγάλο δωμάτιο, μπάνιο με χωριστή ντουζιέρα, άνετο στρώμα, πλούσιο πρωινό , parking ακριβώς δίπλα, το κεντρο της πόλης προσβάσιμο με τα πόδια . Πολύ μικρή ντουλάπα, δεν είχε καθόλου ηχομόνωση απο τα παράθυρα.

Nous avions peu de temps le lendemain matin pour nous promener dans le vieux Héraklion avant de partir à l’est de l’île pour la suite de notre séjour. L’emplacement était donc prioritaire pour nous et nous n’avons pas été déçus ! La chambre était plus spacieuse que ce que nous avions imaginé, une bonne surprise !

• Laëtitia (10/5): Un séjour inoubliable - Séjour de 4 nuitées dans une chambre avec vue sur mer. La chambre est grande, très bien équipée et propre. On s'y sent bien. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la grande douche à l'italienne. La chambre est côté rue mais elle est insonorisée. On n'entend pas du tout ses voisins. Le personnel est accueillant et adorable. Le petit déjeuner est royal, il y a un très grand choix que ce soit sucré ou salé. L'hôtel propose également un service de restauration pour le déjeuner et le dîner ainsi qu'un bar. Leur chocolat chaud est excellent. Je garderais un très bon souvenir de mon passage dans cet hôtel.

The central parking was more expensiv that the price written on booking and the valet who parked the car I think left the ignition on and I was left with no battery in the car. The rooms are not the cleanest. On the first night I couldn't take a shower because I didn't have shower gel in the bathroom. I announced that the child could not sleep on the extra bed because a hole was made in the middle when you sat on it, but I did nothing in the 5 nights I stayed.

• Paolo (9/5): Un hotel eccellente, comodissimo per visitare Creta. - Praticamente tutto. Posizione comoda e centralissima, Personale gentile e disponibilissimo, ad esempio un ragazzo si è occupato di prenotare per noi una auto. Colazione ricchissima con scelta infinita, sia le cose standard che si trovano negli hotel di livello che prodotti locali tipici freschissimi. Stanza ampia e comoda. Pulizia impeccabile. Garage convenzionato in loco, pagato direttamente in albergo. Rapporto prezzo/prestazioni eccellente. Proprio non saprei. Niente, davvero niente di negativo.

• Eleftherios (10/5): A very pleasant and comfortable stay with only minor suggestions for improvement. - The property was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The overall experience was smooth and enjoyable, with great attention to detail. The amenities and facilities met our expectations, and we had a very pleasant stay. It would be better if disposable slippers were provided. Also, since there are two TVs, it would be more convenient to have two separate remote controls.

• Paul (7/5): Un bon endroit de passage en Crète - L’emplacement était idéal, la chambre exécutive agréable. Le balcon est un vrai plus, avec une petite vue sur le port. Parfait pour une ou deux nuits de passage à Héraklion. L’avantage d’un hôtel Ibis. La chambre n’était pas très propre et le parquet était cassé à certains endroits. Attention à la carte de chambre, qui se démagnétise rapidement. Le personnel a toutefois été très réactif.
