- Q8252DXmaggies (8/5): Overnight stay - Overnight stay with our Campervan, they have space for a couple of vans and electricity This is a sweet hotel in a lovely desert garden with swimming pool Although they are still recovering from the devastating earthquake it’s a tranquil place to stay. We had a very nice dinner in the restaurant Ayoub and The staff could not have been more helpful
- bilbers123 (10/5): Perfect Rural Location - What a great place to stay. Located in the rural Atlas Mountains this accommodation has an incredibly rustic feel to it. Although the menu is relatively small, the food is delicious with a mix of European meals with traditional morrocan delicacies. The pool is a great relief from the heat of the sun during peak summer.
- Onemanbucket (8/5): Amazing views, lovely staff, okay rooms - Stunning views from the beautiful location. Pool and Bar were nice, the dinner was not super exciting. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms were somewhat tired with heating in one of them that didn’t work when the temperatures were very low. The shower in both of our rooms didn’t work very effectively, and one of them even made a screaming whistling noise that sounded like a kettle, whilst spitting both hot and cold water intermittently. Despite all these, the amazing surroundings and lovely staff made this a nice place to stay and we would happily stay there again for a couple of nights.
- petercA191UX (6/5): lovely location - Lovely location , with a beautiful sunrise. Room was large, but no hot water which was fixed! Had to get used to there being no plugs in Morocco! The aircon heating was a blessing as it was very cold. Very quiet but no wifi in the room although it was good in the main building. My partner needs a gluten free diet, and luckily a staff member also has the same needs, so we managed to get decent food. This was advised to Voyages Prive before the trip but not communicated onwards.
- deerstop (8/5): Lovely hotel complex but plumbing problems - Stayed at La Bergerie near Ouirgane, for one night as part of a tour. It was a lovely hotel complex with spacious suites in annex. My wonderful room was rather spoilt by poor plumbing – shower flooding bathroom and toilet cistern not filling (I fixed). Good breakfast. Dinner on the terrace was rather mediocre but good choice of wine.
- Nigel_958 (8/5): Nice gardens - Lovely setting with views of the mountains and very well kept grounds. Swimming pool was clean and had umbrellas and pool towels available. The bar and restaurant was well decorated and the bar was well stocked (had alcohol). Food was limited and marginally better than average. Friendly bar man/waiter. At first sight our room situated off a small courtyard seemed fine. It had three single beds, a refrigerator and a small private outside area to the rear. However there were some maintenance issues, curtain rail falling off, cracked walls and the bathroom looked grubby. No toilet roll when we checked in and toilet brush was disgusting. There is no WiFi in rooms but worked fine in bar and around the pool.

Stayed just one night whilst on a small group walking tour from UK. Would happily of chilled out for a few more. Rustic rooms around courtyard. Good size. Spare blankets in cupboard.French doors onto small patio area where chair cushions have been left out too long! A few cracks in the bathroom plaster. but the bathroom is very large. Fireplace in the room..for a real fire in colder months?? Pool of a good size 8/10 strokes long. Restaurant atmospheric with wood beams , stonework and country house feel. Food Moroccan / French. Very good breakfast.Porridge.Moroccan Pancakes.Pikelets and suchlike.

- HouyamBen (10/5): Very good stay at a very welcoming place - Rustic place, nice and welcoming staff! View from the pool and rooms is as beautiful as it looks on the website and their social media, so no filters I trust! But the thing that made the difference for me is the staff very smiling and helpful people, ad God knows that I am the Moroccan version of "Karen" :D Very good location to do walking, hiking, Yoga, sunbaths and I bet that in winter time it is very romantic and cozy they have nice fireplaces. I wanted to that Ahmed, the manager, Karima his assistant for their kindness! and I will probably go back there very soon.

- MAILLARD (4/5): - Qui est responsable ? Lorsque nius sommes arrivés à l'hotel, accueil deplorable. Le personnel le dit.." Vous n'avez pas de reservation.. J'ai montré la copie de la confirmation déjà payée.. L'hotelier me dit mais nous sommes complets depuis 1 mois..Mais la veille le site proposait 3 chambre et j'ai sélectionné la plus chere.. Aprés 30 minutes on m'annonce que la confirmation a été retrouvée sur leur Intranet par Expédia...? 20 € de commission pour le site pour une nuit facturée 68 € ! Qui sait qu'Hotel.com et Expédia c'est la méme chose ? Expédia , je l'ai utilisé lors d'un séjour a Bombay en octobre dernier. J'ai la Carte Accor et via Expédia, vous n'avez pas votre compte credité des points de fidélité car Expédia se les garde à son avantage..! Pour parler du séjour, l'hotel a fini par nous attribuer un chalet. Propre sans plus. Pas d'eau chaude, apres avoir laissé l'eau couler plus de 10 mn.. La chambre chauffée avec un petit poele à bois, qui apres 15 mn ne fonctionne plus car, l'hotel ne fourni qu'un tout petit stock de bois. Plus un chauffage à gaz, qui fonctionnait bien, mais les portes laissaient passer l'air.. Et la température extérieure de 4°.. Le linge de toilette a au moins 10 ans.. La produits de toilette, similaires à ce qu'on trouve dans des 1 ou 2 *.. Cet Etablisselent est pour le reste plutot bien entretenu mais co nvenable en terme de confort, en plein été.. En conclusion, comme je ne m'adresserais plus à Expédia, je ne contacterais plus hotel.com !
- Maree774 (6/5): Lovely rooms in a lovely setting - The rooms are really large with both a central courtyard and a private courtyard. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens. I had an open fire in the room which was lit whilst we were at dinner. There was no hairdryer. The bathroom had a heater but mine wasn't working. There was no hot water in the shower so I couldn't have a shower.
- R7121NPpauls (8/5): Group Lunch - A group of fourteen of us had lunch in the restaurant. The first thing you notice upon arriving is the gardens, which were great. So good, many of the group spent time exploring them. As we were part of a large group, we were offered a three course table d'hôte menu, offering a mixture of French and Moroccan dishes. The food was simple, tasty and well cooked. The service was good and efficient. The food took quite a while to arrive between courses but it was worth the wait. Overall, a pleasant meal in a delightful setting.
- NicoleTheresePitt (10/5): a Piece of Paradise - Such a gorgeous place. I felt like I was in paradise. Very quite and peaceful with amazing views. Not touristy at all but near imlil and other touristy spots. Very authentic and charming. There were a few small things broken in our room, but we didn't mind and are used to Moroccan life :) The staff was great, Badr, our conceirge was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

- Catherine000001 (10/5): Beautiful views, exquisite food and friendly staff. - We had a great stay here. The few days we spent here were very relaxing. A stunning garden surrounds the hotel and the different views are stunning. Moreover, the food was absolutely delicious. We were able to try new Moroccan dishes and the staff lokking after us were extremely kind and helpful.
- fionab750 (8/5): Beautiful Setting & friendly Cat - We stayed a couple of nights here whilst on a cycling holiday. Sadly it was winter time so could not make use of the outside pool although we did sit out in the late afternoon sun with a few beers. Breakfast was a let down as not much choice and certainly not geared for a day on the bike. The rooms off the courtyard are roomy with very comfortable beds and very cosy if you ask for the log burner/fire to be lit. The downside of my room was a toilet that did not flush properly although when reported they staff did make a temporary fix although it failed again as we were leaving. The cat is very friendly and if you seat by the fire in the bar expect to have a visitor on you lap.
- Ferellie (4/5): Not a Good Experience - We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a large group. We had no complaints about the food, it was OK. The grounds were quite lovely with a well positioned swimming pool equipped with ample deck chairs and space. What we did find unacceptable was the quality of our twin room. The bathroom had paint falling off the ceiling and out toilet did not work properly and leaked. After complaining the answer we found was a large towel wrapped around the base of the porcelain, not a great fix and it still didn't flush properly.
- MikeH776 (8/5): Secluded and interesting - We arrived on bikes into the formal grounds of cacti, agave, olive and eucalyptus. The bedrooms were in the courtyard area at the bottom of the grounds, so it was a little walk to the main building where the bar, restaurant and lounge are located. The wifi is only available in this main area. The rooms off the courtyard were great, however ask for your log fire to be lit to ensure your room stays warm. There is a gas heater in the bathroom which will very quickly turn it into a sauna if you have it on whilst in the shower. The room (2) itself was large with a double and single bed plus a seating area and bathroom with shower. The pool looked inviting, however is was too late in the evening for us to try it out. Meals were OK and traditional Moroccan fayre. Breakfast was a haphazard affair and lacked things like cereal, yogurt and fruit. If you liked bread you were onto a winner. Eggs were available but took an age to arrive so if you want them it may be worth asking prior to sitting down. Staff were friendly, as was the hotel cat.
- BobandTina (10/5): Absolutely lovely, with great food too - We stopped here for 2 nights during a cycling group trip of Morocco. The rooms varied substantially but all were lovely. The owners, manager and all the staff were welcoming and gracious. Our dinners and breakfasts were delicious too. The property is beautiful and has a pool. The decorations are Art Deco which adds additional charm, as do the unique fireplaces. Th only downside was that we could not get wifi in our rooms, though it was advertised as if we could. We all ended up huddled in the main areas morning and night while we tried to get caught up on our mail. Fixing this would be a great plus in these times. We would not hesitate to recommend this property, if you are in the area. The Atlas Mountain region truly is spectacular.
- jeanclaudea891 (6/5): Nothing special in the restaurant - We only tested the restaurant and the gardens. The food was acceptable, French but nothing special. The gardens were too sophisticated according to my taste, with little islands all over the place. The sitting areas were ok but without charm. The restaurant is pricy. The hostess knows her business.
