Para começar, a localização é horrível: fica em uma ladeira íngreme, de acesso difícil, e apenas alguns táxis conseguem chegar até a porta. Extremamente inconveniente para quem chega com malas ou com criança. O atendimento é ainda pior. Total falta de suporte, pouca comunicação e zero preocupação com o hóspede. Outro ponto gravíssimo: nas fotos aparecia máquina de lavar, mas o apartamento NÃO tinha. Isso é propaganda enganosa e prejudica demais quem viaja por muitos dias. Além disso, não havia kit de primeiros socorros, algo que encontrei em outros apartamentos de Lisboa — uma falha de segurança básica. O local também estava muito sujo, bem diferente do que mostram nas imagens. Foi, sem dúvida, a pior experiência de viagem que já tive. Não recomendo! E deixo aqui meu protesto ao Booking por permitir anúncios que enganam o hóspede com fotos e informações que não condizem com a realidade. Péssimo. Jamais voltaria.

• Maria Wella (9/5): Hidden gem in the hills - Modern, strong air conditioning, location near everything, amazing staff (Aline) Construction near property which is actually not their fault. Thankful to the Aline for letting us check-in early at such a short notice. Just a bit tricky when using rideshare to get to the location, coz they just usually drop you off below the hill. But the staff tell you the best way to get to the place.

L'appartamento era carino e pulito, ideale per due persone. La salita per tornare all'appartamento. Ma passando dal supermercato era possibile utilizzare l'ascensore ed evitare salita o scale. Se si è in 4 due devono dormire nel divano letto, che , come tutti i divano letto è duro, ma vale il prezzo dell'appartamento e comunque per due tre notti va benissimo

• Jacob (9/5): Loved it! Clean, quiet, and close enough to everything. - Fully kitchen apartment with nice clean bed. Bathroom was clean for the most part. Air conditioner worked nicely. The staff front desk is in a different location but nearby and took our bags at 7:30a. We were allowed to check in a little early. We even got little bottle of Rosé on the table. The apartment had a little balcony Newer pillows would make a nice touch. These were a little flat. Construction is right across the street but didn’t bother us. Might be good to tell others at checkin.

Propreté impeccable. Appartement très calme, car situé dans une rue à sens unique fermée à toute circulation à compter de 20h00. Magnifique vue sur la ville. Je recommande vivement !

L'appartamento è nel bellissimo quartiere antico del castello, tipico e pittoresco, ma la zona è scomoda per visitare tutti gli altri quartieri più bassi della città in quanto lassù vi si arriva a piedi, dopo un bel po' di scale, con il Tram 28 che però costa di più degli altri mezzi, o con Uber/Taxi.

I had to pay for another hotel and they refused to refund me. Second night was okay because they moved me to an appartment upstairs and felt perfectly safe. • David (8/5): A nice apartment near top hill with great view outside but outside noise can be heard, - the location was both a like and dislike, like is because you get a great view only a few steps outside the apartment, as it is on the top of the hill. we also decided to rent the ground floor apartment was because of the budget. 1. it is the location again, as I'm 60+ years old, it took quite a bite of energy to climb the hill stairs everyday up and down between the apartment and down town, but this is Lisbon. 2. the shower cubicle was leaking water no matter how careful you took the shower, I think it was leaking at the extended joint of the shower floor. 3. outside noise was very loud whenever a car passed by or when people talking while walked by as literally the street is immediately outside the apartment door. luckily no noise passed midnight.

Good exercise with all tha stairs in Lissabon😅 We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing we missed was a full sized mirror and Light over the toilet mirror. And also there was no coffee and Tea as promised - only one teabag. Look above
• Ken (8/5): Very good - Cosy , clean & comfortable. A little tight for space with little to no room for open suitcases. At top of hill near castle so lots of steps, there is a lift down the street ( Lift Castello) with a supermarket at the bottom that saves 6 floors of stairs!😀

• Virginie (8/5): Great Location and Friendly Staff, but Misleading - The hotel was very well located, with restaurants just a few steps away, definitely a plus. The staff was also very welcoming, however, getting there was a bit confusing. We first had to go to a different location in the city center, which wasn’t clearly explained in the booking instructions. We were also quite disappointed with the accommodation itself. The photos showed a very modern apartment, but in reality, it was rather old-fashioned, with a noticeable musty smell typical of older buildings. That said, the rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. In summary: a good stay overall, despite the misleading presentation online.

• Ruben (10/5): - We got this property from HOrigem after staying a couple of nights at another of their properties and deciding to stay an extra night in Lisbon. It was just a couple of blocks away from the first one and equally great. The view was less desirable than the first one which looked down at the street where the cable cars run by, but other than that, it was a great stay. We can't say anything but great things about the staff and their friendliness and helpfulness, Diogo even help carry my wife's baggage up the steep streets from the first property to this one. Highly recommended.

Nothing the owners can do about building work!

If I would have had a wish: the blankets were too thick and therefore too hot for sleeping. Medium thik blankets to choose would have been great.

• Nozomi (8/5): - 到着する前にチェックインの方法について案内が無かったので、玄関に着いてから電話をしました。スタッフはホテル内にいたのですぐに対応してもらえました。 ホテルは坂の上にあるので、大きな荷物を持っていく場合にはタクシーなどの利用がお勧めです。私は重いスーツケースを持って、急で長い階段の道を登り大変苦労しました。途中で親切な男性がスーツケースを運んでくれて本当に助かりました。 ホテルは1階と２階に一部屋ずつ。エレベーターはありません。私の荷物はホテルのスタッフ女性が運んでくれました。感じの良いフレンドリーなスタッフでした。 建物は古いですが、ローカルな雰囲気で良かったです。室内はリノベーションされているので快適でした。ポルトガルのワインと水のボトルがプレゼントされていて嬉しかったです。 キッチンの備品も、コーヒーメーカーもあり十分でした。ただフライパンが無かったのが少し不便でした。 給湯設備も問題なく、熱いシャワーも利用できました。 サン・ジョルジェ城近くで観光に便利です。ホテル玄関を出て左側を進むとエレベーターがあり大変良い景色が見られ、またそれを利用するとフィゲイラ広場などにも簡単にアクセスできます。エレベーター地上階にはスーパーマーケットがあるので大変便利でした。

• Suzanne (10/5): - La seul déception que j’ai eu est avec Expédia car le lien pour rejoindre l’hôtel ne fonctionnait pas et le numéro donner n’était pas un numéro attribuable. Alors il a fallu que j’arrive à parler à quelqu’un qui a pu m’aider oui, mais c’est tressant de vivre ça avant de partir.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Otima localização, bem equipado e limpo. - O flat é otimo, muito bem equipado e o anfitrião é muito simpático e nos atendeu rapidamente todas as vezes que precisamos. O apartamento é no térreo e, portanto, ouvimos um pouco de barulho durante a noite no final de semana. Ele tb tem uma excelente localizacao mas precisa subir ladeira para acesso a ele.
• Ann Marie (4/5): - The only good thing I can say is it was conveniently located. It was not very clean. Floors were dirty. Mold in shower. Shower fixtures were broken. Air conditioner kept making a buzzing sound every 20 - 30 seconds. Ran out of hot water. When I called to let them know was told there was only one boiler for whole building. Later found out that wasn't the case. The dial on the water tank in the bathroom had been turned to off.
• Xue (2/5): - Don’t stay here! We did not see the comment left by other guest earlier this year. There’re bed bugs and ever since the day we stayed there, we got bed bug bites every nights. They even left with us in our luggage so moving to other hotel not going to save the problem.
• Clément (8/5): - Superbe vue sur une vaste partie de la ville historique, lit très confortable, appartement agréable, mais un peu sous équipé pour la cuisine. Bien insonorisé. Prévoir l’arrivée en taxi pour éviter de traîner ses valises 5-10 minutes sur les pavés dans une pente abrupte. S’assurer d’avoir toutes les instructions d’accès avant l’arrivée, car pas de réception.
• Verified traveler (8/5): bien dans l'ensemble - Le séjour c'est bien déroulé dans l'ensemble. Le personnel était assez réactif à mes demandes. Tout d'abord, le manque d'articles de toilettes, problème de ménage et un souci de connexion. Le personnel dans l'ensemble est assez aimable malheureusement, il ne donne aucune instruction à l'arrivée, c'est bien dommage. Ce serait bien de rectifier leur annonce puisque certains services et équipements ne sont pas disponibles. Indiquer les jours de ménage. Au moins, mettre à disposition un kit de nettoyage si c'est au client de prendre en charge cette prestation. Par ailleurs, l'accès est très compliqué et c'est vraiment très bruyant. Pour être une habituée de cette destination, ce n'était vraiment pas le top cette fois. Raison pour laquelle, je prendrai beaucoup de précautions pour mes prochaines réservations. Je donne cette note uniquement pour la disponibilité du personnel.
• Jesse (2/5): - The apartment we stayed in was full of bedbugs. I thought I had just been bitten by mosquitoes but the bites continued to get worse and more bites showed up in subsequent nights. On the third day of our stay, we found multiple bedbugs in the sheets when we woke. Communication with the owners was not great. They told us that they would change/wash the sheets which they did. But there were still bugs in the room when we got back that evening. We had to move to a new hotel at additional expense to us and the property have not been helpful in even covering the additional costs for a new place to stay. Cannot recommend the room we stayed in. Location however is excellent (though not much of a consolation)

• Michelle (6/5): - Poor communication and management did not appear to care about making the customer comfortable... On the first night of my stay, i asked for a sheet for the pullout couch...i just wanted it because there was not one already provided....the lady said she was busy and would call me back....she did not and when i called her back over an hour later, she sent it to voice mail not once but twice and responded. That morning, ants (lots of ants) started coming up through the hard wood floors, they were on the countertops too....i was told that housekeeping would handle it around 1pm. This was at 9am when i reported it. Housekeeping is the only reason i am giving this place an ok...they were wonderful...they handled the ants and made the fold out bed comfortable for my second night. Management also did not address the broken air conditioner...in fact when we ask her about it, she rushed out the flat saying she did not know how to use it. It was October, but because we were on the 3rd floor and due to the heavy rain could not keep the windows open...it was a little stuffy. I cannot in good faith recommend this place because managements response to simple requests were treated as if i were bothering them, and i was only asking for basic items... this is my first negative reveiw and i traveled very often and for many years with Expedia.

• Martijn (8/5): - Basis appartement, was schoon al konden er een paar vlekken op de bank en onder de vensterbank schoongemaakt kunnen worden, maar was zeker geen dealbreaker. Locatie was top en ook fijn om wat meer ruimte te hebben. Voorzieningen waren goed.
• jaehak (2/5): - 정말 최악의 호텔이었다. 3인 가족여행을 간 지라 1명은 쇼파베드에서 자야했는데 이 쇼파베드는 앉기만해도 베드가 접히면서 주저앉아 접혀버렸다. 결국 이 쇼파베드에서는 잠을 잘 수 없어 퀸 사이즈 침대에서 성인 3명이 2박을 할 수 밖에 없었다. 게다가 위치는 정말 산꼭대기나 다름없는 곳이었고, 캐리어를 가지고 트램이나 버스를 이용할 수 없어 택시를 이용해야하는 상황이었지만 그 정도인 줄 모르고 찾아갔다가 바닥까지 울퉁불퉁한 길을 오랫동안 걸어가야했다. 아파트 내부는 너무 습했고 카페트는 더러웠으며 개미는 득실거렸다. 저녁 8시쯤 개미를 발견하고는 리셉션에 개미를 제거해달라고 했지만 이미 퇴근해서 어쩔 수 없다는 답변이었다. 샤워할 때는 온수가 잘 나오지 않아 차가운 물로 샤워를 해야하는 상황이었고, 리셉션은 아파트와 별개의 건물에 있어 문제가 생겼을 때 바로바로 조치할 수 없는 환경이었다. 또한 리셉션 직원은 사무적이고 불친절했다.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Cosy room in a convenient area - The place was very cosy and had everything that we needed. Supermarket nearby was very handy and also the view from the area was great. Travelers should be aware that the slopes could be quite steep carrying luggage.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Mooi en groot appartement voorzien van alle voorzieningen, op een mooie plek in het oude centrum. De vele trappen horen er daar nu eenmaal bij!

• Pierre (10/5): Alfama Lissabon. - Grymt fint läge i Alfama. Härligt närområde. Enkel men fräsch lägenhet. Trevligt bemötande.
• Anita (8/5): - The flats have been recently refurbished so it was all done up to a high standard. It was centrally located but it was on the top of a steep hill. The only downside was that the walls are very thin so you can hear every sound. We were on the 2nd floor and we could hear the people above us clearly.
