- Amaya (10/5): Hotel encantador y muy acogedor - Hotel con mucho encanto, a pesar de tener un buen número de habitaciones. El entorno es precioso, rodeado de bosque. El personal encantador y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Nos permitieron lavar las bicicletas después de nuestra ruta en bici, lo cual fue un plus. La habitación muy cómoda aunque tardamos un rato en aprender a manejar tanto botón de las luces y persianas :) El desayuno bastante bien, con variedad, sobre todo de cosas frías, fruta y bollería casera. Cama muy cómoda y ducha excelente. Por poner algún pero, estaría bien contar en el desayuno con alguna máquina de café extra, pues solo hay una y se forma bastante cola.

Ausserdem so schlecht beschriftet, dass oft gebrauchte Gläser mehrfach von unterschiedlichen Personen gebraucht wurden. Zu wenig liegefläche im spa. Frühstücksbuffet wenig auswahl und cantineflair.

- Juan (10/5): MAGNÍFICO HOTEL EN SAN SEBASTIAN - Excelente atención, muy moderno y cómodas habitaciones, desayuno espectacular, lo mejor de verdad la atención del personal y muy bueno el Spa y circuito de agua. La estación de bus prácticamente al lado del Hotel y te ll va al centro de la ciudad en 15 min. Mención especial a la excelente atención de los chicos de la recepción. Muchas gracias de verdad. En verdad todo muy bien, nada malo que reseñar.

Très bon restaurant cuisine raffinée. Super spa et carte de massage. N hésitez pas foncez. Le petit truc qui manque, je trouve dommage en tant que pays frontalier et bon client pour l' Espagne surtout aux portes de la frontière que le personnel ne parle pas un minimum la langue française.

Parkeren voor de deur. Het ontbijt is heerlijk maar met €22,- (pre order) of €24,- per persoon wel erg fors geprijsd.

Nous n'avons pas testé les équipements, le spa ou le petit déjeuner. Pratique, un parking privé couvert sous l'établissement (payant) ou la possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue. La localisation peut-être un peu éloignée du centre de San Sebastian (1 heure à pied) mais un cadre verdoyant et calme, et idéal car très facile d'accès par l' autoroute.

La recherche d’une solution dès qu’un problème se présente. L’architecture et les installations de l’hôtel et de la chambre (même si au début nous avons un peu cafouillé avec l’ouverture des rideaux…). La qualité de la literie. La facilité d’accès au centre même en étant éloignés de 5 km. Un tout petit bémol : si comme moi on ne supporte pas le sauna, l’entrée au spa de 30 € est un peu chère pour simplement l’accès à la piscine balneo, où on nous a recommandé de n’y rester que 20 mn et qui était d’ailleurs fréquentée par plusieurs personnes en même temps.

- Joanna (9/5): - Wygodny i przestronny pokój, czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Miła obsługa zarówno w hotelowej recepcji jak i w restauracji. Byliśmy w okresie wiosenny, gdy pogoda nie zachęcała do korzystania z tarasu w restauracji hotelowej. Obawiam się jednak, że dla gości mieszkających w pokoju jak nasz - czyli z widokiem na las/park ale w pobliżu części głównej budynku - hałas rozmów w okresie letnim może być dokuczliwy.
