Additional Information Garden Suites: All of our Garden Suites are located at the rear of Caroco Aparthotel, offering a quieter and more peaceful stay. 1-Bedroom & 2-Bedroom Apartments: These are located next door to Caroco Aparthotel. All guests for serviced apartments and Garden suites must check in at the Caroco reception before being directed to their accommodations. Check-in & Check-out Smart Check-in Process: Guests receive contactless digital key information by text/email by noon on the day of arrival. You can check in any time after 2:00 PM using this information. Reception Hours: Reception is manned until late at night should you require assistance. Check-out: Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged (subject to availability and extra cost). Early Check-in: Guests may arrive from 9:30 AM to wait in the lounge area or leave luggage until the room is ready. Early access to rooms may be arranged (subject to availability and extra cost). Parking Free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed. Free street parking is available from 5:00 PM – 9:00 AM Monday–Saturday, and all day Sunday. Housekeeping & Services A complimentary clean with linen and towel change is provided once per week. For all 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom Serviced Apartments, a £200 refundable security deposit is required at check-in. Aamna (1/5): Will never stay in this dump again. - The living area was spacious enough to make up for the small bedroom so had our luggage there for the stay. The sofa wasn’t fit for sitting on let alone sleeping which my husband tried to do as the bed felt too cramped. False advertising as there is 2 parking space available for the entirety of about 3 houses worth of flats and street parking is limited and not free. They also do not make clear the fact that you have to pay a £200 deposit before checking in (which threw me but was returned in the end.) My biggest issue wasn’t the constant smell of weed literally 24/7 for our 3 night stay, but the unacceptable noise level at 2-3am from possibly other guests but most likely, the other residents, as this place seems to be used as some kind of HMO at the same time. Will not be staying here when i need to return in a few months.

A young lady was so nice and polite which was the morning of my birthday after being told to basically deal with the twin bed. I really appreciated being treated in such a kind way after a horrible start. Also I wanted to mention the fridge had a slight lingering food smell. I didn’t really bother me so much but it caught me off guard every time.
Rose (5/5): Overall decent for value for money apart of mattress(let the overall rating down) - The bed sheets and towels were very clean and nice. It’s a nice self contained room with cutlery,microwave and fridge. The room was clean and bedding crispy white. There is a little shop at reception for drinks and snacks + essentials (wines are overpriced in my view). We were offered a “nice room”at the second floor and my partner and myself are very tall, so to climb out of bed we had to bend down quite a lot. The spring mattress was awful and quite old I would say. The pillows could be better too. There is parking for 6-7 cars yet the way in/out is extremely narrow and I had to fold in the side mirrors to manage (something to keep in mind). The morning breakfast is mainly of packed food such as waffle and croissants) there is fruit and yogurt too. While you make your one coffee and toast your bread slices the cleaning lady is on the side doing her own thing. I found that a bit pushy since while I wanted a coffee, she wanted to clean and organise the tray😌

Bien qu’inclus, le petit déjeuné est limité en choix. La climatisation n’a pas fonctionné du séjour malgré nos multiples remontées au personnel : il faisait plus de 24ºC la nuit. Chambre très mal insonorisé. Lumière beaucoup trop blanche (lumière quasiment d’hôpital).

Graciela (9/5): ALEJADO PERO BUENA CONEXION EN TREN HACIA LONDRES - La ubicación del hotel está buena porque se ubica en un barrio tranquilo, los colectivos cercanos no llegan a Londres, por lo cual hay que caminar, pero no mucho a la estación del tren y desde allí se llega a todos los lugares deseados en el centro de Londres y alrededores.- Hay supermercados y negocios en las cercanias donde se encuentra todo lo necesario.- El desayuno impecable, con todo lo necesario No es importante pero no pudimos desayunar el día que nos retiramos porque en bufett abria a las 9 y necesitabamos salir antes de ese horario

Tanneisha (9/5): A good stay. - The location was great, easy access to the train station and not too far from the centre. It was really clean, good decoration, cute breakfast, good shop for snacks, easy check in, good communication from the company; just a nice place to stay and would stay again. The parking at the back was limited. There is an extremely narrow driveway to get there, we could not use get our car (BMW X1) through it. We were able to park outside on the road and it was fine. However, the parking was a factor to why we booked, so found that disappointing. Also, we were in room 19 and it was hot as hell. Super uncomfortable, and i run cold but the heat was too much for me, relentless. Otherwise, it was i enjoyed my stay here.
Oluwatobiloba (1/5): What should have been a peaceful post-wedding stay was completely ruined by unprovoked staff aggression, physical intimi - My wife and I checked into Westciti Caroco Aparthotel the day before our wedding, which took place on March 27. We had booked and fully paid for our stay to check out on Sunday. Unfortunately, our post-wedding rest was completely ruined by an incredibly distressing and hostile encounter with the staff. Aggressive Intrusion On Saturday around 12:30 PM, we were startled by an incredibly loud, aggressive banging on our door. We were genuinely terrified and thought there was a building emergency. When I opened the door, a staff member (a Middle Eastern gentleman) was standing there, aggressively demanding that we leave because we were "past checkout time." He had not even bothered to check the system to verify that we were fully booked and paid through Sunday. He later casually admitted in the office that he banged so violently simply because "past guests usually stay past checkout time"—essentially punishing us for the actions of completely unrelated people. Inappropriate Behavior and Harassment Instead of addressing me professionally, this staff member kept looking over my shoulder, staring directly at my wife who was still in bed. I had to explicitly confront him, demanding he look at me instead of her. (If management reviews the hallway CCTV, you will clearly see my hand gestures pointing to my eyes to force his attention away from my wife). I consider his uninvited, persistent ogling to be a form of sexual harassment and a severe invasion of our privacy. When I tried to close the door so he could go check his records, he actually put his foot in the doorframe to block me from shutting it. Faced with this clear tactic of physical intimidation and trespassing, I understandably told him to f*** off so I could secure my room. Hostile Front Office and Lack of Accountability I immediately went to the front office to resolve the situation and complain about how my wife was treated. The encounter only got worse.

Sietske (1/5): Niet boeken!! - Dat mijn auto veilig achter het hotel kon staan, maar dat is ook het enige pluspunt. De badkamer was vies en er kwam warme vochtige lucht uit de afvoer. En niet een beetje de hele badkamer was vochtig en rook vreselijk. Na het karige ontbijt moet je zelf je spullen afwassen, er is geen koffieapparaat. Kamers waren erg gehorig en de bedden waren slecht.

Zamieniono nam lokalizację, pod pretekstem, że będziemy mieli 1 łóżko podwójne i 2 pojedyncze, naczyń nam zależało. Na miejscu okazało się, że są 2 łóżka podwójne. Nie działał piec i nie było ciepłej wody i ogrzewania, na szczęście na drugi dzień obsługa szybko zareagowała i usunęła usterkę. Ogród bardzo zaniedbany. Pajęczyny na wentylacji i żyrandolach. Połamane okno, którego nie można domknąć.

Melanie (7/5): Not a bad find at all, but please change the mattress! - Modern and beautifully clean and a nice layout for a studio apartment. Excellent shower with piping hot water and good pressure. Not a bad selection of food for breakfast, toast, cereals, pastries, yogurt and fresh fruit Even if you can't park at the property there is overnight parking on the road. Bed was rock hard - beyond firm. When asked if there was another mattress or at least a topper, we came back to find another thin duvet folded up on the bed. Can be noisy depending on the other residents (but this isn't the owners fault, its dependent on others guests adhering to the rules). Its advertised as sound proofed (really not the case!) The garden was a tiny strip of land fully overgrown with weeds. Overall the only thing that would stop me coming back is the uncomfortable bed

Eunice (6/5): Clean Comfortable Spacious - Everything , had my own little patio area, and it’s my second time staying here as I booked last minute, bed was comfortable and area wise the place is hidden so you wouldn’t think it’s a hotel on a quiet road Too much noise, as much as I liked the property , you can hear guests outside the smoking/car park area around the early hours of 1am playing loud music in the car and the smell of cannabis, cigarette buds on the floor especially in the patio area you could hear the patio doors slamming and it’s difficult to sleep when your being waken up by loud music playing in the cars at that time, being loud and not taking into consideration when guests are trying to sleep and needing to be up early for work, they should have a 24hour security or patrol as there was no staff on the premises to report to, it makes the business look bad if nothing is taken into consideration
Oskar (6/5): Pleasant stay but some noticable flaws. - The room was good and comfortable. Silent and calm. (Except for the last night where neighbors were screaming.). Regardless, a homey feeling. Great temperature. The room in a vaacuum was incredible. For the balcony, when others smoke (which happens) the smell reaches in and is quite disturbing. The breakfast was not very dynamic, but it is lasting for a long time which is nice since there is no stress.
Oskar (4/5): Good potential in a poorly maintained apartment! - I really wanted to like this place. I will say that the overall cleanliness of the place and the checkin and checkout were really good. A very nice and welcoming feeling. Several broken parts in the apartment. Dustfilled vents. Slightly damaged curtain. Heard the neighbors quite loudly and their walking steps were very noticable. To be clear, I was given the apartment while my parents were given the "villa". The quality difference is noticable so try to choose the villa.

alext514 (2/5): Awful night - Did not feel safe there. All kinds going on outside throughout the night. Didn't get any sleep because of constant shouting. No security on front door. Room was grubby, bulbs missing etc. Gave one star because at least sheets and towels were clean. First guy when we checked in was ok but nobody else even acknowledged us.

Ross (8/5): Top floor Room. - Very warm !! and clean hotel. Facilities were just right. Room was on top floor with ensuite bathroom. It was comfortable and had a kitchenette which didn't use. Centrally located with pubs within walking distance like The Builders Arms. Had to park van on the street which wasn't best being a van and security but there was spaces for cars. Street parking after 5pm till 9am no permit needed. Very warm but thats not a complaint probably just me. Breakfast was help yourself continental which wasn't for me.
Jo (7/5): Good for a short work stay. - The room was clean and check in was easy with clear instructions on how to get into the property. There was a small kitchen area with microwave, etc which was useful. The breakfast was a bit of a let-down. It was described as continental but was really basic with only white bread, cornflakes, flavoured yoghurt, and pre-packaged pastry.

Nyasha (6/5): Modern, neat, needing security - Concept of Aparthotel is clever. The rooms are new and well fitted with key appliances - two plate stove, microwave, fridge, kettle. Showers are modern, with an okay pressure. At night, there were a lot of disturbances from aggressive or loud guests, impossible to have an uninterrupted nights sleep - kicking in the glass front doors (it was cracked, repaired with a brand new door, then cracked again in the 3 nights I stayed there. I think it would be better for the owners to invest in 24/hour staff and security. The continental breakfast is self service with a sign telling guests to wash their own dishes, some would and some wouldn’t. Would be better staffed to maintain clean surfaces and crockery for all to use.
Kevin (5/5): Average - Price. Room was well equipped Despite information to the contrary, the front door was left unlocked all night, and it wasn't the nicest of areas so anyone could wander in. Unruly guests making a racket until 5am. Uncomfortable bed. Breakfast lounge looked like it was mid redecoration. Breakfast itself had plenty of choice but fruit apart, was cheap quality (small packeted pastries and value range yogurts).

Kennedy (2/5): Disappointing and a waste of my time, effort, and money. - It looks nice in the photos. However, the mattresses and pillows and blankets were uncomfortable and cheap. I initially wanted a stay that had a microwave and fridge but we had to leave in the middle of the night our second night because it was so loud in the room above us that we could not sleep so all the food we bought went bad. I had a very disappointing experience staying here and would not recommend it. First, the listing is misleading. The “garden view” is actually just a concrete wall, which was extremely disappointing upon arrival. The WiFi was also very poor and barely usable throughout the stay. Parking was another issue. Although it was advertised as free parking, there was not enough space available, and we were forced to park on the street and pay after 9am. This should have been clearly communicated. The property itself had multiple problems. There was a strong smell of weed, the air conditioning did not work at all, and there were loud parties happening above us late into the night (we have videos to prove this). What made the situation worse was the complete lack of management. There is no one at the front desk, no one enforcing noise policies, and no support when issues arise. We called 18 times trying to get assistance and no one answered. Ultimately, the situation was so bad that we left in the middle of the night and checked out at 12:45am to stay at another hotel. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations and was not accurately represented.
Claire (4/5): Many things were broken, under par or badly explained - The location was as expected The property was not as described and should not be marked as 4 star. The room was not cleaned properly. There was body hair on the shelf by the bed and in the sink. There was a hole in the wall where the door had been slammed open. The door was missing a number. The soap dispensers in the shower were missing handles to press against. The one for the sink was off the wall and a guy randomly arrived at my room to put it back up with no notice or warning upon my arrival. The blinds were not properly fitted and once closed could not be reopened. The heating was on the entire stay and could not be turned off. The window did not close and I had to use tissue to secure it. The noise issues from other occupants was horrendous at night including someone’s car alarm going off all night and people screaming at each other. The hairdryer was damaged and burnt my hand when using. You could not see the tv from the bed. The fridge had been set so it froze everything. The instructions at breakfast were not clearly set out and there were not enough utensils or crockery for people to use. Some people were using glasses to make hot drinks! I did not see any of the food items be replenished during breakfast even though they were running low/out and it was still early. I was appalled by the standard.
Manuela (4/5): Wer sehr primitiv Urlaub machen möchte und es Nix ausmacht im dreck zu leben ist dort gut aufgehoben - Personal war nett 5 Tage gebucht und nicht einmal wurde das Zimmer gereinigt, geschweige den das Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. Wir mussten jedesmal sich selber darum kümmern. Ich dachte das ist ein Hotel. Dafür bezahlt man eindeutig Zuviel. Frühstück ist sehr einfach und das Geschirr spült man selbst. Bekomme ich jetzt meinen Lohn dafür? Wenn ich das alles selber erledigen, hätte ich mir eine Ferienwohnung gebucht und kein Hotel. Dazu kommt das alles sehr hellhörig ist. So das man nachts um 2 wach wird durch das Gelaufe oben drüber. Laute Musik hört und laute sex Geräusche. Als in einem war es keine 4 Sterne . Das Zimmer ist sehr heiß, so das das zu kleine Fenster es nicht schafft den Raum vernünftig zu kühlen und belüften. Duschtür ging nicht zu.

MIg176 (5/5): - Boa localização e com estacionamento, mesmo quando o parque estava cheio porque não cabem muitos veículos houve uma alternativa a cerca de 100 metros do local prontificado pelo hotel O colchão péssimo, WC muito pequena, e o ventilador está muito sujo. A limpeza do quarto ficou a desejar só vieram despejar o lixo. Seria de esperar um pequeno almoço típico inglês, mas acabou por ser muito básico.
