We were very disappointed that the spa didn't operate as this was one of the reasons we chose this booking. The host George was fantastic, very helpful and accommodating. Even greeted us with a bottle of wine and a welcome note. Highly recommended. No issues. Everything was good.

Location of the property is excellent: opposite the beach and within short walking distance of main street shops and great restaurants. A very friendly and helpful host! The apartments consist of two rooms, which can be divided by a sliding door: Room 1 with two single beds and with kitchen facilities, Room 2 with queen bed and sitting area, access to bathroom and balcony. We had not been aware of this, expecting 2 bedrooms separate from living areas. However, we got used to it and the location compensated for the initial disappointment. Our host was also very understanding.

• Mcdonald (7/5): Great location and quite comfortable but seriously needs ongoing maintenance. - Close proximity to the beach. Great view. Close to CBD. Well equipped apartment. We are not usually a family that has a lot to complain about but there seems to be a bit of maintenance to be done in these apartments. There were no towel rails to hang towels in the bathroom. Bathroom exhaust fan was not working. Black towels are not ideal as they left black fluff everywhere. No top sheets on single beds. Bathroom sink plug would not seal properly to hold water. Fire equipment is out of date. Empty hand wash container in the bathroom. Not sufficient toilet paper for a family for four days. The laundry is not user friendly and seriously needs upgrading. There needs to be somebody In reception for at least part of the day as we couldn’t find anyone to help us out.

Nothing really. Probably active ventilation or some kind of odor management in the washroom would've been nicer. Passive vents worked though. Would have liked the ability to lock the divider of the rooms.

We don’t know where to start with this question! the fact that couldn’t shower due to the lack of hygiene,the dirty dishes in the cupboards, only half a toilet roll between 4 adults, the 2 bedrooms were non existent, one in the kitchen area the other in the lounge area therefore it’s a hotel room not an apartment ! Lack of supplies in all areas! No face washers or hand towels The worst place we have ever stayed in! Total rip off ! Total let down !

The beds were so comfortable it was hard to get up. The underground secured parking and lift were amazing too. No bed side tables or lamp next to single bed/beds. I understand the room is tight but it’s hard to charge anything, read, have a travel fan, drink or anything next to you when it had to go on the floor. I ended up using a kitchen chair.

The balcony in the apartment was right opposite the beach with a nice view of surrounds Value for money, in the booking it stated the apartment would have 2 bedrooms to which i interpreted as seperate rooms and made it difficult especially with a child being no closed off space once gone to bed to have to also go to sleep or sit outside on the balcony.

The “fan” in the bathroom didn’t have an on switch and didn’t seem to work to take away smells and steam. The bathroom didn’t have a window for this either.

• Jacquie (9/5): Lovely relaxing get away with a wonderful room with great views. - The apartment was roomy albeit the design a little odd. Easy access to bins, lifts etc. The balcony was a great place to sit and have a pre-dinner beverage. The kitchenette was a little dark and out of the way but great sized fridge. The shower was big enough but water sprayed out everywhere as you got in leaving the floor very slippery, potentially a hazard. The fan also didn't seem to operate so left the bathroom a little stuffy and mildewy.

Walkable to food, coffee and ice cream :) Secure underground parking allowed us to park our bikes while we head off for the day. Nice complementary bottle of wine as well. The property needs some TLC. The blinds near the front door needs fixing as they did not close properly, allowing people from outside to see inside the apartment, especially where my kids were sleeping. The bathroom shower head needs to be replaced so it doesnt spay so wide and the shower door needs a door stop to block the gap so water doesnt go everywhere. Receiving the code to the door a couple minutes before check in made us nervous as the last thing you want to do is to be stressing, especially with young kids.

• Candice (10/5): I can't wait to come back! - George and Roula were exceptional in having the property organised for our arrival. It was a very easy process to enter the car park and the hotel room. Roula even called us to welcome us and ensure we had everything we needed which was beyond my expectation. The only thing I could think of improving was internet speed, however it was still useable. We only used it at night once in for the evening and found it slow at times with lag but it was still great to have the access.
