• Jalaja (3/5): Not worth for money and not good service - Just clean room Service, I stayed there like 7 days and one day when I am showering water stop in the middle and I couldn't have anything like telephone in room tp call service or inform issue so I need to go down again with wet clothes and when I ask front desk there are saying they know water stopped from yesterday night but they didn't inform to customers before it's feels like carelessness

• Rosanna (9/5): Good affordable base for exploring Bangkok - Big, modern, and very comfortable room. Good value for money considering how expensive Bangkok can be! Very friendly staff too. Location is on a busy main road. However, it’s just a short and cheap Grab away from the livelier parts of town. Pier for the river taxi is about 15 min walk away and mostly shaded, which was nice.

• Mathangi (9/5): - Everything. The staff was so friendly and always available if i had any questions. They helped me with my luggage. And also tried to help me even when their english was not the best. The room was soo comfortable. The bed was big enough. The bathroom had all facilities. The only thing was, there was not enough space at the sink for my stuff. The room was smelling good and the windows where soundproof. Eventough the hotel was right at the highway. And an elevator who was working all the time. The small sink and the loud noise of the elevator sound when it arrived at night time… but i could atill fall asleep

• Brittney (9/5): Nice price, room and location especially if you don’t have any potential beauty product transfer. - Got this room last minute after going too budget on another room. When I arrived the team was super attentive & nice. The room was very clean & next to a good Japanese restaurant. I also had a tattoo session nearby and they allowed me to leave my bags post check in! The only issue is the potential staining fee for blood & henna. As a woman, I think it has a high potential to being charged $ for accidents that are sometimes unavoidable.

The bathroom was very old and had poor drain. The hotel itself felt old, with a noticeable smell of rust and age. The location wasn’t very central, and for the same price, you can find better accommodations elsewhere!

We got fresh towels every day and maybe also bed sheets,i'm not sure. The location is 2km from the city centre which is walking distance or you pay 100 bht for taxi ride. It's a 2 star hotel so the materials are more on a budget. The hotel is next to the main street and you need to close the windows to limit the noise (but you can still hear it from the street because the windows are not the best quality). no closet in the room.

The room was really clean, and was cleaned for us every day. Good hot shower. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Nothing really! The room was small, but we didn’t find this is a problem - it had everything we needed.

But there is a price tag for losing them and for stains on the bedsheets and towels, which I had never seen before and found rather weird. We were not charged though

• Sanja (9/5): Nice hotel in New Bangkok - I have been to Bangkok a bunch of times and always stayed on the right side of the river - decided to switch things up this time and explore life on the left bank. Hotel was as advertised - room was large and spacious, had an extra balcony, Wi-Fi was fast, staff was smiling and friendly - I have no complaints. This side of the river is definitely more authentic and untouched by the tourists, and less hectic, so it was a cool experience. I love travelling by the river, so it was really convenient that Phra Pinklao Bridge boat station was 10 min. walk away from the hotel - I used it a lot!

• Hamid (5/5): The place is okay if you are happy to go everywhere by taxi. - The room was small, but comfortable, bed was comfy, shower was clean. The place is not a hotel, but rather a hostel, I felt the room was overpriced comparing to other hotels where I stayed in BKK. You could hear other people as sound proof was absent. Difficult to walk the stairs with the suitcase. There is nothing in walking distance to the hotel and it's located on a very noisy street.

• Sai (9/5): I am satisfied with my stay. - Very worth the price, room is very comfortable and cozy. Staff were extremely helpful too - be it when I was asking for help as to where I can go for a jog, or even helping me to flag a taxi and communicating my destination to the driver. Biggest downside is the lack of accessibility of any train stations. So mostly have to take a grab or taxi to reach any tourist destination, but this was not an issue for me given I was on a work trip and it was near my workplace. Also no lift, so if you are carrying large luggages and are assigned a room on the higher floors, you might struggle a bit. But beggars can't be choosers, so this is pretty much as good as it gets.
