• Ti.. (7/5): - Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig. Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und konnte auf der Terasse im ersten Stock gegessen werden. Das Meer ist nur 100m entfernt. Der Parkplatz ist groß und abgeschlossen. Zimmer nicht sehr groß. Bei unserer Ankunft roch es sehr stark nach zu gut gemeintem Raumspray. Die Lage zur Straßenseite birgt in den Abendstunden einen gewissen Geräuschpegel.

Ist kein Minus, aber für Allergiker möglicherweise wichtig. Es gibt eine wunderbare Hauskazte, die es sich auf den Möbeln in den Gemeinschaftsräumen gemütlich macht.

Lettino e ombrellone a pagamento, e ci hanno assegnato quello più distante dal mare, a 2 passi da un chiosco, impossibile riposare e/o parlare con la mia compagna causa chiacchierio e musica a letteralmente 2 metri da noi.

• Slawomir (10/5): Cudowny wypoczynek - Bardzo podobało mi się bliskość hotelu do morza a z drugiej strony przy głównej ulicy ze sklepami, restauracjami itp. w Hotelu także jest restauracja na którą dostaliśmy 10% rabat. Hotel ma swoje wydzielone leżaki z parasolem na plaży i z mocnym upustem. Pokoje czyste z klimatyzacją i zamykanymi elektrycznie żaluzjami, więc dla chcących spokoju jest cicho i przytulnie. Balkony duże oszklone ze stoliczkiem i krzesłami. Łazienka mogłaby być większa.

• GERALD und MANDY (8/5): NICHT MEHR SO WIE FRÜHER!! - Parkplatz gleich in Hotel Nähe, Frühstück war auch ziemlich lecker und vollkommen ausreichend, alle wichtigen Fragen hat das Personal geklärt, gesamtes Personal freundlich und teilweise Deutsch sprechend. Hotel gleich auf der Hauptstraße (haben wir aber bewusst so gewählt). Hatten 2 Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstüre, der große Balkon (Zi.222). Sauberkeit war zu 95% gegeben (bei genauer Betrachtung findet man immer etwas). Gratis Fahrräder (nicht genutzt) und viele Infos (Flyer), 2 Aufzüge. Viele deutschsprachige TV Sender. Der Balkon (sehr klein) in Zimmer 221,liegt genau über der Lüftung vom Restaurant und konnte man nur von ca.23-9 Uhr früh nützen, ansonsten hatte man den Geruch in der Kleidung, Handtücher und im Zimmer. Der Druck bei der Dusche 🚿 und hat lange gedauert bis man Warmwasser hatte. Einrichtung schon etwas alt. Die nächsten Sätze haben nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun!! Ich war 20 Jahre lang jährlich in Jesolo auf Urlaub, nach längerer Pause war es aber irgendwie enttäuschend. Mit der Freundlichkeit ist es größtenteils vorbei, ich habe das familiäre Gefühl vermisst oder das man willkommen ist. Die ganze Abzocken die stattfinden ( in den meisten Restaurants wird "Coperto " [Gebühren für Tischgedeck] verlangt, man soll schnell essen und am besten gleich wieder gehen damit Platz für neue Leute wird, Liegen und Sonnenschirm ab 20 Euro, uvm.
• Marta Francia (6/5): - I punti forti dell'hotel sono sicuramente la posizione, il parcheggio, l'aria condizionata e la colazione. L'arredamento della camera è semplice ma funzionale ed ho apprezzato molto il parquet. La pulizia della camera lasciava molto a desiderare. Polvere di diversi giorni negli angoli e sui battiscopa, vetro della doccia con gocce di calcare, soffione con getto irregolare a causa del calcare. Il letto matrimoniale era composto, giustamente, da due materassi singoli; il problema è che erano di due differenti altezze e uno anche infossato. Ho soggiornato la settimana di ferragosto e capisco perfettamente l'eventuale frenesia e la stanchezza che questo periodo comporta ma, con qualche accortezza in più, si eviterebbero lamentele.

La colazione a buffet veramente abbondante sia con i dolci fatti a casa e cose salate come le uova strapazzati e mozzarella pomodori. Il personale molto gentile specialmente la signorina al reception che ci ha aiutato tanto con la nostra excursione a Venezia. Anche il ristorante dell'hotel Perla Nera è stato molto buono. Veniamo volentieri al Smeraldo la prossima volta a Jesolo! Niente

• Renata (8/5): Simpatičan retro hotel - Hotel se nalazi na izvrsnoj lokaciji – svega 150 metara od plaže i na glavnoj ulici prepunoj restorana i trgovina koje rade čak i nedjeljom cijeli dan. Da, navečer je bučnije, ali ako se zatvore prozori i ako ste prije toga bili na plaži, večerali i prošetali par kilometara, nikakva buka neće narušiti miran san. Osoblje je izuzetno profesionalno i uvijek nasmiješeno, što je stvorilo ugodnu i dobrodošlu atmosferu tijekom boravka. Posebna pogodnost je mogućnost besplatnog korištenja bicikala za goste hotela, kao i 10% popusta u hotelskom restoranu. Doručak se može konzumirati i na na terasi na prvom katu, a izbor je raznovrstan, s naglaskom na slatke delicije. Sve je bilo uredno posloženo i besprijekorno čisto. Hotel nudi i besplatni parking, dijelom natkriven, zatvoren i pod video nadzorom, uz kontrolirani ulaz preko osoblja. To nam je pružilo dodatnu sigurnost i bezbrižnost. Ukupni dojam je vrlo pozitivan – odlična lokacija, ljubazno osoblje, praktične pogodnosti i ugodan ambijent čine ovaj hotel sjajnim izborom za odmor. Soba nije bila čista. Osoba zadužena za čišćenje je zaboravila počistiti ispod kreveta, a plahta i pokrivač (također plahta) imali su fleke pri dnu.

• Maria Rosaria (4/5): - al check-in abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi come funzionassero determinati servizi, come quello delle bici o i lettini con l’ombrellone che (spoiler) erano a pagamento, cosa mai vista negli altri hotel in cui abbiamo alloggiato qui a jesolo. appena entrati in camera si sentiva un odore sgradevole, entrati in bagno peli ovunque nonostante ci avessero appena detto che era appena stata pulita, abbiamo chiesto se potesse essere pulita meglio ci è stato risposto di sì ma alla fine questa pulizia non è stata fatta. le chiavi puoi prendere e metterle via quando ti pare senza che nessuno ti chieda nulla così che se qualcuno ti vuole entrare in camera può farlo liberamente! il letto “matrimoniale” era tutto tranne che matrimoniale visto che erano due singoli attaccati e io ci affondavo dentro, per non parlare che mi svegliavo sempre con il prurito su tutto il corpo, si sentiva tutto dalle altre camere, dormito nulla per 5 giorni. il condizionatore non scende sotto i 26 gradi, le lenzuola o le coperte non sono mai state cambiate in questi 6 giorni…. devo continuare?

Air condition individually controlled, bit noisy but good enough. Small balcony with view on the Bafile St., the main shopping and restaurant avenue. 10% discount for dinner in the Perla Nera, the restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel. Small refrigerator in the room would be nice option

• Olga (9/5): Wonderful seaside vacation - Great location - 2 minutes walking to the sea, maby shops and restaurants aroud, nearby is the bus stop from where you can go to different parts of the city. The staff is very nice and friendly, always ready to help. The room is small (the hotel building seems old), but cozy, the bed was comfortable. The balcony has a great sea view. On our last day we were leaving early, before the breakfast started, and the hotel staff gave us water and sandwiches to go. Thank you! The website seems to say that beach chairs and umbrella are included in the price, but that's not the case. Maybe best to correct it. On the morning of departure we had to wait for ~15 mins for someone to check us out (at 7:30). This made me nervous as I was afraid we would be late for our bus and train. But everything turned out fine in the end.
• Sandra (7/5): - Arti nemokamas pležas, o jei norite mokėti - viešbutyje galite išsinuomoti gultą (pigiau nei pleže). Viešbutis turi nemokamus dviračius. Yra nemokama vieta automobiliui, bet kaip ir daugelyje itališkų viešbučių "nerezervuojama", tai reiškia jei bus laisvų vietų tai bus. Pusryčių meniu gana platus, yra šilto maisto. Viešbutyje yra restoranas, o gyventojai gauna 10 proc. nuolaidą. Personalas buvo malonus ir visada pasiekiamas. Kojų kilimėlį vonioje ir dalį rankšluosčių keisdavo kasdien, išnešdavo šiukšles. Kambaryje trūko daugybės dalykų: virdulio, šaldytuvo (galima išsinuomoti už 5 eurus parai), vonioje kabliukų, duše lentynos. Viešbutis prie judrios gatvės, todėl nėra galimybės atsidaryti langą: iki 24 val. triukšmas iš kavinių, o po 24 val. prasideda šiukšliavežių ir kito aptarnaujančio transporto judėjimas, todėl gyvenimas prie pat jūros - panašus į gyvenimą magistralėje. Rekomenduojame mokėti brangiau ir imti su vaizdu į jūrą, nes tik taip gal bus šiek tiek ramiau vakarais ir naktimis. Labai nepatogi ir išgulėta lova. Pagalvės irgi labai nepatogios, kietos ir sutrintos. Kambarys apkrautas nereikalingais baldais(vietoj stacionarios lovos trečiam žmogui būtų galima tiesiog pagal poreikį pastatyti suskleidžiamą lovą vaikui, nes dabar vietos labai mažai. Vonios kambaryje stambesniam žmogui dėl išplanavimo irgi netinkamas. Vanduo bėgo labai prastai, silpna ir nepastovia srove. Karštas nebuvo karštas, o šaltas buvo šiltas, todėl reikėtų būti atsargiems dėl legioneliozės. Nuotraukos neatitinka realybės. Patalynės užvalakalai susiburbuliavę nuo skalbimo. Spintoje pakabos nenusikabina, todėl padžiauti šlapius rūbus ar pakabinti šlapią paltą - nėra galimybių. Grindų kambaryje kasdien nevalė.

• Yuliia (9/5): Great room! Clean and comfortable. Highly recommended! - The beach is just a one-minute walk from the hotel. For an additional fee, you can rent a spot on the beach (an umbrella and two sun loungers). You can also relax right by the water on your own blanket, for example. There is free parking available for your car, also just a minute’s walk from the hotel. The room includes air conditioning, a small fridge, and a TV. You can travel with a dog, which is another advantage. The staff is very friendly. There’s a restaurant downstairs, and hotel guests receive a 10% discount — a great bonus. I highly recommend this hotel!

• Wolfgang (9/5): Sehr erholsamer Urlaub am Meer alles war bestens - Wir waren schon das dritte Mal in dem Hotel wie immer super vorallem die Lage 100 m zum Strand. Sehr gutes und reichliches Frühstück. Das Zimmer war nach einem Wechsel mit Meerblick Spitze.
