• Daniel (8/5): - Veľmi priateľskí personál, vyšli nám v ústrety, keďže partnerka je na invalidnom vozíku, vymenili nám izbu na prízemí, aby mala čo najlepší prístup do izby. Veľmi chutné jedlo, veľká vďaka kuchárom a čašníkom. Krásne prostredie. Na WC nie je žiadne odvetrávanie, bolo by vhodné dať tam aspoň nejaké vonné spreje.
• Susan (8/5): Good value for money - When we arrived there were very few people in the hotel, so we had waiter service at dinner, with no choice of food. However on subsequent days there was a buffet, with a good choice of Turkish food. The waiters were very attentive. The swimming pool was big, and pleasant to swim in. It was useful to have a snack bar, as we failed to get back to the hotel in time for lunch on a few occations. On one day there was no hot water, on other days, the water was warm, but not hot. The bathroom light was very dim. We were only given one top sheet that didn't reach the edge of the bed, so we were cold at night, until we asked for more bedding.
• Hanna (10/5): Obiek bardzo czysty i fajny ale ze względu na brak opcji wszystko wliczone za które zapłaciliśmy ogromne rozczarowanie p - Bardzo miły personel zwłaszcza pani na recepcji która dała nam rodzinny pokój zamiast normalnego bo był akurat wolny a my byliśmy z małym dzieckiem pomimo tego że mieliśmy zabukowany mały normalny pokój Zapłaciliśmy za opcje wszystko wliczone miał być szwedzki bufet na posiłkach a było jedno danie dla wszystkich nie ważne czy komu smakowało czy nie tylko to było podane do stolika bo było mało ludzi w obiekcie o takich rzeczach powinno się informować przy robieniu rezerwacji bo nigdy bym nie wykupiła opcji wszystko wliczone jeśli to by tak miało wyglądać jak wyglądało dodatkowo nic się w hotelu nie działo żadnych występów bo mało ludzi jedzenie było tylko praktycznie na głównych posiłkach nic pomiędzy rozumie że obiektowi nie opłaca się robić cokolwiek dla kilku osób ale wtedy nie ma opcji wszystko wliczone bez tej opcji noc kosztowała o połowę taniej i praktycznie każdy hotel można było zarezerwować nawet w lepszych warunkach ale nam zależało na opcji wszystko wliczone gdzie tylko ten hotel oferował wprowadzanie w błąd klienta ogromne rozczarowanie

• Sandra (6/5): I feel it was very fair for the cost and staff very friendly and helpful. - location good and breakfast very good Lunch and dinner hot meals repeated too much and not hot enough. Need to get rubber protection on the steps in the pool and they are a bit high for us elderly. Entertainment on the Wednesday utilise the public very poor and the darts etc Dancers on other hand were brilliant and the Gentleman himself very pleasant

On the end he gave water from charged drinks fridge. We have been ask at check out to pay for this water!

The guy on the desk was amazing he even took us to Cherry bar to introduce us to the lads and made sure we were well looked after! We were treated like royalty throughout our stay, our room was clean and tidy the air conditioning that was bloody marvellous. Waking up to the views and hospitality was just a dream come true. We loved it so much we booked again but bringing the kids next year!!

The animation team was definitely the highlight of our stay. Daily activities were fun without being overwhelming, and the evening shows were very enjoyable. You can really feel the effort they put into entertaining the guests. Thank you to the whole team for a great holiday.

Отдых был прекрасен. - При заселении администратор учла наши пожелания и нам был предоставлен номер с видом не на бассейн, так как читая другие отзывы, мы знали, что по вечерам идёт вечерняя программа, а нам хотелось тишины и спокойствия. Кроме того, наш номер был лучше, чем мы бронировали. Это был очень приятный бонус! Удобные кровати, умеренно твёрдые матрасы, нормальные по величине подушки. Сантехника была исправна, всегда была горячая вода. В номере нет чайника, но это не критично, так как всегда можно было попить чай в баре. Это даже лучше провести время на улице, а не в помещении. Уборка проводилась 1 раз в 2 дня. Для нас это более, чем достаточно. Всегда ставилась питьевая вода, её недостатка мы не испытывали. Мы довольны тем, что выбрали систему питания всё включено. В Олюденизе не так много отелей предлагают питание на весь день. Мы не первый раз приезжаем в Олюдениз и знаем, что если брать только завтраки, то питаться в кафе и ресторанах достаточно дорого. По разнообразию нам всего хватило, мы не привереды. Главное, что были свежие овощи, зелень. Конечно, хотелось, чтобы было разнообразие фруктов. Мы отдыхали в октябре, а это сезон арбузов, увы, их не было. Первые 2 недели мы кушали дыни, а далее остались только яблоки и апельсины. Для кого актуально, то по вторникам в Фетхие работает базар и там можно приобрести любые фрукты. Нам нравилось кушать в открытой зоне, откуда прекрасный вид и ощущение простора. Положительный момент, что хозяева отеля принимают пищу, где и гости, значит, всегда в курсе качества еды. Персонал отеля дружелюбный, отзывчивые, улыбчивые люди. Девушка администратор очень внимательная и приветливая, говорит по-английски. Мастерски, как факир, играя с огнём, по утрам на завтраки готовил омлет молодой, улыбчивый повар Хусейн. Очень располагающий и вкусно готовивший мясо, рыбу на ужин повар (имени, к сожалению, не знаю). За стойкой бара неизменно работал Эрн, умело общаясь с гостями и создавая непринужденную атмосферу. В номере плиточный пол, поэтому были бы уместны тапочки. В ресторане всегда крутят превосходные английские песни, но одни и те же, что уже знаешь по порядку, какая мелодия будет следующая.
• 409simonp (10/5): Our 4th Visit Confirms It: Marcan Resort is Oludeniz Perfection! - Having returned from our fourth stay at the Marcan Resort, we can confidently say this hotel consistently delivers an excellent, unforgettable holiday experience. If you are looking for a perfectly located, friendly, and meticulously maintained hotel in Oludeniz, look no further. Location & Atmosphere: The location is simply spot-on. It's positioned perfectly—just enough away from the main strip's evening hustle to ensure peace and quiet, but only a very short, easy walk to reach all the shops, restaurants, and, of course, the beautiful beach and Blue Lagoon area. We love being surrounded by the green area while still having such easy access to the action. Accommodation & Cleanliness: Our room was perfect—spacious, bright, and always spotless. The cleaning staff are exceptional; our room was super clean every day, and we really appreciated the free water supply being regularly topped up. It’s the small details like this that make a difference. Exceptional Staff & Management: The service here is what truly sets the Marcan apart. The whole team works hard, but we must give special mention to Mehmet, the Entertainment Manager. He is excellent as always, providing lots of fun games, always greeting guests with his welcoming smile and contagious enthusiasm. It genuinely makes the pool area a great place to be. Furthermore, Eyup, the owner, and his family are wonderful. They are always visible, very approachable, and nothing is ever too much trouble. It is rare to see the owners so involved, and it shows in the quality of the resort and the warmth of the atmosphere. Conclusion: All in all, this was another great holiday. Thank you, Marcan, for consistently exceeding our expectations. We look forward to our fifth visit!
• Beast0883 (4/5): Clean but poor food. - Clean and staff who are clearly working very hard and very long hours. The room was clean and the shower was consistently hot and powerful. Children felt comfortable going to order from the bar due to the friendliness of the staff at the bar. However, the buffet choice was extremely limited. This was the least choice that I have had from any all-inclusive hotel. Mains were poor to middling, desserts were relatively good. Breakfast was not good. The freshly cooked omelettes were great but you grow tired of that 5 days running. Fruit and yoghurt would be lovely, but it was filled with flies. The hotel was also shutting down around us. The children often played table tennis (on the worst table and with terrible equipment) but the net and equipment were cleared up 2 days before we left. The pool area is clean and has good access to the bar. However, the water is very cold. This is probably due to the time of year, but in October, the kids were reluctant to use it. Slides are on for 2 hours a day. Being asked for a tip when being helped with bags at 4am is also not good. We could have taken the bags ourselves. When we have flown through the night and just want to rest, being asked 'What? No tip?' when you want to crawl into bed was not a good start. Overall, our experience may have been better during peak season, but the hotel was not the best.

• L8873MRlucyh (8/5): A really nice stay but a few tweaks could make it better! - Great things about the hotel are: - the staff (they work such long hours and are always smiling and will do anything for you). Mehmet is really funny, join in with the darts and karaoke he will make you laugh! - the pool is stunning and clean, no fights for sunbeds and my daughter enjoyed the slides (she is 15). - location is perfect! Surrounded by mountains and paragliders so nice to watch when sunbathing. Just at the top of the strip and 5 min walk to the beach (which is stunning)- you can also walk to blue lagoon which is unbelievable! - AI drinks- very good! Bar man great, drinks are strong. Things that could be improved: - the food was good but I would say not for fussy eaters! They do have pizza/burger/chips from 330pm by the pool though. They don’t cover the salad or yoghurt and fruit so there are flies all over it- easy fixed with a plastic lid! Some people were sick but we were fine. Also the chef comes in and coughs all over the food, which is really gross to see/hear when eating. We ate out a few times- recommend Bella Gusto/Buzz bar! Captain Hooks best bar, karaoke and a great host, doesn’t pressure you to come in. Bring Lira or pounds, not euro, drinks are expensive outside the hotel- £9 for cocktails!
• tracylD4260PG (2/5): Terrible - How to start was greeted by reception who was talking on phone when dealing with us and was told safe was 44.00 for our stay .we was then shown to our rooms going down and up steps no lifts and with mobility issues became a problem on first day.room had stained mattress was dark and dirty had to try and keep door shut to stop flys.and toilet smelt of drains the whole time we was there. FOOD Well food was cold to warm most of the time .was hot 1 day .and chef coughing all over food and flys in food .lot of people came down with food poisoning. We eat out a lot . Areas was dirty and 1 pool toilet in hotel that's all .which was dirty . This was not the hotel we booked tui last minute sent us there . Shame on you...... Few bar staff and entertainment was amazing .... That's the only positive thing I can say . I never listen to reviews but wish I did with this hotel . Very sad .
• Y1148PXhelens (2/5): Avoid!!! - Where do I begin? Reception- upon arrival met by 2 staff members who were not pleasant at all. Just asked straightaway for passports and fill in this from. Very rude and unwelcoming. Male receptionist took us to our room, no offer of help with our luggage. No lift just five flights of steps. Shown into room, handed the keycard and he said ‘ you like room, has good views’ and left. Yes it was a good view but only when you stood up, when sat on chairs all you could see was a brick wall!! Asked to change rooms but told no there aren’t any available. Strange that as lots of empty rooms. Electric tripped every time you entered the room so constanly had to use the trip switch. Other guest experienced this too. The room was bright and airy just a shame about the cleanliness. The bedding was so thin you ended up waking up cold during the night. The water in both sink and shower varied from lukewarm to cold every single day. Tried different times of the day to see if it got warmer but no. Spoke to other guests who had same issue. Pool area was clean apart from the Sun lounger mattresses which in my opinion should have been binned, the cloth ones more than the plastic ones. Toilets at pool weren’t very clean and cleaning chart hadn’t been filled in for a week Hotel not suitable if you have mobility issues as no lift and stairs everywhere Talked to one couple who have been coming to same hotel for past 6 years and they will not be coming back again. The whole hotel from food to staff has gone downhill very quickly. The kids pool is hidden behind the main pool and is very small. The main pool is very good The children’s playground area again is hidden under a building and is very dark. Play equipment looks dated. The staff are very rude and not friendly in fact half of them looked as though they didn’t want to be there! Woman receptionist didn’t appear to do much work and was constantly putting on lipstick, doing her hair or on her phone. The only friendly staff were the barmen and the entertainment man The snack bar offered limited choices and the food was not covered up hence flies landing on the food. Ice cream only served for one hour per day. Any drinks after 11pm had to be paid for, why when it is all inclusive? The food was absolutely awful. Plain, dull, tasteless and always lukewarm. The only hot food was omelettes, fried eggs and pancakes at breakfast time. Never saw any probing of food to see if it was at the correct temperature. I do realise that they may not have the same rules as in the UK The desserts were good though. How this has passed as a 4 star hotel I will never know. I don’t know what criteria they used for the rating but it definitely wouldn’t meet any of mine. I think even the Hotel Inspector for the tv programme wouldn’t have given it 4 stars If you want cheap and cheerful then this is definitely the place for you. I will not be returning to Turkey any time soon The only advantage to the hotel is that it is in a lovely area, close to the beach and shops , but, it is on a hill so if you’ve mobility issues then not the place for you.

We’ve just come back from an amazing stay at the Marcan Resort Hotel and honestly couldn’t fault it! The location is perfect just a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and the sea, so everything is really close by. All of the staff are so lovely, friendly, and welcoming they made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to Mehmet, the entertainer, who is absolutely brilliant! Even though it’s the end of the season and things are a bit quieter, he still gives it his all every day, getting everyone involved and keeping the atmosphere fun and lively. He’s so genuine and great with both adults and kids we all loved him! Mehmet really made our holiday extra special, and we just want to say a big thank you to him and the whole team at Marcan Resort for such a lovely, memorable stay. — Ali Baba, Muma Mia & the kids ❤️

• Callmebutter (8/5): All round friendly hotel - Really good week here at the hotel, rooms basic but clean and housekeeping comes daily, nothing to much trouble. All round friendly hotel close to the strip. I usually go here in September but this year went in October which is coming to end of the season and honestly you could tell as snack bar was not as good this year in fact that did let it down badly this year as normal and food didn’t have as much options especially fruits, the entertainment guy is so lovely and chatty and was really nice that he remembered us from 2 years previous so was a nice touch. The morning and evening chefs that make the omelettes and work the outside grill were amazing so friendly! I will book again with this hotel but will go back to going in September as pools warmer and better choice on food and drinks.

Always managed to have something to eat. Paragliding was a great experience I had to do it and all very professional.
• gemmalS4779SE (10/5): Amazing value and amazing staff - Absolutely amazing hotel I'm a returning customer I've seen some people complain about certain things but fir me personally there's plenty food choice that is lovely and fresh everyday. The bar staff and hotel staff are very efficient and work extremely long hours. The entertainment guy memhet is great and really tries to involve everyone. For what you actually pay for your hotel and all exclusive I think it's amazing it's worked out just under £250 each for hotel and all inclusive for 7 days which is amazing. The bar staff reception cleaners and Solomon are amazing the manger is really helpful too. I will continue to return to this amazing hotel.
• G8067YCjennih (10/5): Beautiful all inclusive resort - Me and my Auntie here, my first ever time in turkey (she’s been here multiple times over the years) and I’ve never felt so welcomed and looked after. Rooms are always lovely and clean, staff are super friendly at all times, pool area is fantastic for a little swim or bathe. Plenty people to talk to. Standard all inclusive drinks/food but honestly couldn’t complain none at all were bad. I’ve so far had a great time and absolutely loved meeting a lot of lovely people along the au! I can’t wait to be back! Entertainment has been inclusive and a good laugh like water volley ball and the karaoke I’m excited to see what’s next! Huge shout out to mehmet, Solomon, and Aaron (I hope these are right! 🤦🏻‍♀️) they all do a fantastic job behind the pool bar and in the entertainment sector! I’d definitely recommend as a lovely place to stay! Plenty of day trip to choose from and activities! The strip full of shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream & excursions not even a 5 min walk from hotel. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming!
• suegM5452YC (6/5): My week stay at Marcan resort hotel - We arrived on the 11th October 2025 at 9-30pm checked in , our room was on the 2nd floor nice view of the pool , unfortunately had to move to ground floor for mobility issues, very helpful and give us a ground floor room on Sunday morning , rooms are nice and clean and spacious, unfortunately the shower was cold , I did tell the receptionist but they wasn’t really bothered Location is good 5-10 mins walk to the beach and strip Food well you had a few choices to eat won’t go hungry, I wouldn’t say it’s the best food wasn’t that hot , to be honest is any all inclusive food is hot The beer wasn’t great or the soft drinks was flat at the pool bar l gave up in the end and just had water , felt it was a waste of money but the restaurant bar was totally different beer nice and soft drinks better You can’t fault the staff they was amazing, they work hard and always happy to greet you Would I stay there again no I’m been totally honest about my review as a week before we was due to go I read a review and it was so so bad I called my travel agent to change my hotel I’m glad I didn’t because the person who wrote the review was totally wrong about this hotel and could get to lose customers

• M5854DRjuliec (4/5): Bad experience - Well this is me rewriting my review on this hotel. I have to say the good first which is nice location not to far from the beach & main strip. Hotel is on a slight hill which some people may struggle with. Hotel is very clean, I can not fault it in any way for that. We were b&b food was a hit or a miss. I think because its near end of season for them they don't really care. So my issue has started with a staff member who has been talking about my friend & I. My friend came to the room one night to find him leaving the room, he said there was a problem with electrics,we never reported any problem. My friend bought a new suitcase last night so he help take it to the room. She gave him a tip for doing so. Anyway on talking to him he had said that he had slapped my arse, I can assure you I would have slapped his face. Found out this morning this creep was talking about us to other staff members about giving him money & saying that he had slapped my arse. Complaint going in ,they don't actually care. So if your female traveller's on your own be aware. I have to say the rest of the staff were pleasant & we never had a problem

Pool lovely & bar area good liked the sun loungers very comfy. We were o ly b&b food a hit or a miss. Overall good stay ......entertainment during the day time very good. Evening also good Entertainment manager Mehmet & Solmon very good at there jobs & kept the place together

I have just returned after spending 10 days, the rooms were lovely cleaned everyday, bottled water put in fridge each day. Plenty of sun beds around the pool. Bar staff earon was brilliant remembering your drinks pleasant and polite. Solomon was also pleasant and willing to help with anything. Memhet who was on entertainment was brilliant constantly trying to get guests involved in activities. The food was not brilliant but you would never go hungry, the hotel tries its best to cater for all nationalities of their guests.

All these negative reviews are absolutely rubbish rooms spotless all staff absolutely brilliant Mehmet the entertainment guy brilliant any issues he tries to resolve although that's not his job good laugh. Eren the barman totally brilliant 👏 👌 great laughs with him every day always polite and a cheeky wee grin on his face 😀 kitchen/restaurant staff brilliant 👏 and of course the boss 👍 the is lovely something for everyone only issue i had was 1 day chips were a bit colder than I like spoke with boss and he made sure they were to my liking 🤣🙈 again instead of leaving it until you're home and giving rubbish reviews speak to the manager or the boss they will gladly sort any issue you may have. As I've said before we come every year since 2016 except covid 🤬 we missed out and every time we come we don't want to leave this place it is our home from home hopefully this helps ♥️

This is a great hotel in a superb location at the top of the strip and a 5-10 min walk to the beach and the paragliders landing. The pool was lovely with plenty of loungers available everyday. Our room was situated with a pool view and had everything we needed for a week. It was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was great with a very good shower. We was all inclusive and yes the food was a bit repetitive and plain but what do you expect? There was plenty of choice and the fresh omelettes and pancakes at breakfast were superb. The bar was always quick service with a very good bar man and the Effes was always very nice indeed. Mehmet was a legend. Made everyone feel at ease and knew everyone's name. Always entertaining and doing his upmost best to make everyone's holiday special. Wil defo return

Food terrible - what ever food is left over from lunch is made into a salad for evening meal and this repeats with every meal Drinks terrible thats if they have any as they kept running out while i was there last week, but the two young lads behind the bar are a good laugh and do the best they can. Rooms hardly cleaned and when they clean them they leave went/damp towels and dont change the bedding often, And not sure how but when we arrived the toilet seat is stained yellow it looks terrible also in the two weeks we were there i think we had two hot showers the rest of the time they were freezing cold. Some of the staff seem scared to even talk to you never mind smile. Would not stay here again and thats a shame as the pool area is nice and close to the beach and strip

The resort in itself is brilliant there is a lovely team working especially the entertainment manager, Mehmet who ensures you’re never bored day or night with a great range of activities planned. The room was okay but not cleaned very well hair on the shower the whole fortnight we was there our friends light in their bathroom wasn’t working for nine days asking at the reception to repair for nine days. Через полчаса после заселения мы все вместе пошли перекусить в снек бар, оставила закрытую дамскую сумочку в номере , где лежали все наличные деньги в евро. Наша коляска для малышки была в холле между первым и вторым этажами и после того, как мы поели попросили на ресепшн оставлять коляску в главном корпусе, так удобнее будет ходить на пляж, сотрудник который заносил багаж вызвался ее принести и мы ждали на ресепшн, а когда вернулись через какое то время собрались в магазин и обменный пункт то обнаружили пропажу денег. Нет, не всей суммы , а половины, но это была очень приличная сумма. Обратились сразу на ресепшн, там пообещали посмотреть камеры через час, мы подошли через час, нам ответили что в этот период камеры не работали,,,странно , попросили вызвать полицию; сказали завтра, было постоянно ощущение, что персонал на ресепшн в сговоре. По итогу выяснили, что тот сотрудник; который вызвался принести коляску, которая стояла между этажами сказал руководству отеля, что заходил к нам в номер якобы за коляской. Полиция приехала, но так как у нас не было информации о номерах на купюрах они отказались принимать заявление. Все это выглядело как постановочный спектакль. Очень неприятная ситуация испортившая отдых , который едва начался. Просто не передать словами весь шок, отчаяние. Мы до последнего надеялись на проявление совести , и хотя бы на извинения о сложившейся ситуации от руководства отеля; но и этого не было. Крайне разочарованы. Не рекомендуем этот отель никому, а руководству отеля быть более внимательными к выбору работников, которых вы нанимаете.

It was totally unfounded we had a great holiday! The Hotel is definately a 3 star not a 4 star according to easy jet. However it is really clean and the food was good . Fresh cooked omelettes on a morning lovely fresh bread plenty of salads and fish and meat dishes as well. The entertainment was great and Mehmet really went out of his way to accomadate everyone. The young bar man was a great laugh. Would deffo return.

Before that, we rested in Oludeniz at the Turkuaz Hotel. It is much better.

Lack of entertainment ( not Memmets fault) undrinkable alcohol and cold and awful food.

The pool is also clean, the entire recreation area is cleaned every day. The restaurant is clean. 2. We like the food, especially the grill, which is available here every day. 3. With alcohol, we drank whiskey, high-quality, but not imported. 4. Entertainment every evening, the entertainer does a good job. We arrived early and were checked into our room until 2:00 PM, at no extra charge.
• jmF478GO (2/5): Awful accomodation, misserable and unhelpful staff and discusting food! - Awful do not go, the staff were rude and not helpful, we arrived at 11pm the recepionist was on his phone and did not acknowledge our arrival I then prompted him and he reluctantly put down his phone and checked us in, he then called a miserable porter who took us to our room and then asked for a tip, when I explained I hadn't got the local currency yet he made us feel very awkward, it was just myself and daughter. We was offered not food or drink so went and found the bar only to be told the so called all inclusive finished at 11pm it was 11:10pm! The food was discusting and mostly inedible, chips breakfast lunch and dinner, but not just chips they were made into other dishes, cold with onion rings and something I cannot decribe on the salad bar or mixed with a sauce as a main meal! The all inclusive was not all inclusive, only spirits if they had them, soft drinks and 1 beer, the only cocktail was a barman special served only between 3 and 4, you could only get an icecream during that time also from the snack bar which served pre cooked dried up burgers, we ended up eating out and booking trips to avoid eating there. The room was discusting wall paper peeling off every wall we asked to be moved but was told there was not spare rooms. All you could hear around the pool was people complaining about their rooms and the food and refusing to eat in the restaurant. This was most definitely not 4* not even 1*. I have never written a review before but just had to as I had checked all the reviews before I booked and cannot understand how anyone could say anything good about this hotel .

• Johnny Singh Panesar (1/5): The worst experience at a hotel in all my years of travelling - Nothing. I will be along a complaint and expecting a refund. Nothing like how the place was described. Location was good but that is the only thing. Food made me ill. Shower head exploded while I was in there. Room card didn't work, 5 out of the 7 days. No WiFi with no explanation or help to resolve. Toilet constantly running due to issues with plumbing. Requested help while we went out. Nothing was done. Came on the Saturday to complain again and have told the hotel tur service and facilities are shocking. They then sent someone to change the shower head which made the issue even worse. I will be requesting a full refund as we were charged just under 800 euros for a completely battered room.

Находится на тихой улице- ваш сон будет спокойным. 13 мин спокойным шагом до пляжа Бельчегиз( полотенца на пляж не выдаются, на пляже 2 лежака и зонт 900 лир на месте). Территория отеля с цветущими деревьями. Питание - мой респект хозяину и команде отеля, которым удаётся организовывать столько мясных блюд+ рыба при такой демократичной цене. Качество приготовления нежное, скорее домашнее( в самом лучшем смысле) - это один из критериев выбора отеля, после плавания и жары такая еда- то что нужно.. Разнообразный десертный стол. В ресторане всегда есть свободные места, персонал быстро убирает со столов. Никаких очередей за едой. Днём бургеры и мороженое без очередей. Комнату убирали регулярно,шампунь кондиционер, гель,мыло, кондиционер в бутылочках,полотенца - всё в достатке. Команда отеля немногочисленна,но всегда всегда дружелюбна и готовы помочь. Мы были в этом отеле 2й раз ( первый 3 года назад). Снова отель подтвердил свой уровень. Хозяин и его семья проживали в отеле и питались теми же блюдами что и гости - это хороший момент. Цена- качество достойны похвалы. Отдельное спасибо вечерней смене парней,что помогли починить ручку чемодана( такси уже ожидало). Девушка на ресепшн при внешней строгости весьма коммуникабельна и приятная в общении. Весь персонал корректен и уважителен. Спасибо за приятный отпуск. P .S. на фото внутренний площадь отеля - вид на горы. И фото прекрасного тирамису с десертного стола. Если и были какие-то моменты,то это не было критично. Персонал всегда решал любой вопрос.

• Ralph (10/5): - Just spent 4 days at the Marcan and had a wonderful time. We loved staying here, the room was super clean, it was cleaned every day, with fresh linen every other day. The room was spacious, well equipped and had a great balcony. The pool area was great, never had a problem getting beds and parasols. There is also another pool with water slides and a great spa. The hotel is full board and the food was excellent, delicious, fresh and a great choice of dishes. I don't think I've ever eaten so much. There was entertainment in the afternoon and evening, which is normally not our thing, but it was professional and not intrusive and the hotel is quiet by 11.30. The reception and staff are very good and helpful. So overall we would recommend this hotel, it is amazing. Only improvement would be to have a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Our room was nice, they cleaned it when we asked and we had clean towels when needed. Bottle off water to our rooms every day! The swimming pool was very nice and enough beds around the pool. The food was great, my son is a fussy eater and there was definitely enough things to choose from. They are not shy with the drinks either. The staff work very hard and the hotel is clean all over. Would stay there again! Definitely would recommend this hotel

Dista ad un ora e mezza di macchina dall aereoporto di Dalaaman. Avevamo pacchetto all inclusive ma alla fine ci hanno fatto pagare l'acqua non richiesta che ci mettevano in stanza ogni volta che venivano a pulire e tra l'altro dimenticavo di darci asciugacamani puliti per tutti gli ospiti della stanza. Per il rientro avevamo chiesto in reception un trasfer per l aereoporto, prima ci è stato detto che era possibile ma la sera della partenza abbiamo chiesto per avere sicurezza al signore che solitamente ha lavorato tutte le sere li e ci ha risposto in maniera scorbutica e poco carina che lui non si occupava dei trasfer e che ne avremmo dovuto parlare con il manager l'indomani mattina ,ma peccato che noi avevamo prenotato tramite un collega della mattina per le due di quella notte. Ma il signore insisteva che non era compito suo oppucarnese rispondendoci anche in maniera molto arrabbiata perché lo stavamo infastidendo. Per fortuna siamo riuscite a trovare tramite un agenzia esterna un trasfer. Per le colazioni,pranzi e cene i tavoli e le tovaglie sempre super sporchi. Puntualmente mancavano le posate e il personale non dava nemmeno il tempo di finire di mangiare che ti toglieva il piatto da davanti nonostante stessimo ancora mangiando. Il cibo che avanzava a pranzo veniva "riciclato" cammuffandolo con yogurt o salse per le cene. La posizione e la struttura non erano male ma peccato tanto per il personale.

There didn't seem to be enough food for the amount people, if you do go here make sure you go to get your meals early or it will run out. Breakfast.... if boiled eggs are your thing you will love it, if you were hoping for some sort of fry up, you'll go hungry. How this is 4 stars on the on he beach website is beyond me. The entertainment staff where fantastic, however they and other staff around the pool area were being told not to interact with guests. The rooms was clean and the pool area nice which saved the holiday...... All inclusive but can only order drinks from 10am until 11am or you must pay, limited drinks on all inclusive. The hotel seem to treat their staff badly and several were just dismissed with no notice, and escorted out of the building.

The staff were lovely,they work hard,loved the pool but the food on the other hand,felt they did not cater for the amount of people in the hotel, 4 or 5 stainless steel hot food containers with food we did not know what was in them, soup and poor selection of salads ( allergic to certain foods) hence eating out lovely restauraunts on the front. Fruit consisted of oranges or apples cut up and hardly no variety of desserts. Very dissapointing

The hotel is clean and well maintained with a good reasonably priced shop. Food is excellent qoth good variety, the deserts are a fav. The pool is lovely. So nice to sit under the stars in the eve and watch the paragliding in the day. Close to beach and lagoon but quiet as set back a little from the main strip. Lovely spa. Always manage to get a table at meal times as we like to sit outside and loads of sun beds too never not been able to get a couple. Air con in our room works well and it has a lovely hot shower. So glad we chose to come back

• E1724SNclaudiap (2/5): Avoid this hotel - I would advise against staying at the Marcan Resort Hotel. We spent 11 nights there in July, and while we were aware it was a 3-star hotel, we didn't expect it to be this disappointing. Upon our arrival, we discovered that the pillowcases were dirty with makeup, the shower cabin hadn't been cleaned, and the sink faucet was rusty. I'll share some pictures to illustrate these issues. They have a policy of changing towels every two days, which initially seemed acceptable. However, they only changed them twice in 11 days both times when we ended up requesting them to be changed at reception. In terms of water, we found only two 500 ml bottles in our room at check-in; after that, we had to go to the bar to refill our bottles from a dispenser. The room cleaning was superficial, and the pool was in dire need of cleaning due to mold buildup in the drains. Additionally, every day the same loud playlist was played at the pool. If your room faces the pool, you'll struggle for peace, especially during the day when you might want to take a nap, as the music is blaring. The food options were limited and not labeled; it was often hard to tell what we were eating since there were no names displayed on any of the dishes, which I found quite strange. If you wish to check out later, you must pay £50 in cash or £55 by card. In summary, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

• 570tibors (10/5): Great stay at Marcan Resort Hotel - We had such a lovely holiday at Marcan Resort Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break in Turkey. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had great air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the summer heat. The pool area was always well-kept, and it’s just a short walk to the beach. The food there was genuinely great. The hotel serves a wide range of proper Turkish cuisine. There was also a large selection of desserts, which were a nice finish to the meals. We did see some complaints from people that weren’t pleased with the food, but honestly, you’re in Turkey, so it makes sense that they serve Turkish food. Plus, there were still options like chips, burgers, and pasta for those who prefer something simpler. The staff and entertainment team were also fantastic - really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone made us feel welcome and taken care of. All in all, a great hotel in a beautiful area. We had a brilliant time and would happily come back!

• Stephentho (2/5): PLEASE find anywhere else to stay that here…. - Where do I start with this hotel. REALLY not the best for anything. If you can then please don’t waste your time with this. I was travelling with my 13 year old daughter. Rooms:- Our first day we arrived, quite late and after the long flight and long bus journey just want to get our heads down. Unfortunately this was not the case, 1st room - no air con after numerous attempts to fix, 2nd room double bed only and for a dad and daughter, really not ok, 3rd no electricity and no lights so eventually got shown our 4th room. The toilet was constantly going and would’t flush but at this point we just wanted sleep and we would deal with it in the morning. In the morning we were spoken to by the rep who advised that due to all the room changes then he would make sure of a late check out on day of departure and this would be free (this didn’t happen). I phoned three times to have someone come and fix the toilet where they came, took a bit off the wall and pushed it numerous times and said that’s it fixed now, which it wasn’t and just constantly happened but at this point I was no longer wasting my time with staff and just doing it myself, see video. PS please don’t expect your rooms to get cleaned as this never happened. The only twice it did get done was because I specifically asked at reception to make sure they did. Even though when it did get cleaned they never replaced the shower gel etc. Not good for 7 days stay. Other days I asked cleaning staff but it was their going home time so just gave me towels. Entertainment:- Although the only guy there for entertainment does try his best, it’s just not good enough. Out of the week we had three acts all starting at 10pm and finishing at 10.30pm. They were good but it was on and the off again before you knew it. WiFi:- this constantly froze or buffered and wasn’t ideal when you were trying to watch a show and the music would just stop for 5 minutes at a time. Receptionist:- There was a female on during the day that could speak English but the male for the afternoon and evening had to use his phone to understand and was rather rude a lot of the time. Had to wait over an hour for towels to be brought to our room when all we wanted to do was get showered. When I went and spoke to him he was very rude telling me to go back to my room and just wait. Food:- well this was uneatable for most of it. Worst buffet I have ever had. Tables were never cleaned and there was never any forks, had to constantly ask and wait for ages whilst food was getting cold, this was probably because of the lone female who was trying to do everything. The breakfast, as long as you like pancakes or omelette and you were ok waiting then you were ok. Lunch, again a waste of time, everyone waited until 2pm when the done burgers and pizza in the snack bar as this was eatable. Dinner, probably the best out of the bad three, did manage to eat something but it was all very much the same every night. Deserts, if they didn’t all get eaten the first night then they were covered in jelly and put back out again. All inclusive drinks:- very very very limited. There is no menu showing what you can have for free and when you ask you get told “what do you want, yeah that’s nots free” initially told there was no cocktails to then find others drinking them and asking to get what they had. Elder barman was very rude and never cracked a smile and could see all he wanted was to be anywhere else. Pool:- if you plan to use the pool be careful as we played water polo and both me and my daughter were wearing plasters on our toes for the rest of the holiday with blisters. We saw a lot of other guests who were all wearing plasters on their toes. You can buy these from the shop and they are probably the best sellers. Location:- that’s the only good thing about this hotel and is why I gave it a one star instead of zero. It’s a very short walk to the beach and strip. Excursions: I would recommend going to see Julie down beside Azda, she was by far the cheapest and totally recommend her hamam for £20, it was lovely. Dalaman, Turkey:- I would definitely be returning to Dalaman as it was lovely I just wouldn’t be going to this hotel. If you go to the shops, they can sometimes be pushy but not actually that bad and when you say no 90% of the time they take it as no and leave you be. You can get a bus to Hisorano which is the town and you may be lucky to get the market where you will get clothes etc for much cheaper, however be prepared to haggle and they are a lot more pushy in the market. Overall Hotel:- on the day of checking out, no surprise even after all our issues with rooms etc etc etc we were not given the late check out and advised that this would cost £50 extra for 4hours. I was not paying them anymore than I already had. We managed to use the one and only shower that was there but be aware if it is busy then forget about it. Throughout our stay you will see males walking about like they are the Mafia in the hotel, reception area, don’t even bother asking them anything as they are a waste of space. Tip:- before you buy anything pop to Azda down the strip where you can get most things a lot cheaper and no haggling.
• rosiewheldal (8/5): Great family holiday. Go with an open mind and enjoy. - Just spent a week here as a family of 7 (all aged 16 plus). Everyone had a great time. Always minor gripes when trying to keep everyone happy but nothing that couldn't be fixed to suit everyone. Hotel is a great location at the top of the strip. We went on a jeep safari, the Daylan trip to see sea turtles and we visited Hisaronu and Babadag mountain via the cables cars (get the dolmus from 10 mins away from the hotel, very cheap - under £1 to Hisaronu and about 60p to the cable cars) . Food was always plentiful, trying to cater for such numbers is never easy, but for such a cost effective all inclusive you could always pop out locally for something different if you didn't fancy that days offerings. Entertainment was good, very energetic! with more investment from management it could be even better! (not enough tables to watch in the evenings, a weekly what's a on guide would also help with times etc) Remember to take your own towels as you can't use the hotel ones around the pool (we went and brought some on our first day from a shop down the strip - got them from the fake Lidl, 7 basic towels under £25) Bars on the strip really come alive in the evenings (and close about 2am). So our advice would be enjoy all inclusive drinks which finish at 11pm then venture down to the strip and carry on partying! Go with an open mind. Ignore the moaners who always leave poor reviews. A holiday is what you make of it. We went and had a great family time. Oludeniz is beautiful.
• J8951TNsaraw (10/5): Great entertainment, staff, location. Food could be better. - We went as a large group to this hotel, and after reading the mixed reviews we didn’t know what to expect. The location is absolutely brilliant - only a quick walk down to the strip and beach. And the buses are so easy to use and very cheap if you want to venture out further. The staff were all lovely, especially the bar staff and entertainment staff. The entertainment staff make you feel instantly welcome! I would say there does need to be somewhere to see what entertainment is on and at what time. The food was ok, some of us were happy with it but others just went out for food. A great selection of drinks though. The rooms were nice and clean, aircon works really well (just make sure your door is closed or it won’t work). The main entertainment guy Mehmet was absolutely amazing, definitely one of the best things about this hotel. He always wants to get you involved in the activities and made them all fun and engaging for all ages. He was definitely a highlight to our holiday. I’d definitely go back here again, the only slight letdown is the food but that’s not a huge problem.
• Jemma (10/5): Relaxing friendly - Clean rooms pool area really good entertainment staff work so hard around the pool food isn’t much choice but always found something to eat and what I eat was really nice and tasty staff where friendly meet the owner and he was so friendly and down to earth .. looking at going back next year placement of hotel is fantastic close to the strip There wasn’t any lifts but not that important
• charlottex782 (6/5): Honest detailed review - I visited this resort with my partner for a 8 night stay, we arrived around 11:30pm and the guy on the front desk was very welcoming. Our luggage was taken to our rooms and we were left to settle in. Must knows if visiting: The aircon doesnt work if the door is open! We figured this out but we did think it was broken at first haha Bring a large beach towel for the sunbeds as they have lovely thick cushions on them so they are quite bulky but very comfy The strip is FULL of shops with fakes in, so much variety so ensure you have space to bring stuff back in your suitcase!! Be prepared to be harassed by the same people every single day trying to get you to paraglide!! The beach is lovely but the sand is hard and rocky so bring sensible shoes DONT use your data if you're from the UK, or make calls/text charges you an arm and a leg. The wifi is good enough at the hotel so you will need to find WiFi every where you go which isnt hard. Yes there is calls to prayer throughout the day, but we NEVER heard it early morning and if you're moaning about this get a life, we're in their country, you going to ask big ben to stop chiming? no, grow up. We put white noise on as it helps me sleep anyway and drowned out any noises just adapt your surroundings If you have a late flight home, normal checkout is 12 noon obviously way too early..we paid for 4pm late checkout which was £50, and the 6pm was £70 but bit too spenny for us. Food: Breakfast is AWFUL, probably the worst I've seen and we absolutely love our food. I had a plate of beans every morning and scrambled egg once or twice (when it was there) and some bread. No sausage, bacon, hash browns, tomatoes, bagels NOTHING just loads of olives?? and weird cheeses haha Lunch and dinner were pretty much the same every single day. I can easily say it was the worst all inclusive food I have ever experienced and trust me we are not fussy or ones to ever complain!! my partner loves his food...very disappointing. We ate out at a resturant called 'Sey' cannot recommend enough, SO cheap as well, full of families, good vibes and live music. they even made a carbonara for me as im pregnant and was craving it even though its not on the menu! Entertainment: The entertainment was brilliant, had acrobats one night (the best), karaoke was a laugh, bingo you had to pay £10 for ONE strip!! hardly anyone did it way too expensive for us brits. When we commented on the price it was a rude 'well other resorts charge £20' from the entertainment team awksss, we had some latino dancers very good and then some turkish dancers which were great too. The entertainment team were constantly coming round asking you to join in, we get its their job but was very annoying. would be quite pushy too, grabbing your arm and stuff. Again, not a great entertainment team compared to where I've been before. They play the same songs over and over and over, not ones you know its like copyright safe ones? It does drive you mad, bring a speaker I would Rooms: The BEST part, the maids work SO hard to clean in literal 35 degree heat, they cleaned our room every single day, fresh towels, even made a lovely dove out of towels and put flower petals around it. We always made an effort to say morning to them, they are just the backbone of the hotel our rooms were literally spotless. We are so grateful. Location: Literally 5 mins walk downhill to the little stalls and restaurants, right at the end is the beach. good vibes just pushy workers trying to get you into their places. But that is literally their job! The hotel is in the middle of the mountains and the sights really are breathtaking Overall wouldnt go back, had sooo many lovely all inclusives in other hotels, it is a shame to say this. We usually just get on with it we dont moan EVER but this time I felt like I needed to write a honest review. It was cheap so great on a budget but if you can fork out a little more for a better hotel then please do that!!
