The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay, always making sure everything was perfect. All the people I interacted with were genuinely helpful and welcoming, which made settling in much easier than expected. The management staff, specifically Giorgi, was friendly and attentive throughout my stay, making sure everything was taken care of and any questions were handled quickly. The owner, despite the language barrier, was consistently warm and welcoming. The accommodation itself was comfortable and had everything I needed. It was clean, practical, and well set up for a short stay. Overall, a positive experience and a good introduction to Georgia.

I did not use the pool, spa or massage services during my 2 nights visiting but am already planning to return. This hotel was an easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops and Vake Park. The breakfast was delicious and I appreciated the welcome glass of wine. I highly recommend this lovely hotel.

A convenient bus stop is just steps away, and several small shops are within easy walking distance. One of Tbilisi’s top shopping malls is also just a short bus ride away. In the immediate area, you’ll find a popular local restaurant, a few cozy cafés, and the expansive Vake Park - all adding to the convenience and appeal of the setting. The hotel itself is modest - certainly not up to 4-star standards by Nordic benchmarks- but it provides a reasonable level of comfort and adequate room facilities. I didn’t use the pool or other amenities, so I can’t comment on those. The breakfast is very basic, though I appreciated the option to pre-select items the day before, which likely helps reduce food waste. Interestingly, this seems to be an unintentional sustainability effort, as broader environmental practices are not widely observed in Georgia. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, which positively influenced my overall impression. I didn’t use the Wi-Fi, so I can’t speak to its quality. However, the air conditioning in the room was a major plus - especially since my room faced the sunny side of the building and got quite hot during the day. Given how intense Tbilisi summers can be, having a functioning aircon makes a big difference. The shower was also in good condition and worked well, which I really appreciated. The room advertised as having a “mountain view” actually overlooks a shared terrace, which can be quite busy at times. This limits the privacy and makes it less appealing to keep the curtains open. As for the “mountain” itself, it’s more of a small hill dotted with mobile antennas and surrounded by unattractive buildings, definitely not a scenic or memorable view. A downside to the breakfast experience is the lack of specificity in the pre-selection options. For example, choosing “juice” could result in anything from orange to grape juice, and “fruits” could mean any variety without prior indication. It would be much more helpful to have clearly defined choices. Additionally, dietary restrictions are generally not well understood or accommodated in Georgia, and this applies not only to the hotel but to most restaurants in Tbilisi as well, so travelers with specific dietary needs should plan accordingly. One final note: I was disappointed that no staff were present at the reception when I checked out early in the morning, despite ringing the bell. This lack of attention at departure left a less-than-ideal final impression.

Ребята на ресепшн очень приветливые, помогли с трансфером с аэропорта и обратно(минивэн на две семьи за очень приемлемую оплату), на все время посещения обеспечили местными сим-картами с безлимитным интернетом за символическую цену. В день размещения лично проводил нас до соседнего ресторана и предупредил персонал ресторана, что мы его личные гости. Кстати, ресторан хороший, с грузинской кухней, все было вкусно. Новогодние подарки от хозяина отеля - это вообще отдельная тема. Жаль, что предварительно заказали места на новогоднюю ночь и не смогли участвовать в новогоднем фуршете, организованным в отеле. Думаю, в следующее посещение Тбилиси обязательно остановимся именно в этом отеле. Ресторан отеля очень уютный со своим зимним садом. Очень вкусные вафельные трубочки с ванильным заварным кремом в исполнении Юлии заслужили высокую оценку всей семьи. Главное, что в отеле отличная шумоизоляция. Видно, что хозяин подошел к вопросу строительства со знанием дела. Расположение отеля позволяет за короткое время добраться до любой точки города и до любой достопримечательности, в том числе прогулочным шагом(если конечно есть время). Также благодарим Григория за полную информацию еще до вылета, ответы в самые короткие сроки и активные консультации во все время посещения Тбилиси, как по вопросам связи, так и по вопросам организации досуга, заказам мест в ресторанах и т.д. Одним словом, рекомендуем всем этот отель. Однозначно не пожалеете.

- Kolchinsky Elena (10/5): - Остановилась в этом прекрасном отеле ,шикарный прием, очень тёплое отношение к постояльцам, на ресепшене всегда готовы помочь в не зависимости от времени суток. Отдельно хочу отметить уютный spa, теплый чистый бассейн, отличная сауна, возможность заказать массаж. У меня выпала возможность улучшить номер на люкс. - Larysa (10/5): - Были в конце декабря. Отель небольшой, но очень уютный и теплый. Месторасположение отличное. Рядом остановка автобусов. В 500 метрах огромный парк и современный жилой район Ваке. В отеле есть небольшой, но чистый бассейн, большая терраса, завтрак-шведский стол, каждый день что-то новенькое и все вкусно. Хозяин отеля и персонал- выше всяких похвал. Очень гостеприимные. 100% рекомендую.
