For the cardholder's protection, if the cardholder is not present, full payment will be taken on the presented card and the prepayment will be credited back to the original card.
A damage deposit of THB 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

View was incredible, breakfast had a wide variety and was presented beautifully. Staff made us feel right at home and even helped with a missing item getting sent back to us. The room was clean and had a great view. We will definitely be back as we had a relaxing and peaceful time in kata beach. Nil

Quite good after 14hr traveling. Sunset can be seen from the pool. Restaurant area does not offer closed space with A/A. We were sweating while eating. Music at the pool can be better and happy hour closed 10 min before time all days. At the time of check out, I pointed out they did not charge some stuff from mini bar, they charged us for a laundry bag we were using. No airport pick up service. Live music once in while would be good. Hotels around offers it.

Единственный серьезный минут для нас это расположение на горе, то есть с пляжа или из любого ближайшего кафе нужно подняться достаточно высоко в гору, чтобы добраться

- Brian (9/5): Comfortable modern hotel - Had a nice room on one of the upper floors overlooking the pool. Although we arrived a little early we were checked in and taken to our room pretty quickly. The staff were all very attentive, friendly and helpful. The hotel and room is a modern design. Breakfast was an excellent spread with everything from English, European, oriental and Thai. The location is reasonably near the main resort but the approach is up quite a steep road, so although possible to walk down to the town and even the beach I would recommend a taxi for the return. The only negative about the room was the extreme lack of storage space, causing us to live out of our cases.

- Tahlia (9/5): I would 100% come back. Great stay! - The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, the rooms were spacious and had great amenities. The view from the pool was unreal, swim up bar was great, pool itself was beautiful and the perfect temperature. Breakfast was also really good! The staff were so lovely and helpful Food at the pool wasn’t great and our room wasn’t very clean. Mould in shower, sink still had dirt in it from previous guests which could have been cleaned with a wipe. As others have mentioned, the hill up to the hotel is NO JOKE but we knew that before booking so were expecting it. Definitely made us rethinking how many times we needed to go down the hill each day, however it was a great workout after eating too much and made the view all that much more worth it!

Facilities were incredible. Great pool with pool bar. Pool table and dart board was used frequently. Rooms were incredible with the most comfortable beds. Amazing breakfast and to top it all off the staff were super friendly. Would highly recommend this resort. The steep walk up the hill from the shops

The breakfast had a large selection. The check in process was smooth and we were offered a welcome drink on arrival, which was a lovely touch. The pool was great also and had great views of the beach. There was very limited storage. We travelled to Thailand for 2.5 weeks so 2 small drawers for clothing was not enough storage. It was situated on a rather steep hill!

- Arabella (2/5): Pretty views didn’t justify the price and lack of cleanliness - The staff weren’t too bad. The hotel is on a very steep hill, which is extremely inconvenient. The “double bed” was just two single beds pushed together and was very uncomfortable, the beds didn’t match, the middle was uneven, and one side was higher than the other, making it impossible to sleep properly or even hug.The pillows smelled unpleasant, which made sleeping even worse. Breakfast was very poor with very limited options, and there were many flies on the food, which is unacceptable. The hotel was not clean, with a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The pool is very small and there are not enough sunbeds; often there were none available, and when they were available, they were not clean. Every morning there were crumbs left on them. People were smoking around the pool area, which is very uncomfortable and should not be allowed.

- Jennifer (8/5): Had a brilliant time. Have stayed there before and it’s great value for money. - The pool area is lovely with great views and swim up bar. The staff are great. It’s very clean. Breakfast is excellent. Adult only is a bonus too. The normal rooms have very little storage so you can’t unpack properly. The gym is well equipped but the air conditioning never seemed to work properly so it’s not cold enough.

- Rawi (9/5): Chill - Het bed en de kussens waren geweldig. Ik heb hier het beste geslapen tijdens mijn verblijf in Phuket. Als vegetariër werd er rekening gehouden tijdens het ontbijt, super fijn. Ook de sportfaciliteiten waren in orde en een leuke, knusse gameroom.

- Sharon (10/5): Lovely hotel - The hotel is immaculately clean, pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious, with all amenities. Nice big balcony and the beds are so comfortable The pool area is nice and clean and the view from the infinity pool is amazing. Breakfast is nice, lots of choice The hotel is so far up a rather steep hill, however don’t let that put you off as it’s a lovely hotel and well worth the little walk up and down. It’s only a few minutes walk to the beach and shops and restaurants, so it is in a good location. Another plus is it’s adults only, which is quite rare in this area I would 100% recommend this hotel and I would most definitely stay here again Not didn’t like, but more storage for clothes would be nice and a few more sunbeds round the pool would also be nice, however this is being overly critical as this should not stop anyone from staying here

- Sarah (10/5): Stunning Hotel, Stunning Room - We loved the hotel, it has everything- rooftop bar, stunning pool area, spa, games room and gym. We had a 3rd floor room with jacuzzi on the balcony looking down to the sea- very private and blissful. It is spotlessly clean and well looked after. The breakfast selection was fantastic. The bar closes at 10.30. If you've been out exploring all day or out for dinner then you don't really get much time to enjoy sitting up there at night. Not a fault specifically with the hotel but the hill 😫 I mean we knew it was on a hill before we booked- what we didn't know is there is no path up to the hotel and the traffic in Phuket is constant and busy. The hill is on a curve and it feels so dangerous at night or when it's raining and mopeds are buzzing around you.
- Faye (10/5): - The hotel was just outside of the buzz, which was nice for peace and quiet. Absolutely lovely hotel, beautifully decorated and has a great view (especially for the sunset!). The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

I lost 100$ from my wife makeup bag i will not say “ stolen “ i will say lost and escalated that for the manager , he stayed 2 days in investigation and after that told me , you can call the police ! Is this the normal way to solve this critical case ! I told him , my wife left her bag before house keeping entering the room and after we came back to the room we didn’t find it ! We reported that immediately . Also tried to contact booking support team without response till mow

- Daniel (7/5): Overall good stay - Staff were very pleasant, roof was nice with a very comfy bed, although a bit of a maze to get to it. Great view from the pool/bar, cocktails were very good but food (lunch and dinner) was about average. Probably worth buying the breakfast out of convenience and diversity but don't expect to be blown away. Location is good being slightly out the way of the busy street of kata but equally it's a fair walk, so either be prepared for that or be willing to get a grab.

- Mary (10/5): Incredible staff and views at Sis Kata - The view is amazing, the pool and all amenities are incredible as well. Staff were excellent, kind and very accommodating. The breakfast is top tier! 12/10 stars recommend!!! Slower pace beach but still with proximity to night light in Patong if one wishes and walking distance to shopping, restaurants and night markets as well. There really anything I didn’t care for. This is definitely a must stay if you’re in the area.
