При бронировании на Букинг был забронирован номер с балконом на море и оплачен , при заселении оказалось данного номера свободного нет и предложили с видом на сад , цена проплачено но мной 130 долларов, а цена предложение 68 долларов, если посчитать за 19 ночей приличная сумма в итоге они со своего барского плеча дали номер с видом на бассейн цена 100 долларов . Контингент гостиницы 50% роские 40% арабов + африканцев , и остальные европейцы . Завтрак минимальный , почти полное отсутствие фруктов , для того чтобы сделали уборку в номере необходимо поймать работницу и командовать уборкой . Кто пожелает ехать в данный отель НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ , испортите себе отдых.

- ROB (9/5): This type of travel was new to me and Amaan Bungalows made my experience well worth it. - Yasid (hopefully I spelled his name correctly) at the front desk was exceptional. That is not taking away from the other staff but he was patient, understanding, and accommodating. There's not much to mention here. I had no complaints. The price was great for the amenities offered.

- Dylan (6/5): Better places to stay in and around Nungwi, the sea front rooms aren't worth the extra cost - Location Great, sunsets on the beach front rooms amazing. Rooms are extremely dated, and look the same as when we were there 10 years ago. Bed had a huge dip in the middle in both our rooms probably just old mattresses and really need to be changed. Sea front rooms are also extremely noisy all through the night.

Les chambres pourraient bénéficier d’un petit rafraîchissement, mais cela n’est en rien gênant et reste largement suffisant pour bien dormir — après tout, le but ici n’est pas de passer tout son temps dans la chambre 😉

- Antonina (10/5): - Overall, we liked the hotel, but it’s important to understand the level of the place. The rooms definitely need renovation — don’t expect perfectly clean walls or modern plumbing. This is a mid-range hotel. Also, this is Africa, so we didn’t have very high expectations to begin with. It’s quite a budget option. However, considering this part of the coastline, it’s actually one of the more or less decent options for the price. If you want to stay in very clean, modern, and beautiful hotel , you’ll probably need to pay 3–4 times more.

Personale molto cordiale e disponibile dal check-in al check-out, posizione perfetta nella parte (a nostro avviso) più bella dell’isola. L’accesso diretto alla spiaggia è un punto in più per questa struttura. Assolutamente consigliata sopratutto per il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

You can avoid the busy road and walk through the resort to other beach accesses. They offered towels for the pool with a deposit which was returned at the end. The building was very old, and there were lots of bugs in the rooms. Food wasn’t great & the service was terrible. The beach couldn’t be enjoyed due to being constantly hassled by beach boys. There should be a private section for the hotel to prevent this as I didn’t feel safe.

- Glasg0wranger (2/5): Termite Infestation, Discriminatory Conduct, Financial Irregularities, and a Disgusting General Manager - I left this property early due to a combination of serious hygiene concerns, discriminatory conduct by management, and unethical financial practices. The room I was given showed clear signs of active termite infestation, including live insects on personal belongings. This is not a cosmetic issue but a basic health and safety failure. I documented this and raised it immediately. When I attempted to address this with management, I was met with rudeness and dismissive behaviour, rather than any attempt to resolve the issue. Even more troubling was the openly discriminatory attitude displayed toward local Maasai individuals (including by the supposed General Manager, who, with his overweight and undersized red polo shirt resembles a coke bottle), which was both unprofessional and deeply uncomfortable to witness as a guest. The property also engages in highly questionable billing practices. Mandatory tourism taxes were collected in USD; when I paid with a USD 100 note for a USD 32 charge, staff claimed they had no change and promised to return it later. The change was never returned. Dining prices are quoted in USD, but when paying in Tanzanian shillings, the exchange rate applied is significantly inflated, resulting in materially higher charges. This was not disclosed in advance. The room itself was dated, poorly maintained, and far below the standard implied by the pricing. Security staff behaved in an aggressive and confrontational manner, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere rather than a safe one. They seem blood hungry - and have limited intellect and reasoning. Buffoons. Taken together — health risks, discriminatory conduct, dishonest billing, poor facilities and bad leadership — this property represents extremely poor value and raises concerns that prospective guests should be aware of before booking. They will enjoy the report and evidence that I have raised to the Zanzibar Commission for Tourism (ZCT) and the Zanzibar Food and Drugs Agency (ZFDA). I would strongly advise travellers to look elsewhere. This is a holiday hell zone.

Management of the hotel are very polite and accommodating. The cleanliness of the rooms wasn’t the best. Also the staff let the hotel down quite a bit. Interactions almost felt rude with some of my group saying requests were met with eye rolls or laughing. staff were also very slow and seemed to stand around a lot not doing much while people were waiting for service. Meals were often forgotten at the restaurant despite confirming orders with the staff

Pokoj s výhledem na moře a balkonem. Umístění je skvělé, že hluk od restaurace a baru není slyšet. I při posezení na balkoně prodejci a masajové otravovali z pláže. Pokoj byl menší a malá koupelna.

Velká koncentrace lidí a na pláži otravní prodejci a masajové, kteří vás často nenechají v klidu. Na pokoji chyběl noční stolek a byla pouze jedna malá skříň z polovinz obsazená polštáři a dekou.

Cibinlik her yerden delikti, peçete ile kapattık. Çalışanlar arkadaş canlısı değildi. Bar servisi çok yavaş; şipariş ettiğiniz içecek en az yarım saate geliyor. Sadece bar da çalışan garsonlar güleryüzlüydü. Havuz kirli ve yeterli sezlong yok. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

- Madlen (8/5): Tolles Strandhotel - Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und ist von der Hauptstraße über 2 ruhige Nebenstraßen zu erreichen. Wir hatten 2 Meerblickzimmer und waren damit zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind etwas kleiner als wir es sonst erlebt hatten, der Meerblick entschädigt jedoch dafür. Der Balkon ist ideal um die Strandsachen zu trocknen. Die Zimmer haben einen kleinen Kühlschrank, was wir super finden. In der Nähe sind tolle Restaurants. Das Frühstück ist in Buffetform, Eierspeisen werden direkt auf Wunsch zubereitet. Es gibt einen großen Pool, den wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben, da er nicht so sauber war. Dies lag jedoch eher an den Gästen, die diesen verunreinigt haben. Die Zimmer sind bereits in die Jahre gekommen, was sich vor allem im Bad zeigt. Es gibt viele Tierchen. Das Zimmer wurde nur gereinigt, wenn das Schild draußen hin.
